Beautiful place, and nice staff, but I scheduled an appointment for lash extensions 3-4 days in advance and when I showed up for my appointment the women who does lashes wasn't available, nor was she going to come in to try to fulfill the appointment that one of her staff made. People make appointments for a reason and unfortunately I don't have time to come back seeing as though I wanted them for vacation. This shop lacks communication when it comes to scheduling, a phone call in advance would've been appreciated seeing as though they had me in their books with my correct phone number. I'm allergic to hot wax so I've been using cold wax to wax my own eyebrows at home for years. I finally decided to give threading a try and chose this place based on price and reviews. I will say it hurts. I don't have anything to compare it to, so I don't know if other places would be gentler (but other reviews I've read would seem to indicate that some places are gentler). The upper lip in particular was very painful. However, I've called around to other places and the prices here are fantastic. I'm willing to have it be more painful for the price. My mom and I went together for our first visit, she had never heard of threading before. She had her entire face done ($20). I had only my eyebrows and upper lip done ($10). We were both very pleased. They shaped my eyebrow really well. After threading the eyebrows they also trim them. After they are finished they offer aloe vera to soothe the area. I recently went back for my second visit and it was definitely less painful this time (with the same girl) but still uncomfortable. This time I had her do my lip, eyebrows and chin ($15). I am definitely sold on threading and will never go back to waxing or plucking again. I like this place because of the prices and they do a good job. My eyebrows look great. The first time I went I had no wait at all, the second time was a short wait, but still quite quick. They accept walk-ins, which I did both times. It is in kind of a shady looking strip mall, but I'm in and out of there pretty quickly, I always park right in front of their shop and I've never had a problem. Also, on a side note, during my first visit I left my phone there. They very quickly used my phone to call my mom's cell and let her know I had left it there. I appreciated that! :) read more

I came to this salon once for an eyebrow threading with a friend, in preparation for being in her wedding party, and I have been dying to come back since. I have difficult white-girl eyebrows that don't have much hair or much arch, and I always struggle to do them myself with tweezers. Coming here for threading was GREAT - so fast (maybe 20 minutes, including wait time, for 2 people), professional, and inexpensive (I think it was about $8) - and my eyebrows have never looked better. I still felt beautiful over a month later. I've tried waxing at the salon where I get my hair done, and the results were not nearly as good as coming here. Unfortunately it's quite a schlep for me to get out to Aurora and it's hard to justify the trip for a tiny 15-minute thing like this, so I haven't done it again... but the next time I am in the neighborhood, I will definitely pop in! read more

Great experience here. It was quick and zero-fuss. I went in for an eyebrow and upper-lip threading. They saw me as soon as I walked in. She didn't ask any questions, but I made sure to tell her that I like them thick and that they need to be shaped. It was quick but she was very skilled! My eyebrows looked great. I've been going here for both facial hair removal and eyelash extensions for several months. They truly provide excellent service at an excellent price. Yes, threading hurts, but they're quick and do a great job. I've had several of the women do the threading -- both eyebrow and facial hair removal. I've never had a negative experience. This used to be my go-to place for eyebrow threading when I lived in Aurora especially for the price and service. What really turned me off was my last experience and visit there. It was my last because of what happened. I was getting my eyebrow threaded when the lady who was threading accidentally nicked me (I know this sometimes happens, and it sucks, but usually I don't mind except...) she did apologize. I said ow, sat up, and touched with my hand where I got nicked. This girl PUSHED my head down to continue. I was furious. No apology and she was super rude. I've gone here a couple times and they do a great job. Threading has been much easier on my super sensitive skin than waxing was and this is less than half what I was paying for waxing. They are super fast and I've never waited in line for more than a couple minutes. read more

Cheapest place I have found in Denver and they do an amazing job! I have had my eyebrows threaded numerous times here and I have never once complained. The only downside is the wait at times, but the girls work really hard to get you in and out of there. The wait is much shorter when you go during the week. read more
