I chose to dine at Ruby Tuesdays for my birthday dinner on the evening of July 6,2017 around 5:30pm. As the restaurant was extremely slow we received extremely amazing and detailed service from our wait staff. Their brand new Garden Bar they have been advertising is absolutely delicious and has over 50+ options for your salad crafting pleasure. Now I ordered my burger to medium, and unfortunately it came out almost rare, and almost completely inedible. As I was in a rush for a birthday event, I did not request a replacement. The other entrees in my group were prepared correctly and looked increasingly appetizing. Luckily I was able to fill up on the garden bar, along with one of my dates mashed potatoes they so graciously shared with me. Now the only other negative portion of the experience was the condition of the walkway to and the entirety of the restrooms. In the back hallways outside the restrooms, peeling wallpaper and cracked flooring can be spotted and is a complete eyesore for guests. This must be addressed in order to improve the dining room atmosphere. Next, while using the men's restroom, I noticed a large amount of (what I assume is) dried blood (based on the color) on the floor of the stall, in the sink, as well as coving the seat of the toilet, flush handle and pooled around the toilet base. This was extremely off-putting and I informed a team Member about this. My only recommendation to address this issue would be upping the frequency of your restroom checks. Hopefully on my return visit in the future I will have a much better experience, helping bump this from a 3 to a 5 star rating! read more

Awesome Fresh Salad Bar with lots of choices ! The rack of baby-back ribs tasted delicious and was soooo tender it fell off the bone ! The Pineapple upside down cake with ice cream for dessert was wonderful and a perfect ending to our amazing lunch. Sam, our waiter, did a great job taking care of us, too !! The server did not care about us at all.. never got my appetizer and I had to ask for my drinks. Then time to go because I had enough and after 20 mins waiting for our bill that he said he would go and get my husband asks if he can prepare the bill. As always, this is a review from the perspective of a service dog handler. This was my very first visit to Ruby Tuesday - ever. And I went for my birthday with my mum on a Saturday afternoon (6/23). I took my service dog in unvested (this is legal in the US) and the hostess just smiled and asked us where we would like to be seated. She even found us a table that had some extra room for my service dog to sprawl out in which was great since he's not a small dog. Our waiter came over quickly to take our drink order and even asked if we'd like something for Manatee which was very considerate of him since it was over 90 outside at the time. He was very mindful of all my food allergies (there's a lot) and made sure to make notes on our orders so the kitchen knew to be careful as well. He also kept our drinks plentiful! The salad bar was clean and orderly, everything was labelled and nothing was mixed about so I could enjoy my veggies without tomatoes trying to kill me and my mum could enjoy her spinach without eggs trying to kill her and not a peanut anywhere to kill me. It was a beautiful salad bar. And I just really loved that salad bar, y'all. I love it so much. Our order came quickly and it was just as we ordered it. And the man that delivered that hot plates was nice enough to humour my weird curiosity about the silpat hand protection - I'm weird and nosey. Nobody bothered my service dog, even when we left him alone under the table to go to the salad bar. Not the herd of children, the busser, the other patrons, or any employees. Which is very rare for us. I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday in general and especially this one. Great food, great atmosphere, and great staff! read more

Service was horrible ....waiter from hell ...told me I came at a bad time....? Really..... On top of that I ordered a steak .... Waiter did not ask how I wanted it cooked...... Do yourself a favor and keep driving.... While our service was excellent ( we were at a booth in the bar) that's where the excellence starts and then comes to a screeching halt! Salad bar, meh! Appetizers (artichoke/spinach dip), ick! But the last straw.....Chicken 3 ways, they took ONE chicken breast and cut it into 3 pieces, put 3 equally shitty sauces/salsa on and charged $16.00 for it! Used to love this place but had two bad experiences with delivery. Once the delivery people cancelled (don't know why) and RT told me to pick it up. I had no way to get it. I gave them a second chance. This time I received only 1/3 of my order to which RT said I would have to come pick up the rest. Again, no way to get there. Well today I had transportation so I ordered a hamburger for my husband and BBQ chicken street nachos for myself. My husband wanted his burger medium well. He got a burger that was completely charred black on the outside and raw inside. He threw it away. The nachos were inedible. First of all they were soggy from all the BBQ sauce; secondly there was some sort of artificial crap pretending to be sour cream. It was actually gritty to the taste; perhaps some sort of powdered concoction? The chicken was dry as a bone and hard to chew. Threw it away. Three strikes, I'm out. NEVER again. But I have to ask; what in the world has happened to this once great restaurant? It's sad. read more

Just came from Carrabba's down the street, that place was a zoo so we decided to cancel our meals to have dinner elsewhere. We got to Ruby Tuesday's and Jake at the bar was a winner from start to finish. Made great drinks and gave good suggestions. Very personable, fantastic service. This Ruby Tuesdays is A-Ok - it is clean, the service is good, and the food is on par with what a Ruby Tuesday's food should be. You don't go to Ruby Tuesdays for a 5 star experience, but it is comforting food none-the-less. On this particular occasion, my friend asked our server for advice on a specialty holiday beverage - and she flat out told him that she disliked it, but encouraged him to try it - and if he didn't like it, she'd take it off the bill. I thought this was an above and beyond gesture, especially with a premium beverage from the bar. read more

The Chicken Bella was good so no complaints with the entree or even the service, but we were definitely rushed. Nothing to write home about. I had seen commercials for their "new and improved" salad bar, but I can't say I was super impressed. The items were fine and I could tell a few things had been added. I was hoping for more pasta type salads and fruit. The reason for the two stars: After our meal, I went to the ladies room. It was gross. The toilet bowl had a ring that indicated it hadn't seen a brush or cleaner in awhile. The floor was sticky and didn't look like it had seen clean mop water in awhile. That coupled with my dirty silverware and the greasy hand print on the booth tell me that there's no attention to detail by staff or management. It wasn't that busy when we visited. read more

First time and last time eating here. Stood at the door for over five minutes before being greeting and seated. The service was slow and only became slower. We ordered soup and salad and went to make our salads. The salad bar was picked over and needed attention. Once our soups came, the waitress warned the plates were hot. It was far from the truth. Both soups were cold and we brought it to the young waitress's attention. She brought it to the attention of the kitchen manager, after telling us, it's been an issue all evening. I chose not to eat the soup and sent it back, assuming it would be taken off the bill. My girlfriend chose to take her soup home. Once the bill, my soup was still on the bill I paid the bill because it would of took too much time to have $3 taken off the bill. The location is understaffed and not managed well. So much disappointment. The only positive was the cold beer, but let's face can you really screw up a beer. So the food came out cold, the salad bar (new revised one at that) was a mess. There was food mixed with other food, this salad bar is way worse then the previous one. This is one of those times when you ask, how in the world is this place still in business. Went to RTs last Friday for lunch with my wife. We were greeted at the door by Sean the manager and made welcome. I had the peppercorn crusted chicken sandwich with fries and found it excellent. The chicken was tender moist and very tasty. The fries were very crisp and cooked perfectly. My wife had the grilled salmon and said it was to die for! It also was tender, moist and very tasty. She had the salad bar with it and enjoyed a heaping plate of greens, and all kinds of fixins. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, and kept our drink glasses filled and our empty plates removed. I will come back to this restaurant again. What's not to love, good food, reasonable prices and great help! read more

I don't have any complaints about Ruby Tuesday to be honest. I will say that the prices were a little higher than I was expecting for a chain restaurant, considering what they serve (like a few bucks more than what I was expecting), but the food was still decent. As other reviews have mentioned, there was nothing that really stood out to me about the food or the experience, it's pretty run of the mill. Their salad bar has several options, but I honestly did not find it to be appetizing. The staff were very nice and we did use coupons when we went, so that was helpful. But there are many more restaurants that I would prefer to eat at before returning here. I suppose I've become a food snob. But if you need a quick bite or something for lunch, this may not be a bad option. read more

I work here so I am a bot biased but I do eat here almost every day. The food is really good and we do try to give you the best service possible. We chose to dine at this restaurant on a Monday evening, and the restaurant was about half full so we had no problem getting seats. It took a while for our waiter to get to us since they were low on waiters that evening, so it felt like he was running the show. It also took much longer to get our drinks and food. I had the Herb Crust Tilapia. It was very delicious but the same couldn't be said for my sister's steak as it was served to her under medium well. So maybe if they had more employees that night, things would have gone better but for the most part it was an okay place to eat at. read more

Had lunch with my family here today and really enjoyed it. My wife and I tried 2/3 new salads they have and they were both really fresh and my salmon was great. GM Sean came out and greeted us and asked for feedback with the new salads, which we though was a nice touch. If you're in the mood for a solid burger with a side of AYCE salad bar, then you could do a whole lot worse than Ruby Tuesdays. I typically go for their Black & Blue Bacon Pretzel Burger (medium) with their salad bar. The salad bar could have more of a variety, but it has a sufficient amount of choices for the given price point. One of the problems here would have to be service; I've experienced long wait times in between table visits for refills which is a pet peeve of mine. There have also been times in which the plates by the salad bar have had residue, the silverware has also arrived dirty which just makes you lose your appetite. It's an average restaurant with average/better than average food. It's worth your time if you're in the area. read more

Had soup and salad today and saw black mold spots on the refrigeration vents at the salad bar. Needless to say I did not return to the salad bar and lost my appetite for the food I was served. After we finished our lunch, my wife and I made a point of showing the mold to the man in charge. He agreed that it did look like mold and he would see that it was taken care of immediately. The cheese and broccoli soup was not cooked properly with the broccoli texture like it was just thrown in and not cooked at all. My wife had a crab cake that she liked, but the mold on the salad bar convinced us that if guests could see this what was left uncleaned behind the kitchen doors. We will not return! read more

Not my favorite. Place always seems a little dirty. Visited this week and had the chef cut sirloin...awful. Fatty and was way over seasoned. Top of my can of Fosters was filthy and I told manager on way out. Salad bar would be ok if adults could keep their kids from manhandling all the selections. Last trip here. read more

Have conducted several business luncheons at Ruby Tuesdays in the past and will NOT be doing so in the future. The Crab Cakes w/ Sweet Chili Sauce had been a favorite. On the last visit the manager stated the awesome Sweet Chili Sauce had been discontinued and I should contact the corporate office expressing the desire to have it reinstated. In doing so it was evident there was no interest in hearing my feedback relating to reinstating the favored product. I will not patronize an establishment with so little regard for customer service. Me and my family went here last night after we ordered are drinks we asked the waitress to bring us some biscuits she said she would go get are drinks and biscuits she brought us the drinks but she didn't bring us the biscuits after awhile my grandma asked the waitress where are the biscuits we ordered she said that they are cooking and will be out shortly by the time we got are biscuits are food had just gotten to the table my food was good I got chicken and French fries my mom got the veggie trio she got a baked potato onion rings and broccoli she asked for cheese on her baked potato when she got her food there was no cheese on her potato she had to get up go to the salad bar and take some of the cheese my grandpa's food was good but my grandma's food was bad she got steak and shrimp she asked for No seasoning on her steak but they put seasoning on it and her steak wasn't cooked enough she talked to the manager he said he would go cook the steak more he did and it still wasn't cooked enough he cooked it one more time and then it was fine. read more

The server was very attentive but did not put my order in the way I asked for it. She did tell us it was only her 4th day by herself We just wanted a couple of burgers. The burgers were overcooked and tasteless. The grilled green beans were good and served at a good temperature. The fries were good too. Although, the server and manager both asked how things were, i was not honest. I prob will not go back anytime soon. We also saw people leave because they waited at the door for probably 10minutes without being seated even though it was after 9 pm and the restaurant was empty.
