Let's Sabor do Brazil. I'd rather do Argentina.

I found a great new place to chill It's called the Sabor Do Brasil The reason I'm queasy Is explained really easy This buffet's so sick I get ill Sabor do Brasil is a lovely little (emphasis on litttttle) Brazilian buffet, and it's not bad. The food was tasty but had nothing on nearby Oasis, which is the gold standard for the whole nation. I enjoyed the food nevertheless and will definitely return in the future.

A good mini place to come for Brazilian steak and chicken . Also hot food and veggies. They weight the meat by the pounds . Meat is always cooked perfect here and the staffs are great. Whenever you're craving for Brazilian this is the to go place . Basically the only Brazilian restaurant here in Brighton anyway but it will do for now . Never disappointed

You go up to the counter, point out what you want on your plate, and pay by weight. The food is great and really cheap for the quality. The rice tastes really good and the picanha was my favourite between the two meats I tried.

If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's that hole in the wall by the pound Brazilian places are DA FUQIN' BOMBBB (Note: if you're ever in Panela de Barro! You won't be disappointed!). Pass on the lamb. It was VERY dry; however, as per the other reviews, get the steak! Sausage was good too. I just wish they would refill their salad + hot food bar more often. They had a great option of hot foods in the bar that I would've loved to try if it weren't the dregs of the end. Delicious no frills Brazilian for an affordable price!

The happiest I've ever been in a hole-in-the-wall. This isn't somewhere you'd take your parents for a graduation dinner, but if you're craving meat meat meat, then Sabor do Brasil is what you're looking for. Food here is weighed by the pound, so grab as much or as little as you want. Help yourselves to the sides, but save room for the meat! Head to the amazing, friendly cashier and he'll ask what kind of meat you want. They've got different sausages, beef, garlic pork, chicken thigh, chicken hearts, and more, all rotating slowly on their own spits. I LOVE the garlic pork, and the meat is never dry. If you're lucky, you can grab a seat at one of 3-4 tables, but this place is more to-go oriented.

Tried their food for the first time today. Seats about ten people and they offer take out and delivery. I ordered the plate of the day with steak, and everything came out good. Plate comes with rice, fries, sweet plantains, salad, beans and your choice of meat (I think steak, chicken, or fish). I was going to get salpicao which is a Brazilian potato salad but they didn't have any today. I recommend this place to give it a try!

Great authentic Brazilian food at an affordable price. The location is small and has limited seating, but it is great for take out.

There were a couple cuts like the Parmesan pork that were dry. And the bacon wrapped filet that was overcooked. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked with a wide variety. All the meats paired with the unlimited salad bar, you can definitely get your money's worth. The space itself is upscale and lively, making it a good option for group dinners or special occasions. Service was attentive and nice. However I noticed a few things... The servers carrying the meat weren't the most customer friendly. Overtly quiet, barely smiling or talkative. The manager scored major points for taking the time to visit our table, introduce himself and make sure we were taken cared of. However the manager did proceed to have a meeting with his servers near all the dinners. Overall, Fogo de Chão is great. Worth visiting if you're craving Brazilian BBQ or dining with a group.

They forgot to bring it to me and when it finally arrived, I received 2 over cooked stringy chicken thighs that were more bones than meat. Much of the food seemed very salty and lacked consistency. The rest of the buffet was very nice and had many options. I most likely would not go back.

Thank you, Muqueca, for warming me up…read more Fish with Shrimp Moqueca: Made in the Capixaba recipe, this version replaced red palm oil and coconut milkthem with tomatoes--which happened to be my favorite. The broth was warm, flavorful, and refreshing. The initial notes are the sweetness of onions and bell peppers, followed by the delicate aroma of cilantro, leaving a clean taste impression. The whitefish fillets are tender and flavorful, yet still retain a subtle chewiness. The Pirão sauce, made with the fish broth and tapioca starch, was rich and thick, enhancing both the saltiness and umami, even reminiscent of Cantonese style abalone sauce. The two flavors were distinct yet complementary, a true delight with rice--though fresh, higher-quality Thai jasmine rice would be better. The earthenware pot, bearing the marks of time, kept the food warm; the portion was also very generous, perfect for sharing. I ended up taking some home for a second meal. Flan: Although I was quite full, the deliciousness of the moqueca piqued my interest in trying dessert. The pudding had a smooth and delicate texture, unlike the often sticky flaky texture of supermarket flans. The egg flavor wasn't strong, while the caramel syrup was rich and smooth, with an irresistible initial bitterness followed by a delightful sweetness. Plus, the syrup was generous, making it wonderful to coat every slice of cake in it. No wonder it's their signature dessert. Hot Sauce: The homemade hot sauce was highly recommended by my server. It didn't look very spicy, but it was far beyond my tolerance. However, I must admit it was incredibly delicious, with a refreshing citrus flavor and a smooth, emulsified texture alongside the spiciness, creating a very rich flavor profile. Being unable to handle spice is a real shame in its presence. The server's movements were elegant, the service attentive, the pace comfortable, and he satisfied some of my curiosity as a cuisine lover.

Like anything in hot hold for a while, everything gets significantly overcooked. So I tried it at various times to see if there was any difference. Not really. Everything is just overcooked. So maybe it's the style or it's the classic little family business that reheats everything to avoid waste. Of all the items I've tried so far, I can only say that the okra was the one item that surprised me. Everything else didn't make much of an impression but the okra was a Tyson uppercut in flavor. So maybe I'll just be back for that and ignore the several times I showed up early and food already pulled and "closed" for the night.

The prices were reasonable for the quality and variety offered. They had a good selection that catered to different tastes and preferences.
