We did use that once for a smaller/cheaper plant and it was no problem. Luckily, the pricier tree has done well. Service is always friendly and responsive. They can recommend suitable plants that fit certain sunlight or water requirements that you might have. Prices are higher than non-nurseries like hardware stores, but the plant quality seems overall higher and the survival guarantee of course is worth a fair amount if you're more of a beginner gardener like us.
