[[HIGHLIGHT]]We came in around 7 and it was pretty quiet with ample seating![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was sweet and chatted with us how today was strangely empty, usually around 7/dinner time she'd be running around and the place would be packed, haha. We were given water and menus, and chatted some more with the two staff members and ordered the pho dac biet larges. I thought the broth was nicely umami with a nice comforting sweetness from the onions in the broth. There was also a good variety of meat given in the bowl. The ratio of meat to noodle to broth was pretty spot on here. Their menu is a little smaller options than other spots but that just goes to show they really put in effort to make their menu items tasty!

Another good meal, brisket was tender with crunchy vegetables. Add a chicken sandwich. Fantastic lunch with great service.

I got the Special Pho (Pho Dac Biet) which was $16, good price for it. The pho came with a good amount of meat and noodles, then Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime and a slice of jalapeño. The pho broth to me was a bit sweet, I'm used to a little bit more savory pho broth. The pho is good portion size, came out hot and quickly after I ordered it. Small family owned business, there's a lot of parking here. Staff seem friendly but most of it is you order and they bring you the food.

Two of us tried different dishes one pho one with noodles both had fresh flavors and were large to fill us both. Fresh vegetables, ample chicken and beef. Would go again and try more dishes. Large tea was delicious and had several options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cozy place excellent service[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Happened upon this place, decided to give it a try and was not disappointed! I ordered Egg Rolls (Cha Gio) which were nice and crispy, the Potstickers (Banh Xep) which were fried and had a pretty decent filling and OMG the Pho! I ordered a large Pho (Pho Tai) which was loaded with meat and was large enough to split. The broth was very flavorful and I ordered the pickled carrots (Carot Chua Ngot) which I dumped into the Pho. To top it all off I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade (Chanh Dau) with rainbow Cong Jelly and it was delicious! Not too sweet, very refreshing and had chunks of strawberry in it! I got everything to go and when I got it home it was still very hot and everything was packaged very well. Can't wait to eat here again!

Good Pho. I was surprised by the quality of the Pho here. Was looking for something close and I'll be back for sure. The prices are a bit high, but what isn't nowdays? My favorite pho in Vancouver and probably better than a lot of the Portland places I used to have to drive to.

In town for work and found this pho spot . Food was very good and had a good amount of meat in the pho . Place wasn't stingy with the portions. I would recommend this spot .

My first time here and I love the foods very much. The right pho place is spicy condiments on the table and does Ruby Pho. I had spicy noodles soup and it was fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly staff and I saw a lots of family with kids there, seems like a great for family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]I will definitely go back again.

I got P4 Pho. Tastes amazing. Juicy beef and very THICK and rich broth. The servings are very large and well priced.

The best thing here is their bahn mi. The bread is nice and soft, not tough or hard on your gums.

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere!…read more Inside is fashioned after a town in Vietnam and it is beautiful! There's plenty of seating, an adorable bar set up and tranquil water features. Absolutely could be a great date night. We started with an order of Crab Rangoons and Thai Tea. Both were fantastic! Some places over fry the rangoons making them overly oily or leaving a weird aftertaste. These were done just right! Filled with crab, cream cheese and celery. I would not have thought the celery would be a good addition (I hate celery) but in this moment it absolutely works! For a main we ordered round eye steak Phó and it was absolutely perfect! We agreed that the broth is one of the best we have ever had! Plenty of protein and fabulously fresh add ins (basil, limes, jalapeños and bean sprouts). Service was quick and our server was lovely. We will absolutely be back.

The vermicelli noodle egg rolls were yummy and the fish sauce was not too sweet, the chicken satay was pretty average as far as the meat but the peanut sauce? I'd DRINK that sweet firey goodness :P But the real star of the show was the chicken, onion, potato and vegetable curry. At first I was concerned spooning it out because the sauce was a little thinner than I'm used to, what a truly silly concern because there was more flavor in 1 serving spoon than in a cup of sauce from the same dish at other restaurants!! Seriously folks, don't walk RUUUUN to Lotus

We started with a couple Thai mules which were made with a spicy and delicious ginger beer. For food we ordered the Nem Kai from the house specials menu and, after an enthusiastic endorsement, the drunken noodles. Both dishes were amazing. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were generous. We couldn't finish so we took the leftovers home and enjoyed them the next day. I have been craving that rice dish for the past week since our visit. I will have to go back soon! The servers were attentive and helpful, even though it was closer to closing time than we thought. We sat outside and enjoyed the landscaping on a nice evening. Highly recommend this spot for a delicious meal and refreshing beverage.

Restaurant was clean. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. We were immediately greeted and seated upon entering the restaurant. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ordered a few appetizers to share; coconut shrimp, potstickers, chicken satay and BBQ pork fresh salad rolls. Each appetizer came with an appropriate dipping sauce. The food was good, and tasted fresh. The chicken satay was a bit dry, but the curry flavor was perfect and the peanut dipping sauce helped give it a bit of moisture. I feel like the prices were a bit steep. We only ordered one non-alcoholic beverage and 4 appetizers, and the bill was just shy of $80, with tip. I guess I didn't realize how expensive it was since last time I came for Happy Hour. Overall we were happy with our experience here; however, next time we'll make sure we hit Happy Hour for better pricing. Would recommend.

No need to street park here. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is on the smaller side with only a few tables. Each time we've come, there has been open seating for us to get seated quickly. There's a giant mural of how to eat pho like a pro. SERVICE: Never had an issue. The ladies are always quick to seat us and often refill our waters. They bring the food out hot and fresh and we've honestly never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. She was quick to come to the table to take our orders and are always courteous to us when we come in. FOOD: I always get the brisket pho. They have two sizes, small and large. They are pretty decent portions and I always leave full. They serve pho with limes, bean sprouts, and all the fixings. They have hoison sauce and Sriracha on hand as well. Now the brisket and noodles are always good but the star is the broth. I'm so picky with my pho broths and this one always has that deep, rich flavour that I look for in pho. It's a darker broth and doesn't taste watered down like some of the other places I've had in Portland. I've also had their egg rolls and I love them. Always served piping hot and crispy. OVERALL: Been here several times and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend.
