There is no excuse for requesting the refill from the wrong doctor or having a phone number on file that hasn't been used in over 12 years or giving me instructions that I followed that were wrong. Finally, there is no reason for my doctor to have had to submit the new Rx via fax 3 times before they finally got it, I haven't decided whether or not to change pharmacies only because,as I said at the start of this review, I don't know who is to blame. I do know we all have to be careful with our prescriptions no matter what pharmacy we use.
