It was all good from the greeting, seating, service, and food. We tried the calamari, small seafood tower - 4/5 all was fresh and tasty and the lobster could have been more tender; entrees: blackened shrimp and grits, crab fettuccine, crab stuffed shrimp all good and rich with cream and butter, presumably. It was two of our birthdays, so complimentary cheesecake and ice cream were provided. Sometimes the service can make or break your dining experience and our server was perfectly accommodating. Oh - the champagne and limoncello cocktail were delicious. We had a good time.

Came here after spending the day at the aquarium and we are glad we made the walk around the harbor to get here. Service was great, our server was super cool and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is more upscale and has an incredibly nice view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We got lucky there was an air show so there were navy jets flying by the entire time we were there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was very good, I got the crab stuffed shrimp, my wife got blackened rockfish, and my sister got the fry basket. We also got oysters to start. Prices are a little steep here but given the location and ambiance, it's expected. Either way we had a great time and meal. I'd recommend this place to someone visiting Baltimore.

Had a really good lunch here. The salmon and vegetables were cooked well and the service was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The view of the water was perfect as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We visited The Rusty Scupper tonight and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Linwood (LJ), welcomed us and gave us a thorough rundown of the menu/special options. He also shared his favorite menu items and answered all of our questions. Throughout the evening, he cleared dishes so we had space on our table and refilled our drinks without us requesting. We appreciate his hospitality!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music playing was very diverse, including the pianist entertainer of the evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The view is beautiful and the space in between tables provided different groups a bit of privacy while dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had the lump crab fettuccine, sea bass, kids' salmon, lump crap cake, calamari, scallops, and octopus. For dessert, we shared the flan and the cake with strawberries. Wow!!! Everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the crab cake because it wasn't overtaken by bread crumbs, like other places will do. It was very flavorful. The general manager stopped by to check on us, which made us see how much customers are valued. Every person that took care of us was very kind. Our time spent here was nice and I'm sure you will have a good time, if you're looking for quality food. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Rusty Scupper was my first time visiting, and I have to say--the all-you-can-eat buffet brunch is top notch. The variety alone makes it worth it, but the quality seals the deal. My favorite was the omelette station (I'm an omelette guy), and they did not disappoint. Fresh, made-to-order, and exactly how you want it. If you're into seafood or southern fried catfish, you'll be in heaven--they've got it all covered. Drinks included with the price $67 person! Crazy deal! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also had a live pianist playing, which added a smooth, classy vibe to the whole experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is relaxed, the bathrooms are clean, and everything felt well put together.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a solid brunch spot in Baltimore with great food and a nice waterfront feel, this is it. Oh yeah and the service was good.

Went to the Rusty Scupper for the first time today for Valentines Day dinner. They had a wonderful prix fixed menu for the holiday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a beautiful setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My only reason for lower score was because they sat us in the table all the way to the end. My husband's view for the evening was the parking garage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We enjoyed the food all the same. My husband had the calamari to start (a healthy portion - we had leftovers). I had the half & half crab soup. It was a bit salty but went well with the delicious bread that they had. He had the sea bass (beautifully cooked). Nice and light. I had the lobster. We had the cheesecake and tiramisu for dessert. The food left us full. A satisfying meal.

Inner harbor view from our table.

Food, service, and ambiance were all superb! The blackened scallops special with lump crab over mashed potatoes and green beans was one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed.

Came back recently during happy hour just for a drink and a crab cake, and had a great experience. I enjoyed the Rusty Scupper Ale which was refreshing, and an absolutely delicious crab cake with large chunks of crab. We were also served bread which is just as good as I remembered from our prior visit. Our waitress was also super friendly and checked on us frequently. This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Baltimore for a nice dinner, and I look forward to coming back again when I'm in town.

Was in Baltimore for a day and wanted to make sure we got crab cakes before leaving. We had been walking around the inner harbor for a while and made our way over. We didn't get full dinner as we had another planned stop before flying home but that didn't impact service. Crab cakes were great. Large lumps of meat and not much filler. I also had the cream of crab soup. It was delicious and had a generous amount of lump crab meat. The Rusty Scupper ale was good too. Dinning area has a great view of the harbor area.

This was my first visit to Rusty Scupper, however, it will definitely not be my last. Every aspect of our dining experience was first class. The service was courteous, attentive, extremely professional & our server was very astute concerning every aspect of our dining experience, from assisting us with menu choices to making sure we had appropriate take out containers for our leftovers. Our server was prepared for any & all questions & concerns we voiced. The food was delightful. Every dish we tried was absolutely bursting with flavor. The whole fried fish I ordered was cooked perfectly. It was crunchy on the outside with tender, flaky flesh on the inside. The spices that encapsulated the fish enhanced the overall flavor of the dish. It was some of the best fish I have had the pleasure of eating. My husband had the crab cakes & he stated that they were full of actual crab meat & not filler. I was very impressed that the restaurant offered a free calamari appetizer if you sign up for emails. The calamari was also very light & tasted great. We ordered the Parmesan Truffle fries as an appetizer also & they were crunchy and cooked perfectly & also very flavorful. We ended our meal sharing a Mexican coffee. It was yummy & the perfect ending to a perfect meal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally, the view, decor & ambiance of the restaurant were all breathtaking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is situated at a quiet part of the Inner Harbor. So we were able to enjoy our meal with a beautiful view of the harbor away from the usual hustle & bustle of the harbor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Rusty Scupper is definitely a restaurant I recommend trying if you are in Baltimore. You definitely will not be disappointed.

Birthday celebration with the Family....And, this restaurant couldn't have been more fitting!! From the views, ambiance and fantastic menu....I have no complaints! Rusty Scupper has been around since the ages of time at the Baltimore Harbor. I remember coming here in the 90's ( yes, dating myself...lol) and was surprised that they are still around and one on the original "OG's'" here at the Baltimore Harbor! We were a Family of Ten and were accommodated to the upmost. Never had to wait for a server and the customer service was on point. It could not have been better!! We were sat at a window table with a great view of the harbor. Our server was prompt and attentive (Bellinis galore!). We were here for the brunch layout. The food was fantastic!! Ham, prime rib and lamb carving station, seafood. custom omelets, fantastic buffet spread of delicious food...of all the breakfast classics and comfort food eats. And of course.....The Seafood!! Oysters, shrimp, crab & lobster.....you name it....they served it. In all, our food was top notch. Our severs were very attentive.... helpful and pleasant but not overbearing. Our water glasses and drinks were never emptied. Between the quality of the food and customer service, it could not have been a better experience! Thank you Rusty Scupper! I would recommend for the Sunday Brunch, any casual dining while in the area or special occasion! The vibe is great and the food is delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and left completely with Buddha rubbing--full bellies and satisfied. Will be back!! Thank you Rusty Scupper for the outstanding food and service! Will be back for sure.

Is parking free at the restaurant?

No, parking is not free. Reduced rate of $9.00 per day at the lower level parking garage with Rusty Scupper validation.

Do you take walk-in during Saturday brunch or do we need reservations?

You must make reservations. I learned the hard way my first time abs had to leave.

Is there a kids menu? My kids are 10 but still eat like toddlers 🤦🏽‍♀️

Not sure if there is a kids menu since we did not have any small children with us. I know the dinner menu provided did not include any kid choices. I am thinking that they do but it is a separate menu that you have to ask for. Hope this helps!

Is there an outdoor deck with a view where one can enjoy a drink or two ? And where is the best…

There's no outdoor seating, but inside you can get just as good as a view. Also park in the garage and take your ticket in to get it validated.

I wouldn't wear cargo shorts but that's because I don't consider them casual dress. A lightweight pair of slacks, maybe linen blend and a polo shirt is more of my idea of casual. Plus you're going to be indoors so it's cool. You only need to walk…

We stopped by around 5 PM on a Saturday before an Orioles game, so as expected, the place was extremely busy and had a lively pregame atmosphere. The beers were good, but unfortunately, the food is what brought my rating down to three stars. The fries tasted a little stale, and I ordered the smash burger (forgot to grab a picture), which was pretty average. I've definitely had much better smash burgers elsewhere. We also tried the chicken fingers, which were very basic and reminded me of typical ballpark food, not bad, but nothing memorable or something I'd crave again. Overall, Pratt Street Ale House is a solid spot for drinks and the pregame atmosphere, especially if you're heading to an Orioles game. However, based on the food we tried, I probably wouldn't come back specifically to eat. I'd recommend it more as a pregame drinks spot than a dining destination.

We immediately asked the hostess for a different table. She told as that the three booths and the six other two-tops were all reserved. She left us with no attempt at an apology and promptly put reserved signs on all the open tables. When we left an hour later, one booth and 4 two-tops had never been used. Much to our dismay, we saw people seated outside even though we had received a text before arriving saying the patio was closed for the evening. To add insult to injury, even half empty, the noise level was so uncomfortable since everything was tile, marble, or wood that the alarm sensor on my smart watch sounded because of the decibel level. We stopped in for pregame drinks before a nearby Yelp Elite event, and it did not disappoint. We were the only ones in the bar, and our bartender was fantastic, quick, friendly, and clearly knew his craft. I ordered a Paper Plane, a whiskey based cocktail with Aperol, lemon, and Amaro Nonino. It was perfectly balanced and the ideal drink to have after work. My fiancée ordered the Pornstar Martini, which she became very familiar with during a recent trip to Paris.
