After a couple of years, it just doesn't work AGAIN! I have looked at other reviews. This review reflects many others. Our start about three years ago was a little rough, but we got it figured out. I even referred two neighbors. Now, I can't modify the lights. They just do random stuff. I've sent emails and called Customer Support. As someone else said, "crickets!" Finally, I learned today that they will address my problem "within a few weeks!" How's that for great customer service! They're backed up because their system is faulty and they can't (won't) respond in a timely manner. I told them that I'm going to have a banner made for my lawn that says, "Don't buy permanent lighting from Everlights - they're faulty!" As others have mentioned, if you want permanent lights, shop around. There has to be a better company with real customer support. I, too, wish I hadn't spent (wasted) my money with this inferior company and a poor product.

I emailed them and got no response. When I called, I reached someone who repeatedly said, "I only work in the showroom," but was able to check the order and told me, "It hasn't been processed yet" (read: nobody even looked at it for ten days). When I asked to be connected to the right department, I was told that person was "out of town." But the showroom person was able to cancel the order. Thankfully, this was a small purchase and not a critical part of my home remodeling project--but that's beside the point. Tip for Lighting Specialists in Utah: If you accept people's orders and money online, be prepared to process or respond to those orders within a couple of days--not 10 or more. It's not just bad service--it's irresponsible.

I hope I just had a rare situation this time My bedroom celing fan had an integral part go bad. I had no light, no fan, nothing. I identified the problem part and we sought a replacement at Lighting Specialists. They took our money and said the part would be in around two weeks. A little over two weeks later we call asking about the status of our replacement part. Turns out they just charged us and never placed the order. No part was on its way for over two weeks. They said they were sorry and would order the part for real this time. Said it would be a couple weeks. This is when I got a bit angry and explained I had no light in my bedroom and why, since this was your mistake you couldn't overnight the part. Another week and a half later the part came in. Went to go pick it up and they wanted to charge us again, saying we didn't pay the first time. Another mistake on thier part. Finally a month later we are up and going again. I may have to look elsewhere for my next purchase.

We confirmed and they committed. Because of this, we didn't look into other options. My husband has consistently followed-up 3-4 times since they reached out in October so we could see when we'd be on the schedule. Today, I'm sure because of my husband's follow-up, we received an email saying they won't be able to install this year due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues and they are Christmas lights- not the end of the world- I'm disappointed about the lack of communication and the fact they waited too long to tell us. Came upon Tyler and Sergio as I was actually looking for CCL "Landscaping" (different company)…read more Anyhow had them finish my back yard, decent job, I would have done things differently in hindsight. Also had them put permanent lighting on my home, they even did my mother-in-laws lights. She's had issues with her hard drive (extremely loud) and it was written off as the programming. Ironically she has the same programming as ours. Nevertheless, after multiple attempts to resolve, her issue persists and no response from either of them. Was going to hire them to re-do my front yard, suffice to say I will hire someone else. Follow through is paramount, and they've demonstrated that once you've paid them, good luck. They quote a 10 year warranty, I'm now realizing that's garbage.
