Ruth's Chris is one of our favorite steakhouses. We always have wonderful service and our steaks are cooked perfectly!

Made a reservation to celebrate my son's 14th birthday, we arrived with our table decorated with birthday confetti. Taylor made sure our experience was top notch! She was very attentive to everything which is such a delight. We expect nothing but the best and the best we got. Ahi Tuna for appetizer, Lobster Bisque Soup, Tomahawk seasoned to perfection, my husband got the sea bass which melts in your mouth softness. As always I'm simple, I love their Lobster Mac & Cheese so make sure to add that to your sides. My son had a memorable birthday dinner so kudos to the whole staff especially the Chef!

Modern and classy with a beautiful set up. Two main dining areas on both sides of the very elaborate bar. This location is brand new as the older free standing one has been demolished, what a lovely fresh feeling to come back to RC after a few years. Each of the dishes, strip steak, filet & lobster and the sides of cremini mushrooms and garlic potatoes were absolutely delicious. Steaks cooked to perfection at high temperature were sizzling on our plates. House and Cesar salads were plentiful and fresh. The service was on point. Mandi was very attentive and friendly and explained the specials very well especially in the loud room:) She stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was packed and we waited about 15 minutes to get seated. We did make reservations. Our birthday guest was upgraded to a regular size dessert with a candle instead of the personal dessert that came with the Steak and Lobster Signature meal. Overall everything was on point and the manager did circle around to check on the tables as the guests were finishing up. Have to say, we" ll be back again.

    Birthday dessert. Very nice touch.

My wife and I went to celebrate her birthday. This was the first time visiting at their new location, which is a mere 100 yards from their old location. We were shown to our table, in the middle of their dining room, but asked to sit at a booth. Note to self: always request a booth. We were asked by the host if we were celebrating a special occasion, which by the way, when I made the reservation, I was asked the same question, and clearly stated it was for my wife's birthday. The host was a little put off by our request, as I noticed they had taken time to add little "Happy Birthday" confetti on the white table cloth. Nonetheless, we sat at a booth. Moments later, our "busser/servers assistant" welcomed us and asked us the same question about celebrating a special occasion. Yet again, I told him that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. He then began to remove the two place settings in front of us, explaining that this is what their practice is... errrrr okay. Expecting the place settings that were not removed to be moved in front of us, we sat there with no place settings in front of us. Perplexed, when our server came over to welcome us, and yes, asked if we were celebrating ... you get the gist, I enquired about the two place settings being removed and let her know we're were not moving positions to be in front of the place settings that were not removed. She insisted that we did not have to. Again, I expected someone to reposition the place settings to be in front of us. Now, you might be asking what's the point? The point ... when choosing to eat at a "Fine Dining" restaurant and dropping a considerable amount of money, place settings are part of the overall service experience. By the way, at no point did the server or her assistant attempt to move the place settings to be in front of us.... However, upon ordering a bottle of St. Suppery Cab Sauv (2019), she did reach over us and moved the two wine glasses to be in front of us.. but not the water. I've never experienced this in any fine dining restaurants... Moving on (sigh of relief). 1. Wine service - On point. 2. Food: we both ordered steaks. Perfectly Cooked. Sides: baked potato and Cremini mushrooms en Demi-Glace, very good. 3. Very nice "Birthday Apple Pie À La Mode" dessert (pictured). Later in our dining experience, a "manager" came to our table. He did not introduce himself. We assumed he was a manager based on his suit... perhaps he should come to the table, introduce himself and ask "how was our dining experience?", not "do we have any questions or concerns?" We will not return to this Ruth's Chris, not because of the food, but service experience was not indicative to a fine dining restaurant. This makes me question their service training or service policies. This also makes me question if I have too high an expectation for this restaurant ... I give the food 5/5. I give the wine 5/5. I give the Birthday dessert 5/5. I give service experience 1/5. As opposed to our visit to their old location, service experience - Confusing and Poor. If service, to you, is not important ... then this is the place for you. If both food and service is important to you, as it is to me, go somewhere else. I will be going somewhere else...

Brunch Review 2026!…read more It's a Saturday in late April 2026 and the Orlando Magic are taking on the #1 rated Detroit Pistons! My brother and I deliberate days before on meeting up and with little hesitation, we opted for the Ravenous Pig! Securing a table reservation we instead opted to sit on the pub side where the TVs are. Soon after sitting down, we were greeted by Christina who was our server for the afternoon! Now this is Brunch Mode at the Ravenous Pig with a brunch style menu and beautiful rays on Sunshine which can feel quite different if you're used to having meals or drinks here for dinner where it can be quite busier and a different vibe! Today's visit was comfortable in the pub, lite in the dining room floor and nearly full outside in the beer garden. I settled in with the current version of the Gin and Jam! It tends to change as products become available with the underlying truth being a lite and refreshing cocktail to start with. This version is well done overall! Food wise we started with the Croquettes which had a sausage in them which brought good flavor paired with the crunchy exterior and white sauce on the plate resulted in an appetizing dish. Continuing on, the Sparkling Tea on menu is fantastic! As a side beverage or even mocktail form, it's a great Bev. We went with that and with the Magic game about to start, I went with the IT GOES TO ELEVEN cocktail! Boozy, Bright and Veracious! With these drinks in hand, we decided to move forward with more food and after consulting with Christina, we went with the Huckleberry pancake and the miso butter ribs. Without a doubt, the Huckleberry pancake was the standout star of the two dishes! A light pancake with great flavor and depth that doesn't fill you up but is a great sweeter dish that I can see Incorporated with a more savory brunch item like bacon and eggs as an example. Overall a great time for brunch! Shout out to Brian, Costa (the GOAT) and Scott for keeping it real and just being great individuals overall!

The snapper collar tacos were the star of the show. Easily enough to share between two people, with fresh fish and really good homemade corn tortillas. The fish of the day was also excellent and the fresh ciabatta with garlic butter was hard to stop eating. The cauliflower appetizer missed the mark a bit for me, the pieces were a little too big and came out slightly undercooked. The chicken salad was just alright, nothing bad but nothing memorable either. Parking can be a little tough in the area, but the complimentary valet makes it much easier. I love that they have a quicker option out back with the beer garden, you can't go wrong!

I will advise to make a reservation as it gets super busy during lunchtime. This restaurant seems to be quite a hit for business meetings/corporate celebrations. We learned our lesson the previous visit. There is a small area for parking but nine times out of ten I am valeting as it fills up fast. We were seated promptly, and the staff was very attentive. My manager and I started off with the grilled artichokes. These are seasonal so, catch them while you can! Super flavorful and perfect light starter. I decided to go with Ding's Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Wow did this sandwich blow me away. Everything just came together so nicely. This sandwich features a buttermilk-fried chicken breast, Swiss cheese, mayo, tomato, and a kale slaw. On the menu, it had mentioned spicy, but to my surprise, it was just more of a light kick a bit of sweet and savory mix. Actually might have been the "cherry on top" for me to complete this sandwich. I chose to get fries as my side they are shoestring, not my favorite but you can also pick a couple other sides as well. Might give those a try next time. Overall, wonderful experience as always. Definitely a favorite go to when my manager is in town.

What made the night even sweeter was how thoughtful the staff was. They decorated the table with a birthday sign and left me a card signed by everyone working, which was honestly so cute and unexpected. Little touches like that really make a place stand out. The interior kinda has a hipster-rustic vibe but with more comfortable chairs. Prices seemed reasonable. Service seemed a bit overwheled but again, I think the massive event letting out had something to do with that. I got a cheese board, truffled fries, fried chicken caviar, and a deviled affogato for dessert. My date for the creste di gallo and the olive oil citrus cake. Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

Don't order an espresso martini with reposado because it'll cost about $35. The servers are always on point and I feel are knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks. Thankfully, one of them warned me about the espresso martini cost so I dodged that bullet. I love the wine options and there's so many amazing ones to try. As soon as I arrived, the staff acknowledged it was my birthday and the manager came over to grab my cake and put it in the fridge and we were immediately sat. I started out with a Cloudstar martini which was incredible and I ordered the famous focaccia rolls for the table. They are so flavorful with the Tasmanian sea salt and they are so doughy and soft. Truly unlike any bread service I have ever had. For my entree, I ordered the Bronzed Florida Grouper with the saffron risotto but I also had a few bites of the Chapman Meatballs and Salmon. Everything I tried was absolutely incredible. The menu is packed with flavor and has something for everyone, which I really can appreciate. For dessert, even though I had brought in a cake for the table, our server Maddie, informed me that she will be bringing out a no bake cheesecake. The cheesecake was fantastic and I loved the berry jam on the side. Maddie brought out side plates and a knife for us to cut the cake and even assembled my candles and lit them. We were dining outside, closest to the patio, and at one point the rain started to pick up. The manager immediately came over and said that they had a table inside available if we wanted to move inside. Since we all were staying dry we opted to stay outside and a few moments later the rain stopped. As someone who has worked in the service industry the pre-planning of this moment was incredible. Throughout the entire evening, Maddie was consistently clearing plates, filling water, and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Maddie was attentive and such a delight. The restaurant even gave me a happy birthday card from the whole team with handwritten signatures and well wishes. This was incredibly special and such an intimate gesture that really goes the extra mile. The service that we received this night was exemplary and I truly owe it all to our server, Maddie. In fact, I have never experienced this before when dining for my birthday. Thank you, Maddie, and to The Chapman team for making my 27th so special. I will definitely be dining here again and will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know!

After our experience, I checked some reviews from Google and Yelp and was surprised at the number of negative reviews, as this did not happen during our visit. We had a choice of seating outside or in the back, and Jennifer and I wisely chose to sit in the back and had the whole area to ourselves. Where we sat was in the smaller dining room straight back from the bar - to the left of the main dining room. I also wanted to mention tha BoVine has four restrooms in the back towards to the right of the larger dining room. Tina was our server, and she spoiled us with her service. Even though she had other tables and duties, we were never neglected for a second. The Saratoga sparkling water was one of the best I've had outside of Italy, and the menu for a steakhouse is extremely well-rounded, with some delicious options of vegetarian dishes as well as sushi. We did order some apps/sides I ordered the forest mushrooms after confirming how they were prepared, and some of the other diners ordered French Onion soup, Crab Cakes, Edamame, and a Caesar Salad. The Caesar looked amazing, and had the dressing not had eggs as an ingredient, I would have taken a bite. To the staff- Do not change the recipe on my account !! The Forest Mushrooms were so soft and packed with the flavor of the olive oil and garlic - pan tossed - I could have eaten at least two more side dishes. For my main, I was conflicted between the Portabello Stack and the Mediterranean Salad - and finally decided on the Salad. I'll stop here and mention the pricing - We travel and dine out a lot, and the prices at BoVine are very reasonable - not sure what the other diners are getting and ordering - but if they truly believe that the pricing is not reasonable at BoVine, they have not been dining out very regularly. My boss ordered several sushi rolls. - I cannot attest to the types and variety, but he is our resident sushi expert. He loved every bite. The other diners had the Salmon and porkchop. Each was beautifully seasoned, and the plate presentation was 10/10 My Mediterranean Salad was delightful and plentiful. What was missing was some bread - So I asked Tina if some bread could be brought over. She explained yes, but it needed to be freshly baked. The bread came in hot like a Southwest pilot who wants to land early, and the butter. Oh Lord, churned in-house with a little of A-1 Steak Sauce. It was magnificent. I had to try just a smidge, and it lived up to the expectations. One of the fellow diners asked to speak to the manager. Tina explained that she was helping out in the kitchen and would be out shortly. Joanne, the manager came out, and I immediately recognized the look of " Oh no - what's wrong now "; however, that was far from what was going to happen. The diner went on to explain that we travel and dine out immensely and that all of our meals and our service were some of the best we had experienced. A look of relief poured over Joanne's face like bisque being poured over succulent pieces of lobster. To say she was not only thrilled with the positive feedback would be an understatement. BoVine Steakhouse is not good, but great. So great, that its been saved in our phones and Google Maps so that when we return to Orlando, we'll be sure to dine here again. Kudos to the entire team especially Tina for making our night one to remember.

However, our experience at The Bovine Steakhouse on Mother's Day was a complete failure. We had a 5:30 PM reservation, arrived on time, and were seated on time. Yet, we didn't receive our food until 8:15 PM. The kitchen was backed up, but the service compounded the issue. Our waitress, though pleasant, missed several items we requested, and we eventually gave up on some of them after repeated attempts. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. My tomahawk steak--ordered medium-rare--was chewy, lacked seasoning, and I had to salt it myself despite ordering the parmesan crust and truffle butter. The rest of the table had similar complaints, and we all agreed the quality did not justify the price. What made this more frustrating was that, between roughly 5:30 and 7:30, nearly every table around us also sat without food. It was obvious the entire restaurant was struggling. Despite that, no manager ever came by to apologize, acknowledge the delays, or attempt to accommodate guests in any way. Nothing was comped, addressed, or even sincerely acknowledged. To give credit where it's due, the ambiance itself fit what you'd expect from a standard upscale steakhouse which would be a nice atmosphere. But unfortunately, everything beyond the aesthetics failed to meet that same standard, and we left thoroughly disappointed. Given its location on Park Avenue, we expected a much higher level of hospitality and execution. This went beyond a rough night--it felt like a complete breakdown in service and restaurant management. I felt compelled to write this as a courtesy warning to others considering dining here on a special occasion or even on a standard evening. I cannot recommend The Bovine Steakhouse based on this experience.
