Hannah was our bartender and server. She was really on her game. My son and daughter in law - as well as their friend had been visiting from Cali and were on their way back to the Mainland this night. So those three, my other son, my Bf and I were just there as a quick meeting place to finish up the vacation and say our goodbyes - It really is a good place, close to the airport to sit and talk before departing from the island and one another. I am especially writing this review to praise Hannah's work ... she took our orders, checked on us - and when my Bf decided to get some ribs ...(uugghh) she was really nice about it and made sure it was packaged properly for him to take with us. We noticed another guy at the bar eating some chicken strips or fried chicken wings? and Bf made a comment about wanting to try one .. Hannah was quick to "protect" her patron a the bar from my Bf's wanting to take his food ... and told my Bf she'll get him a piece or two from the kitchen ... that was smart ... we know now, that we'd try that again! Kudos to Hannah for helping make a potentially sad evening a little better! read more

My wife wanted to get some drinks and suggested Chili's, I then countered with Ruby Tuesday and raised with their salad bar and got the win. Can't beat an unlimited salad bar. We got their and it was packed, but the wait to be seated was only a min, I think we were lucky. The wait for our server to come to our table was much longer than the wait to be seated. I was temped to head to the salad bar but didn't want to be rude. Our server finally came and got our drink orders. You could tell he was swamped and in a hole but he stayed cool and made every effort to improve our experience. He seemed inexperienced but put a lot of effort into his job. One of the reasons for the 4 stars was because of my wife's drink. She ordered a mango mohito. It looked great, came with sugar cane stir and chunks of mango, but just tasted bad, like it was missing something, I thought it was mint. I guess we could have changed it but we were to lazy to ask. In the end we came for the salad bar and focused our attention on that. We ordered the baby back ribs and the black and blue pretzel burger, both with the salad bar. The salad bar was great. It has a lot of variety and well worth the $7 with the purchase of a entree, $16 on its own with a bowl of soup. I like the fact the salad bar had 4 types of lettuce, three types of cheeses, 6 dressings, fruits and bacon bits among other things. The ribs were good, I felt they need more sauce, a little dry. My burger was ok, the bun, a pretzel bun, was chewy, which made the patty move when u bite down. The other thing I figured was next time get the regular burger and get additional toppings at the salad bar. 4 stars because of the unlimited salad bar. Food is average, a hit or miss depending on the day, salad bar always makes up for it. Parking is easy and price is reasonable. Can't wait for my next trip. read more

Like I said, DON'T GO HERE EVER!!! Seriously! So we went and my husband ordered a beer from their menu (bottled) and the waitress had no idea what he was asking for. We let that slide since we were craving certain dishes. So I ordered the Carolina chicken salad and they forgot at least HALF the ingredients that were suppose to there. It was suppose to be mixed greens and instead it was half a head of iceberg lettuce and it was brown. oh, and let's not forget they don't even dice up the tomatoes, they legit threw slices of tomatoes on the salad. just floored me! Then my husband got the buffalo chicken sliders and they were about a silver dollar in size each, seriously?? My husband ordered a second beer halfway through our meal and it didn't show up until they were taking our plates away...?? read more

We came here for our company Christmas party. I guess I assumed it would be a little More private because we had reserved the lanai area beforehand, but none the less it was fine. I really think they are understaffed. Our poor waitress was dealing with several other patrons to serve. Leaving us and others waiting for our meals and refills and to clear the table. I would Assume with a big chain like Ruby Tuesday there would be a little more other transitions and staffing. Maybe it was an off night, I don't know. My meal was OK. I usually order the same thing, but for some reason it shrunk. The ate was bigger, but the food was smaller. Overall. Disappointed. read more

PROS: -Lots of seating, indoor and out. Great for parties and events -Parking is usually not a problem -If you sign up for it, they will regularly email you coupons for free or discount items -They have a salad bar. The pumpernickel croutons are delicious. CONS: -Service is hit or miss -Overpriced. Salad bar itself is about $15! -Can be very loud! 13/100 Yelp Challenge 2015 read more

Went here a while ago, my spidey senses was going off once I entered the place. Had that musty smell like they haven't cleaned the carpet since they opened this place years ago. Then the table smelled like old mop water, the rag they used to wipe the table must have been nasty. Moved tables because it was hurting my nose. After waiting 10 mins at the table for a waiter/waitress (that was strike 3) we walked out. This place is in a great location, has the typical Ruby T decor, but the service and cleaniness needs MAJOR improvements!!! read more

Skip it. They have a low-star rating for a reason! Being the "Yelper" out of my group of friends, I have to admit I am slightly disappointed in myself that I dined here despite the semi-poor ratings. However, my friend did the planning for our lunch, and being busy, I just complied. The service here is mediocre, if not worse. Don't expect much and don't be surprised if your server is either rude or slow. Food is alright. If you've dined at a Ruby Tuesday before, you probably know what you're in for. If this is your first time, its basically American chain-food cooking. Nothing horrible but nothing special or unique. And for the prices? I would rather take my business elsewhere. But that's just me. Not being too much of a burger fan nor crazy about large corporate chain restaurants, this place really isn't for me... read more

The only, only, only reason why I was here was to celebrate the going-away of a co-worker. We had multiple factions spread out so it should have been easier. It's near the NEX and it's frequented by military. That's the only reason why I think this place keeps pumping. I don't want to go on chain-bashing so I won't bother with the food, which was okay. It's just the service. I'm not super upset, I'm just very displeased with the time, accuracy, and professionalism. I'll leave it at that. read more

One of the foods I crave most when I am overseas is a big, fat, juicy American burger. So when my boyfriend and I returned home from three weeks in Bangkok recently, his parents picked us up from the airport and took us straight here. I had never eaten at Ruby Tuesday before and had mistakenly assumed the food quality was similar to Fridays or Chilis. Boy, was I pleased when I opened up the menu to find A WHOLE PAGE OF BURGERS!! We all had a burger, and we all agreed it was the best burger on the island. All burgers are a half pound--they don't skimp on the meat here. Try the Triple Prime premium burger, with ground prime tenderloin, ribeye, and sirloin. The only disappointment I had with it was that the garnish doesn't come with onions like the other burgers. My favorite was the Smokehouse burger, with Wisconsin cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon, just the right amount of barbeque sauce, and fried onion straws. That really hit the spot. If you don't like sweet sauces on your burger, ask them to withhold the signature sauce. Also, they have turkey and bison burgers. Ruby Tuesday is now my number one spot for burgers. The meat is seasoned before cooking so it isn't bland like the burgers at Kua Aina or lesser joints, and it doesn't contain any gristle. They have the best burgers in Hawaii. read more

Ruby Tuesday Worst Restaurant, 1200 hrs local 3/29/21 Ruby Tuesday Moanalua Center, 930 Valkenburgh St Suite 211, Honolulu, HI 96818 Worst food ever? Can't say never had a chance to order. Worst waiter ever? Can't say never even made it to a table. Worst Hostess ever? Can't say, looks like food server had more attitude than common sense. We attempted to get lunch at Ruby Tuesday Moanalua Center, 930 Valkenburgh St Suite 211,Honolulu, HI 96818. Grandma didn't want to go into the restaurant and Gramps pushed the issue to get a burger and fries. Most of the time Ruby Tuesday cooks don't smash all the juice out of the burger. Sometimes they do though making for a dry regrettable burger. Well, Grandma relented and we entered Ruby Tuesday for lunch. No, hostess in sight. Lady in front turns around and questions if we should just sit down. I think I see the hostess to the far left busing a table. Grandma wanted to leave again. I asked to stand by, hostess seems to be right over there. 20 minutes later Hostess arrives asking if we were all together. No, that lady first by herself. We'll wait. Lady left and blocking doorway Grandpa steps way clear. Lady with baby carriage leaving and again, Grandpa steps way clear. Now it looks like Hostess is going over menu with first lady. Note: There's NOBODY within 20 feet of door. Unclear why Hostess isn't seating people, just going over menu. Grandma wants to leave again. Granda asks Grandma to wait a minutes. Hostess will take order and we'll get to sit down and order. Waiter/waitress comes up carrying food asking if we're all together. Grandpa says no, we'd like to be seated. We keep shuffling around here to stay out of the way of traffic. Waiter/waitress says we can't stand in the doorway. Grandpa had just explained that and again requested to be seated. Waiter/waitress says "NO" we can't stand in the doorway. Again, Grandpa explains we've been trying to stay out of the way and "NEED TO BE SEATED". 20 MINUTES HAS GONE by when this waiter/waitress says "NO" you have to wait outside. We've been waiting 20 MINUTES and this waiter/waitress kicks us out of Ruby Tuesday? Grandpa is all over this Covid concept, but this is BOGUS. Grandpa/Grandma have already been waiting 20 minutes to be seated and this waiter/waitress is all over Covid????? Grandpa has both his shots. Grandma just got her second shot today and we can't get seated at Ruby Tuesday for lunch? There were 2 or 3 groups within Ruby Tuesday at that point. A few more groups outside eating lunch. But Grandpa/Grandma have to wait what? Another 20 minutes out in the sun before this waiter/waitress gets the mind to open the door? Ruby Tuesday waiter/waitress wants us both to stand around for 20 minutes, "NOT" to be seated, but to go outside and wait in the Hawaii Sun. For how long? another 20 minutes just to "NOT" be seated? Grandpa expressed the amount of BS he was receiving and left with Grandma. Grandma went to Panda Express and Grandpa went down range to Taco Bell. Due to the BS received by your Waiter/Waitress (Guy/Girl). Grandpa thought he was talking to a big girl. Grandma says it was a little Hawaiian boy. Grandpa made it a point to take Grandma to Ruby Tuesday for lunch and only got kicked out after waiting for 20 minutes to be seated. Shoots, after waiting 20 minutes for Hostess to return. That waiter/waitress could have seated us. I take it Ruby Tuesday will hide behind Covid as an excuse and Grandpa will never be able to get Grandma back in there for Grandas burger. Thanks for nothing. My burgers are much better, just don't feel like cooking sometimes. Ruby Tuesday needs to learn, "NOT" to press all the juice out of their burgers. Simple concept, also makes for a dry burger. Ruby Tuesday just lost a couple of customers that I'm sure by the number of customers Ruby Tuesday can't afford. We're done and won't be back. Just chock it up to covid and Ruby Tuesday, "NOT" needing a customer base. Good luck to Ruby Tuesday with Covid the bills. When the lights go out, may be a bit late to keep up with the attitude and the 20 + minute wait times. read more

What a train wreck. I finally jumped off. Look Ruby's. I know you're on an island and everything is more expensive, but for your quality and ESPECIALLY your service (Which you should be stepping up to make people justify spending 13 bucks at lunch time for a SALAD bar), you are just not worth it. Just give it up. The first time we went in, the server was really nice, the salad bar was fresh. Expensive, but we can do it for exceptional service. Second time, we got seated and never saw a waiter/waitress. The manager walked past us multiple times. I left them a little note stating that No Service causes customers to leave. I'm not even going to try it again, I have a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Possibly the best "American style" salad bar on the island. The crab cakes and burgers are great. The ribs are a favorite too. The wait for a large group can be a bit long. One down side is that although new, this place is surprisingly dirty which is not uncommon on the island. Which is weird because I always see a group of employees visiting around the hostess area visiting. Hey man, I say "If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean!". read more

Food is pretty standard, burgers, ribs...........whatever. I usually like the salad bar at Ruby but this particular location the salad bar was very not paid attention to. Everything seemed bottom of the barrel as far as being stocked. Bruised, discolored, oozing liquids and just no sense of pride. The broccoli was ONE HUGE uncut flower, really? Thats how you want to serve broccoli? The baby greens were completely out and all that was left was the dried out, discolored and bruised parts so I had to hunt down someone. I guess he was the manager because he was in a blue shirt and she sought out someone to refill the salad. He came out and didn't even bother to bring out a new dish or even clean it out but just poured in the new with the bad. NICE. Then I saw him do the same when refilling the mushy green pepper and the disgusting cucumber. The server also made our night, because he was hardly around. It was so hard just asking for extra napkins and more ketchup. Lastly the wait for the privilege of paying was ridiculous. He just never came around after dropping the check. I was literally standing hoping he sees me. That was an experience that left me really pissed. There seems to be a serious lack of leadership at that restaurant and it shows. read more

Service has improved which is good. The food is awful. I came here again (not by my recommendation) and I ordered the good ol' trusty petite sirloin. Ugh. Atrocious. 3 bites and I'm done. It was so salty, full of grizzle, and FAT, FAT, FAT. For almost $20 you might as well give me hamburger grade. My broccoli was smothered in butter, so much that it was soggy. Highlight of the meal is they can still manage to make a loaded baked potato. The husband's spicy jalapeño burger was decent tasting but also really salty. My 3 year old probably had the best meal. Grilled cheese. Yum! read more

I have been to this ruby Tuesdays multiple times and each time while sitting at a table, service was terrible. My husband and I decided to sit at the bar hoping our experience would be better. We were so wrong. My husband and I are both in the service industry, I work at 2 bars, one corporate and one dive bar so we both know what it's like to be behind the bar or servers. The bartenders were inattentive and only talked to their regulars while ignoring or barely even talking to people who were just dining in. Our appetizers were put in at 6:17 pm and we got our food around 6:45 pm. Everything was luke warm except for our spinach and artichoke dip. Don't get me wrong, I know what it's like to work in the industry and how irritating some customers can be but I also know how good service can be and the service here was and apparently still is terrible. I will never go to this ruby Tuesdays again and will always recommend people to go somewhere else. read more

When I think of Ruby Tuesdays I think of a chain restaurant with sup par food. But, I will say that this location has a pretty good salad bar. After a long day of shopping my friend and I decided to stop in for the Salad Bar and Soup. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our friendly waiter came by quickly to take our drink order. My friend turned me on to the Raspberry Tea (but not the one from the fountain). Delicious! This thing is big! There is fruit at the bottom and it's a little on the sweet side. The only downside is that you can't get free refills, oh well I ordered an extra to go! Like I said the Salad Bar was very good and I actually ended up getting one of the salad bar combos that came with two mini cheeseburgers and French fries. I believe the cost was $14.99 or something close to it. Give this location a try! read more

I try not to frequent chain restaurants because there isn't a unique food experience or a specific loyalty to a chef. This location never seems crowded. I've been here for pau hana and lunch and we have never waited (even with a crowd of 15.) You would think working next to the biggest employer on the island, there would some crowd. The food isn't awful, and there is no reason to forgo this place for lunch. It seems like the menu price is a little too high for the quality of food, which I'm pretty sure is marked up for the location. However, if you're looking for a safe place to have lunch with the less adventurous crowd, Ruby Tuesday will suffice. read more

Yay! This place gets an upgrade in stars!!! Today my family and I went to Ruby Tuesday's to watch Football and we had a great waitress, Sophia! She was super cute and super attentive. We got the salad bar and a chicken sandwich. The salad bar well... was just a generic salad bar. But, it was busy this morning and it always looked maintained when I went for a trip back. The sandwich was basic. It had avocado and bacon. The bun was too thick so we ate it open-faced. The chicken breast has no flavor but the toppings made it taste decent. The sandwich came with a choice of a side. We chose French fries. Sophia shared that we could get "refills" on fries. Didn't even know about that! My Natalie got her fill of fries and was happy so I was a happy mama too! We pretty much camped because we were there to watch football. We never felt rushed or ignored the almost 4 hours we were there. read more

We ate breakfast here twice in the past week and were very satisfied each time. I don't understand why Ruby doesn't promote the breakfast more because the menu (unlike its regular menu) is more varied and tasty. In fact I would rather eat breakfast here in this calm and peaceful restaurant than go around the corner to Koa. My only complaint is the Acai bowl was in a frikkin' glass. It makes me wonder what else is going on here. Nonetheless, I had the big breakfast and one of the scramblers and I was happy with each. And surprisingly the coffee was good and in a large mug, which is always welcomed. If this place is to turn around its reputation, it needs to start with breakfast. People need to know there's a good option here beyond Ruby's mediocre American dinner faire. read more

Y365C R2 #008/365 This was my 2nd time at this location with my husband & 2 kids & both seemed to be good experiences. All I have to say is if your feeling salad this is the bar this is the place to be. The salad never fails here & was wanting me some salad & since we were in the area this was the place to go. Both my husband & I had steaks, I tried the new Mushroom NY Steak & it was much better than what my husband had. I always order the mash potatoes & zucchini for my sides, always happy with my sides. The kiddies had mac n' cheese ;) The service was great our waitress, ugh I wish I remembered her name cause she was so on it, the last waitress we had was pretty good too we sat outside the last time & this time dining inside was nice too. Overall, I don't have any major complaints, my family & I will be back if we are in the area or feeling the SALAD BAR. read more

The hamburgers here are mediocre. They were more dry than I am used to. This location is always packed with military guests who seem to get way more attention than "civilians." The service was very friendly when we got it though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My girlfriend and I came here after craving hamburgers but didn't want to drive all the way to town. We both ordered different hamburgers and a couple drinks. The hamburgers were pretty dry and were caked with sauce. I ordered the buffalo chicken burger and all I could taste was this slightly spicy sauce and nothing else. The buffalo wings were as expected but I always say how can you get chicken wings wrong? My girlfriend ordered a sangria that tasted great after squeezing in half a lime and some lemons. The service took a while and they were slow to refill our water. I don't think I will be coming back here anytime soon. read more

Service was good today. Food was better than last time. I suggest ordering Cajun steak and chicken parmesan.

My husband took me for lunch about a week ago. Wasn't very pleased with the person who seated us. It was a nice day so we asked if we could sit outside. Apparently he didn't want to be bothered with showing us a seat outside because he rolled his eyes. Our waitress was very nice. The food was very good...except for my salad. I very disappointed with it. It was not fresh and I could tell that my salad was just picked from the buffet. The lettuce was turning brown. We also had to clean our seats off outside which is something that wasn't done. There was bird poop on the chairs and tables. read more

THINK TWICE ABOUT ORDERING TAKEOUT FROM HERE... THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE IT READY AS PROMISED... I had placed a phone order for a take out dinner. Granted it was a Friday night and it was pretty busy, I was told it would be ready in an hour. I actually gave them over an hour before I showed up. When I got there, the waiter had said that only one dish was ready and didn't know how long it would take for the other dish and side to be done. I offered to wait a little longer. 10min later, the waiter came back and said that my order that I had placed was not going to be ready and handed me the one dish that was. The waiter said to just take it and was very sorry. At least the waiter was apologetic and never asked me to pay for 1/3 of my order, but that's not the point. There is a difference between proper compensation for something you did wrong vs. insulting me and sweeping your mistake under the rug... just saying. My time is worth way more than that sorry excuse for a dinner... read more

I understand this place is no Alan Wong's. However, if I find a long curly hair weaved through my spaghetti squash, I would hope that my server would offer more than a quick "oh, I'm so sorry," apology. As a former server, the very least I would do following an incident like this is ensure that party is well-attended to for the remainder of their stay. Not once were we offered a refill on water or asked if we wanted a second round of drinks. After being asked if we wanted dessert which we declined, she immediately dropped the bill. That's restaurant speak for "thanks, now please get out." I mentioned my disappointment to her as we left which I have never done before but I felt was warranted. Food quality was decent, but not enough to move the needle. Very disappointed overall. Management, please train your staff better. read more

So I'm not a fan of food chains, more of a mom and pop, hole in the wall kind of gal. But I absolutely do have to say I kind of dig Ruby Tuesday's in the Moanalua Shopping Center. With that said, majority of this review heavily weighs on service rather than the quality or taste of the food. I've been here a few times for a few work lunches. Service is quick and easy. If I go for dinner, we usually sit the bar. I like their turkey burgers there because their topped with avocado and is very juicy and tasty. We tried their buffalo wings the last time we went. They were pretty tasty. I remember there was once a time that I would order their avocado rolls as a meal. Mmmm crispy, gooey goodness. I also love sitting at the bar watching my favorite sports teams (any team playing against the Lakers). Football season gets pretty crowded at the bar, especially since seats are limited. Speaking of the bar, go see Gail G., she's awesome. Sweet as can be and always so attentive. read more

It was Father's Day so we decided to eat here for dinner after catching a movie & since we had gift cards that we've never used, we figured it was a good opportunity to do so. Upon reaching the parking lot, we saw that there was a long line outside so we thought it'd be a long wait. We had another place in mind as an alternative, but figure we just go ahead and see how long the wait would be for the 3 of us. Sure enough, as soon as we parked the car, we saw that everyone who was waiting outside was already seated and we were seated immediately! My son got their keiki mac & cheese that came with a soft drink, fries & a cookie. I got their seafood thing..I forgot what it was called but it had a lobster tail, shrimp on a skewer, their crab cakes & two orders of mashed potatoes as my sides. My fiance got a full rack of ribs with their popcorn chicken. I dont know what it was, but their crab cake was SOOOO GOOD! I couldn't get enough of it, so I was surely eating that baby slowly to enjoy and savor every single bite. I didn't catch our server's name but he was awesome. Always checking up on us to see how we were doing, and refilling our waters. I really wouldve given here 5 stars, but the only reason why a star was knocked off was the bathroom. While walking to the bathroom which is located near the bar, there was a smell...a disturbing smell. I can't put my finger one what it was, but it was really bothersome. And when I got into the bathroom, it was clean..but it felt really dirty for some reason. I just wanted to get in and out of there quickly. read more

Host/ess: 4-5 stars Servers: 2-3 stars Food: 1 star Cleanliness: 2 stars Bar service: 3-4 stars Price: Average ($$) Parking: Ample, open lot Location: Excellent Wait time: 45 min average (I've had anywhere from 20min-1hr) Details: I've eaten at this particular Ruby Tuesday probably 30-40 times over the past few years, never by personal choice. I generally just eat out based on what everyone else wants, as, despite how my review is about to go, I'm really not very picky. Because of its central location on the island, it tends to be the first choice for a lot of people. I've eaten here at various times of day, empty and full house. I've never had to wait for seating and the host/hostess is typically friendly and accommodating. Servers are hit or miss with personality and service. I often have to wait a while just for drinks (water/fountain drinks as well as from the bar). Forget refills. I'm one of those two sips per bite of food people, so I typically require at least one refill and I've never once received a refill or an offer of a refill, I always have to ask, and sometimes remind. The seats are pretty beat up and the menus are just ridiculous. I'm not sure if it's that they've never replaced the menus, but they are in the poorest condition, something I wouldn't expect from such a large chain. To be fair, other Ruby Tuesday restaurants I've been to have the same quality menu. Sticky, worn down, falling apart. I've also on occasion had dirty silverware. The food will be my largest complaint. I listed average wait time as 45 minutes, but as I said, I've waited anywhere from 20min-1hr., and if you order appetizers it's possible they may come at the same time as your meal. The quality of food is pretty poor. My boyfriend is from the mainland and really likes their steaks but out here they're usually not cooked to his specification and they tend to be oddly shaped and flat, lacking in good steak color. The food never seems to be consistent if you are like me and tend to order the same thing. Generally over or under-cooked and either bland or over-seasoned. My last visit will most likely truly be my last visit as my favorite food was just sad. They gave me very old broccoli. The ends were brown from age and the broccoli itself was limp, rubbery and off-color. It's unfortunate because it's a very good location to meet up with a group of friends/family from around the island, but it's just not worth it. read more

This is a place we picked since we didn't really want to go far from home & knew it would have something our picky 4yr old eater would eat. When we walked in, there were 2 employees standing behind the greeter station with no customers in front of them. I stood there and waited for them to finish their conversation and then the female that was behind the stationed turns to me and says, Oh, he will be with you in just one moment. He is helping another customer. Mind you, there are no customers in front of them & then they go back to talking. Then after about another of charting, the guy behind the greeter station looks up at an older gentlemen that was standing next to my husband and daughter in the doorway and asks hen how many people. I look at my husband annoyed and speak up and the lady says, "I'm sorry but he's helping another customer", this time with an attitude. I loudly say, "What customer?" There's no one up here and literally go and stand in front of the greeter station & tell her, "this is where customers walk up to when they come in to check in to wait for a table. I am the only one standing here" There were no customers in front of the greeter station & just the 2 employees talking to themselves. The greeters really need to be trained on customer service and how to talk to customers. I really don't think we will be coming back here as there are plenty of other places closer to our house to eat at that have friendly greeters. read more

OK. WORST service EVER! Not one single person inside this place cares about service AT ALL. My waitress was some older filipino woman who SPOKE one word and that was "Yes"...not "Yes how can I help you" or "Yes, is everything ok"...you get my drift. It wasn't that she couldn't speak English...she was just a rotten mean old bitch. My hamburger took 30 min to come out and was cold. She even had the nerve to talk CRAP about me to another employee because my wife ate my salad. Ok...my wife is pregnant and not feeling good. She came in there with me because she didn't want me to eat alone. So...one cold hamburger and salad costed me $21.50, she got a $2 tip and I wrote on the check that the service was bad. She laughed it off. NEVER WILL EAT HERE AGAIN! read more

Didn't feel like cooking and wasn't feeling the greatest either so we decided to head down the road to Ruby Tuesday to see what we could get to eat. Mind you we have been here before but never something we always crave when coming to this shopping center. The hostess was amazing! Friendly, energetic and gave use such a warm feeling when we entered the establishment. We were seated within seconds and waited for a bit for our waiter. We had our 1 year old son with us so we were seated by the salad bar, the perfect place to keep him busy looking at everyone coming and going as well as our on the road as people and car passed by. We saw their new advertising about the new BBQ Pork Meatballs and we had to try it. It came out super quick and we all loved every bit of it, even our son who doesn't really care for the texture of meat. The sauce is the perfect combo! We had ourselves scrapping up every last drop. For dinner my husband ordered the Triple Play and I ordered the Grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and the grilled zucchini. I liked only the zucchini which you can't really mess us. The salmon was very dry and I had to eat it paired with the mash just for taste. I would not order that again. Our waitress was friendly but busy and it took awhile to get our bill payed but it was the start of the dinner rush so I understand. Overall my stars was the for he BBQ Pork Meatballs and the hostess who is makes coming there a great experience to start! Not for the customer service from our waitress and the overall selection of food. We may come back for drinks and pupus but not anytime soon. read more

Ruby Tuesday Moanalua - BBQ Pork Meatballs - American Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

My friends and I were doing a paint nite here on the lanai so we came early to eat dinner and enjoy some happy hour. Staff was friendly and food we ordered was good.. we mostly got appetizers, burgers and salad bar. Salad bar was good.. clean and veggies were fresh and well stocked. I can't speak for all their food but what we received was good. Would definitely come back again. Surprised at how low the stars are for this place. Worth a try for anyone on the fence. read more
