We used Splashworks for our recent kitchen and master bath remodel and we couldn't be happier. Eric helped us out with our project and he was very helpful from the beginning and throughout the project. The quality of the products they carry is pretty high end so they are more expensive than the big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot but it is of course expected. You can tell they are very well built. We did run into an issue with one of the parts for our bathroom shower fixtures where the delivery date kept getting pushed out. This was due to the vendor moving their production facility but Eric kept pushing for the delivery and it ended up getting delivered earlier than the vendor committed to so that was good. Overall we are very happy with Splashworks and would highly recommend them. read more

Extremely poor customer service. My experience is quite similar to the other single star reviews. Difficulty getting help in the showroom, extended delays waiting for my item to arrive, surly responses (or no response) to my inquiries for an update. When we finally received the kitchen faucet and had it installed, there was significant leakage. Per our contractor, the item was obsolete and so old that the gaskets had deteriorated. We took our business elsewhere for the remainder of the remodel. So much for supporting local small businesses. read more

From the time we first walked in, until the very end of our project, we had excellent assistance from the staff at SplashWorks, especially from Porchea Towns. She assisted us in choosing all of our fixtures, sinks, even the knobs on our cabinet. SplashWorks has an excellent variety of quality materials, but without Porchea's help it would have been difficult to make so many important decisions. Porchea also worked easily with our contractor. The store itself is lovely. It's a bit small. I have a robern floating vanity that we purchased there a few years ago. I walked in and the 3 men that were there paused before saying hello. Finally one of them stood up to "help" me. I asked if they had any integrated vanity tops. He took me to one. Only one. Didn't ask any follow up questions or even direct me to a place that may have more selection. In September last year, I started planning to remodel my two bathrooms in the same time, I visited many different stores to find supplies for bathroom like as vanity countertop shower set...etc. I met Liana Guerrero in Splashworks and found she was very patient and nice. Then I bought so many from this store, vanities countertop medicine cabinet with mirror... from Splashworks. Unlucky one of the vanity manufacturers had a defect in their countertop and went out of business and luckily liana was able to help get this issue fixed. We recently went through a bathroom remodel and decided to go with Splash Works. They were recommended by a designer friend who mentioned they had excellent customer service and were extremely helpful. She was right! We had an issue with our tub order (that was not Splash Works' fault) and it was incredibly annoying dealing with all the back and forth trying to get our correct product. Tino was amazing in dealing with them to ensure we got our correct tub in an expedited fashion and also helped us get some money back for the trouble! The whole situation was a perfect example of why it pays to shop local. I was able to talk to Tino regularly for a check in. No waiting around on hold or trying to deal with the tub people myself.
