Under new ownership/managment! I'm actually the new manager here and we are going to do our best to make every experience the best! If we are less than 5 stars I want to know! We are upgrading the store and bringing in new products like household items, bbq, outdoor accessories, power tools etc. our goal is to curate what Rural Supply has always been, while enhancing our products to best support our neighbors. We are here for you, and we accept Ace rewards now too! See you soon!

Outdoor Supply Hardware - This stuff has a rubber cement like feel, but it's way stronger. Totally useful around the house.

I went to the store just to window shop. Unfortunately I'm traveling, and schlepping these…read morepurchases was just impractical. So I decided to make a shopping list instead. I did have a couple of very specific items that I would purchase if the price was right. I had a caliper/vernier on the list. Mine has lost its tiny electric brain and is crazy. I spotted the mechanical one that I wanted. The quality was astonishing, this tool will certainly last forever. Honestly, I could include this item in my will. It was certainly more expensive than the electronic one that I got from Harbor Freight. I've tried to use the Harbor Freight version, but it was useless. So for this particular tool pay for the quality. Making a shopping list was certainly more productive than actually walking into the store with a pre-generated list. I spotted a lot of items that I knew I was out of, but hasn't made it onto any list at all. I spotted a Dremel tool at a very low price. It may have been on clearance. Now I do want a Dremel tool, but I would use it so infrequently that it's hard to justify. However, the price was low enough that I felt much temptation. I must have been completely turned around the first time I was in the store. This time I found the clearance bins. As usual I found quite a few items to tempt me. I managed to hold my horses and resist but it wasn't easy. The store is also bigger than I realized. Which means the greatest barrier to shopping is finding your item in the maze. I didn't buy anything so my take on customer service is a little shaky. However, the staff did seem to be awfully efficient And the line moved rapidly. This store is part of a chain, and I have certainly been in bigger ones. But I didn't miss the size. They have simply jammed a lot of inventory into a smaller space. But you do need a sharp eye just in case you walk by an item. I like this hardware store. But there is one way close to me at home which I like faintly better. So I'm going home with my shopping list.

Alexis and David assisted getting the toilet on the cart. Both young and helpful. Next was the Vanity. Of course it was on a top shelf and was going to need a lift truck to remove off the self, and put on the second cart. Both Alexis and David did their best to get someone to help, as they were not licensed for the lift machine. They called 3 different times. Shawn P. Arrived to get the vanity down from the top shelf, remove bed the vanity and transferred to my cart. Now off to get checked out. Paul, a PRO cashier assisted my wife with the purchase, helping with two carts while I went to move my vehicle to the loading zone. I arrived at the loading zone, and Paul arrived with the two carts, and my wife. He called Paul who came to assist with loading . Both pieces were loaded in my Suburban, and left. Lots of help from lots of people. Thank you ALL

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Poor Management, Unprofessional Attitude, and Unnecessary…read moreThreats What a disturbing and completely unnecessary experience with Manager Chris and his Monday evening shift. After years of doing business with Home Depot, including as general contractors with PRO accounts and credit lines, I never expected to encounter this level of unprofessionalism and hostility. We came into the store to return a brand-new nail gun, still sealed and complete with its nails and original packaging. When we entered, a group of employees was gathered near the returns and pickup area, laughing and socializing. Unfortunately, the attitude we encountered went far beyond a lack of professionalism. The item had been purchased using a gift card that was not a Home Depot gift card. We explained the situation and attempted to resolve the return reasonably. Instead of taking the time to understand the transaction, review the available options, or consult another manager, Chris insisted that he could only offer store credit. We specifically asked whether he could contact another manager or a member of leadership to help resolve the issue. Rather than attempting to find a solution, Chris told us to leave and threatened to involve the police. Yes, over a routine return of brand-new merchandise! The irony? We simply called another Home Depot location, spoke with management, and successfully completed the return for cash. The issue was resolved at another store without the hostility, intimidation, or unnecessary drama. The merchandise was not the problem. The management was. A manager's job is to understand policies, communicate professionally, exercise sound judgment, and help customers find reasonable solutions. Even if a particular refund method is not permitted under a store's policy, there is absolutely no justification for treating customers with hostility or escalating a routine customer-service question into a confrontation. I am deliberately not naming Chris's younger colleagues because I believe individuals can learn and improve. However, the overall atmosphere and the way this situation was handled raise serious questions about the shift's leadership, customer-service standards, and management accountability. Home Depot should take this complaint seriously and review the incident, provide appropriate coaching, and evaluate whether additional management training or corrective action is necessary. We wasted our time, left feeling disrespected, and had to drive this issue to another location to receive proper service. After years of working with Home Depot, this was an unacceptable experience. Customers deserve professionalism, not intimidation. Management should be part of the solution, not the reason a simple transaction becomes a nightmare.

We remodeled the master bathroom, gutting it and starting afresh - walk-in tub, shower, vanity,…read moreflooring, wall covering, lights. Brian was super helpful in working with us on the design and materials. He carried the project from beginning (design) to the end (bathroom remodeled), meeting with the contractor, JC Building America, throughout the project to ensure the results matched the design and that we were happy. He scheduled the third party suppliers (cabinet, tile, walk-in tub provider, etc.) and he followed up on resolving a few minor details after the project was done . We're delighted with the results. JC Building America, the principal contractor, did a great job. Lionel led the team and we appreciate his expertise and careful attention to detail. The walk-in tub by Ella's Bubbles is great. Lionel did a great job installing and fixing a leak in the drain. The service folks at Ella's have been responsive to phone calls and resolving a few issues. We love the tub. Special thanks to Steve at Villa Galleria. We originally met with Steve on the project and he assigned Brian to work with us. As it is with remodels, you often run into problems with the existing infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, rot, whatever). We had a problem with the existing plumbing and Steve jumped in and resolved the problem.

Design iterations once every two weeks. 2) quote doesn't include install and delivery , at the last week we were sent $15000 bill for install and delivery even though we had paid $94000 for cabinets and another $90000 for appliances. 3) 6 months after signing contract we are without hood and and missing major components and they refuse to respond to me because they prefer to talk to a man, my husband. 4) if you buy appliances and don't want to use their recommended installer , they make you pick up appliances at a warehouse where they operate a second business for computers used parts which seems really shady shop at your own cost, without any proper documentation. 5) after contract is closed you are treated as hostages and when there are small issues they will play all sorts of games and ignore you. Low class 6) three people own this business and other business. Reza is the sales guy who make you believe all custom this and that ... Steve is decent but he is a smaller share owner and at the end partner to Reza and other guy whose name is on business but helps them run another business. They only care to get your money and treat you like disposables thereafter. 6) save yourself and family and avoid this business, don't fall for fancy showroom and Reza sales talk. He couldn't care any less. He will use any excuse to delay you and charge you more and more money. 7) lastly , they only respond to my husband ... they prefer man to man talk avoid dealing with women. My husband took over dealing with them half way through and after job got 90% done they would even ignore him..... this is extremely unprofessional and sexist behavior!!!! 8) my neighbor in Los Altos also had exact same experience perhaps even worse !
