We'll call her Erica the Butcher. But this Erica--the Expert--did more than just fix them--they are fantastic! And for HALF what Erica the Butcher charged me! You can only see a faint hint of red left over from the Butcher's work because she went so high with them, but Erica the Expert was able to cover up the old taboo crisscross marks beautifully. I think they look very natural now and are the perfect color, but judge for yourself--pics to come. She did my lips last week too--I'm old, so they had lost their color and definition, and she did such a nice job redefining them and giving me a very natural color. I'm really pleased with how nicely they turned out. The most wonderful thing about Erica though is that she really listens to what you say and sincerely wants you to get what you want and for you to be happy with it, and she will always work toward that end. After the fact, she was like laser genesis is great for acne - I was like that would have been good to know and maybe for you to say from the beginning. I didn't renew my membership because I wasn't going to go back to her.
