I have read some bad experiences on here and i have also read some good. I just wanted to take a minute and review Rustica Hardware and there team. I dont do reviews but when i saw all of these bad reviews i figured it is time to get some positive ones on here for y'all. I spent weeks and weeks searching for doors that would satisfy my wife. after going to multiple home and decor shops and also meetin with contractors to build us a door we never found something that was satisfying enough for her nor was anything satisfying enough for me. After weeks of this my wife and i gave up on this and were about to settle for just your every day ordinary door. She got on facebook and saw a close friend liked y'alls page she clicked on it and instantly fell in love. While some of these reviews state that they waited on hold for long periods of times, that was not our experience at all. We called in and y'all answered the phone very quickly and were very helpful with helping me place my order. Several weeks later we called back in to look for tracking numbers and y'all had just shipped it the day before. I spoke with a Customer service gal by the name of Kristena and she was young and so pleasant to speak with. She wasnt sure on a few of the questions i had asked so she transfered me to her supervisor by the name of chelsea. These two young gals were overly nice and overly whiling to talk to me. It was one of those experiences where you felt like you just made 2 new friends by time you hung up the phone. I have been completely satisfied with rustica hardware and y'all are doing great things with this company. So for those of you that have read bad reviews i hope you read the good ones and give it a try and give us your input on experience because these guys were nothin short of EXCELLENT. Thank you Rustica for our beautiful doors. After all a happy wife is a happy life. read more

My wife tried to post her review on here and apparently Yelp hid the review.... one of those situations where you wish you could YELP-YELP!! unfortunatly they have control over hiding reviews.. i am going to repost this in hopes that it does not get hidden this time because we really love Rustica Hardware and Chelsea the rep that helped us: love these doors!! I am the office assistant for our company and have been dealing with Rustica Hardware and Barn Doors Hardware for the last several weeks. I was so excited to order these doors and systems for our customer I could barely contain myself and then when they didn't arrive on time I was very let down and upset. I called and called and kept getting told that I would get a call back by a professional who would be able to help my situation. I just needed an ETA on my order? Anyone should be able to tell me that. Finally I called in and first thing I asked for was to speak with a Manager. They transferred me to a young gal by the name of Chelsea I believe.. And she was FANTASTIC!!! My good experience that turned into a bad one instantly turned back to an awesome experience.. She was so helpful, kind and understanding of my frustration and helped me get right to the bottom of this so that I could help my customer understand!! This is an awesome company and I love the product and most definitely will be telling our locals about you! If any of you want a good experience call in and ask for Chelsea. Thank you Rustica for our beautiful doors!!! read more

I was SHOCKED to see anything but 5 star reviews of this company and their products. I have bought many items from Rustica and continued to be completely impressed by their products and service. My most recent purchase was a hardware/hinge kit for some barn doors that I built. The door was solid and extremely heavy, and worse yet the door was to be installed on a 100 year old structure that was out of square. I was very worried I would never get the door to align to the wall. I was also worried that the hardware would not hold the weight of the door. Was I ever surprised! I was amazed at how quickly I was able to read their instructions and adjust for all these issues. The cool thing with their hardware is that everything is adjustable which allows for you to compensate for any issues you may have. Even a hack like me was able to install a door quickly and effectively. I love how it looks!! And it slides like a dream. If you want to have a cool experience go to their warehouse in Springville, Utah. One of the coolest places to visit. The people are friendly and helpful. One word of caution...take a big truck, you will want to take a lot of stuff home with you. read more

We just finished building our house in November 2016. We left several doorways unfinished thinking that later on we would install an antique door, barn door or something similar. After contemplating building the doors myself or buying an existing antique door and refurbish it to a functional stage, I decided this would take too much time and when all was said and done I would probably have spent the same amount of money to get the doors just how I want them as I would have buying the doors from Rustica Hardware. Anyways long story short we went with Rustica Hardware and got exactly what we wanted. We went to the show room and we're amazed by all that they had to offer. The employees were very friendly and helpful and walked us through the construction process of our doors. I love the fact that our doors were hand made and made to order and that no two doors are alike . The doors are solid and straight and hang beautifully in our home. I don't mind paying for quality and these doors are quality. Anyone that can operate a drill, screwdriver and a tape measure will have no problem installing these doors. A few pictures of our project. read more

Couldn't be happier with the beauty and construction! If you need mantles, do not hesitate to buy them from Rustica Hardware. I just received the rustic looking Sundance Mantles in 3 different sizes. THEY ARE STUNNING!! And while I say rustic, they are very upscale and beautiful looking at such a terrific price. They warm up a room instantly, showcase art, pottery, favorite items you many want to display. I wish I had more and better words just to describe their beauty. The care Rustica H. takes packaging them up to make sure you receive in perfect condition is second to none, you can tell they take pride in what they have made, and with good reason... AND ON TOP OF THIS THEY SHIP FOR FREE! The construction of the mantles, the elegance & beauty of their appearance and the fantastic method constructed to hang on your wall are all just top notch and first class. As soon as I can pull the trigger, I will be ordering all my sliding barn doors from them too! No hesitation they are the company I will always stay with. Great people too, check out their sweet Mother and Father's Day videos. read more

At first I didn't even realize that Rustic.com has a physical store. That would be so fun to touch and feel the products! If I'm ever in Utah I will absolutely stop in. But, I actually bought from them online. We were wanting to make our master bedroom feel more like a "retreat" and started looking at barn doors. I found one I really liked on Rustica.com. I was a little hesitant to buy something this large and heavy that needed shipping, but when I learned they offer free shipping, and I had a great experience with their customer service, we went for it. They were great about helping us get the proper measurements and hardware. I was really surprised by how solid and beautiful this barn door is, and how smoothly it rolls on the track. We got the master retreat we were looking for without having to pay a lot of money to remodel! Thank you! read more

I am pleased with the service i received from Rustica Hardware. I spoke with a few reps and was not very pleased with the way they handled my situation. I had placed my order and called in to make sure everything was right and accurate and the gals i spoke to (not listing names) were not helpful. I called in and spoke with Christina who was extremely helpful and nice but wasnt sure if she knew the answers to my question so she did the right thing and sent me onto her Manager Chelseai who was amazing and helpful as well and answered my questions accurately. I am a contractor here and will definitly be purchasing from this company again i was a bit nervouse after reading previous reviews but i am not 100 % satisfied with them. If you want good service call in and ask for Chelseai or Christina. read more

I recently hung one of Rustica's Z-barn doors. Everything about the thing from the hardware to the materials and finish scream high quality. The door looks amazing and has become quite the focal point in our home. I was a little intimidated about hanging the door myself as I'm not a very handy person, however, their instructions were clear and simple. Before beginning, I checked out their YouTube channel too just to be sure I knew all I needed to. Between those 2, I had the door up in no time. My positive experience has left me looking for another of their doors for another location in my home. Just a visit to their store is quite the experience, it's a fun place filled with some eye catching products that I could easily fill my home with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rustica. read more

I am not a regular "Yelper" - however, I am trying to get the word out on this company to as many outlets as possible. I purchased a barn style door and hardware from Rustica in July of 2015 for our new home. When it arrived I thought it seemed very dry and warped. When I asked my builder he thought it should just be a fire starter! I contacted Rustica and they were quick to say that the do not take them back. I was stuck - $1,500 later. A side note - the hardware is quite nice. One year later I have to get a new door as it is so warped that I cannot open it. It will go in the fire soon as Rustica really doesn't care about their poor products. My advice to you if you are looking for a barn door for your home - ask a builder. You can go custom for 1/2 the price! read more

I ordered a barn door for our new renovated master bathroom. Unfortunately, the door had a severe twisting warp at one end, which caused the door to hit the inside of the door jamb when trying to close the door. Rustica Hardware support was very helpful in attempting to correct the problem, and I tried various techniques to correct the warp, but was unsuccessful in the end in fully correcting the warp. Rustica Hardware stood behind their product and loyalty to customer satisfaction buy shipping another, completely brand new barn door. I know have a wonderful working, gorgeous barn door that has become a major focal point in our master bathroom. In final, Rustica Hardware will make sure you are a completely happy customer with a beautiful product. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the barn door we got from Rustica! We shopped around for the right barn door for a few months at different stores, but finally found the perfect door at the Rustica show room. The quality of the barn door we bought was MUCH better than anything else we had seen at other stores. The show room staff was super helpful and patient as we shopped around for a while. I could have spent hours there shopping around and looking at all of their awesome furniture/decor. The staff even walked me through the installation process and made sure I had everything I need to hang the barn door correctly. Awesome customer service! We will definitely continue purchasing from Rustica in the future read more

I ordered a barn door from them for my San Jose home. Love it! It is very difficult to find a larger size door for an opening like mine. Their prices were very reasonable and shipping free which I esp appreciated. i do with their instructions were better in installation. It was like those cheap instructions you get when you order something from China. However, their customer service was untouchable! When I called them about 2 slates on the door being damaged in shipping they were super nice, and immediately replaced it within a few days. Again, free shipping! Door looks awesome. I ordered the Horizontal Slat. Modern, yet rustic. read more

I'm amazed that Rustica Hardware doesn't have a 5 Star review average! We are remodeling our home and I contacted Rustica to make some metal straps for a ridge beam we are installing. Hanna W. has bent over backwards to help me with this project. Her customer service and follow-up is A+, the engineer's drawings and assistance has been excellent. We also ordered our barn door hardware from Rustica. So far I am beyond impressed with their service, design and pricing. I'll update my review once everything is installed. So far I couldn't be happier with them! read more

This place is amazing! Their showroom is stunning and an experience like no other. I love that they have something for everyone, from barn doors, hardware, kitchen tables, children's sandbox tables, beautiful cutting boards, ornate metal puzzles and more. I found so many unique gifts from small to big, for child and adult alike. I want everything in that store and love their design, creativity and great customer service. They truly are a company I will continue to be inspired by and return to for all my personal, home and gift needs. Thanks Rustica Hardware! read more

I recently came into the retail store to purchase a thank you gift for a friend. The staff was VERY helpful in assisting me and helping me to put together the perfect thank you basket. The products were very charming and it turned out better than I had planned. The staff went out of their way to assist me in giving suggestions and offering their services in putting the gift together. I would definitely recommend anyone to this store. All the staff members were friendly and very helpful and concerned about making me happy and satisfied. read more

Called to order 3 replacement hangers and a door glide. The call was answered right away and the rep on the phone indicated they would be shipped in 5-7 business days or sooner if they were in stock. Was notified the next day that the order was filled and shipped on UPS with a delivery date and it arrived 6 days later right on the quoted delivery date. The order was exactly what I ordered and the items worked perfectly. read more
