Saw all the positive reviews on Yelp and decided to get my BMW M4 aligned by Richard. He was responsive when scheduling a time to drop the car off, provides great and timely service, and the alignment was spot on to the factory recommended specs I asked for. I've had bad experiences before with other independent alignment shops that align cars to the acceptable factory ranges but the variances are so off between the left and right side, that the car drives worse than before the alignment. It's great to have found someone that is so knowledgable and honest while also providing fair and competitive pricing. Had my car scheduled for a Wednesday morning showed up 20 minutes late and still took my car in which was great. There were tons of cars outside regular like mine and a lot that are nicer which was a green flag for me. Timing belt, tensioner, water pump, idle control, and drive belt change on my 2010 Honda accord. Service took a bit longer than expected however they did have a lot of cars to work on so it's understandable. First of all I'm very satisfied with the work they did on my car everything was what I asked for. Second of all I did bring my own parts and they only charged me 520 for labor which was an amazing price since other places quoted me a few hundred more. Super professional and honest business absolutely loved my entire experience. Lastly they took the time out of their day to even wipe up and clean the inside of my car!! I don't see many places that do little things like that anymore and I've been to many auto shops. This is the 2nd auto shop that I took the time out of my day to write a GOOD review for and I don't write reviews often. If anyone is looking for a Professional, honest, good and hard working auto shop this is the one. Will definitely come back for anything I need and would definitely recommend to anyone. There is a reason why RTM maintains a 5 star rating after 100+ reviews. I recently visited RTM and had my body kit installed on my Miata. RTM was THE ONLY bodyshop who provided with a reasonable quote and honored it. I just could not believe how many brilliantly outrageous quotes I got from other body shops, all with 4 stars or above on Yelp, for installing an OEM body kit which was designed to fit the very car model perfectly by the very manufacturer. I almost made myself to believe that I was the one who underestimated the labor charge! Ya, like you really need a team of professional mechanics to work 5 hours on installing four pieces of plastic. I arrived at RTM on a weekday morning and saw the place was already packed with cars waiting to be repaired/modified. Again, i guess there is a reason, right? Richard finished my car within the time range he estimated, well with a little extension. I am happy with the result and it was really worthy for me to drive 40 minutes to get things done. As a female, I'm skeptical of auto mechanics because of past bad experiences. I searched Yelp near my new home and made an appointment w/RTM to get the front brakes replaced (quoted $180) and to get an oil change (quoted $78) for my 2018 Nissan Maxima. I dropped off my car and about an hour later I received a text (my preferred contact method) that my brakes were fine and didn't need to be changed yet, and that I have more than 10,000 miles left on them. But he (Richard) said that I might need a new battery (approx $170). Another hour or so later, I received a text that he had cleaned the corrosion off my battery and it tested ok. All I actually needed was the oil change. He also capped off all the other fluids. I walked away paying only $127.02 for oil change, oil filter, engine oil, air filter, and cabin filter, including labor. Richard was very confident, attentive, and he answered all my questions, even via text as he kept in touch with me. When I dropped off my car early that morning and stood waiting for the shop to open, another RTM customer was singing Richard's praises. I found everything that customer said to be true. Previously brought my BMW X1 to a shop to reset the light - "Secure vehicle with parking brake" by replacing a small spring under gear selector. However the shop did not fixed it and also caused a 2nd light on - "Restraint System fault in airbag" Richard was patient enough to spend time to diagnose and open up the center console to check for any connection, wiring, software and possible installation issue from the last shop. He finally had to replace the airbag module in order to reset the air bag light. He also spent additional time to open up the gear selector to check the spring installation on the other light. Finally he noticed the spring was not correctly positioned, and all he did was secured it and the light -"Secure vehicle with parking brake" was finally off. Ever since my car had these 2 lights on, I brought the car to over 5 shops and all rejected to work on my car when I told them the airbag light was on after another shop work on my car. These lights troubled me for months before I found RTMotorworks! Richard is really knowledgeable with BMW and patient enough to spent time to troubleshoot on this kind of problem no one dare to spent time on. Highly recommend him to BMW owners! read more

I took my 2013 FRS to Richard at RTMotorworks because Longo Toyota could not/refused to fix my issue. I had this annoying noise where it would make a knocking noise when accelerating or coming to a stop. Longo had my car for a week, had the shop foreman and a Toyota Field Technical Specialist look at my car and tell me this noise is not abnormal. I take it to Richard and within a few hours, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Richard can fix the problems where the best at Longo could not/would not. I also had Richard realign my Perrin 3 inch Cat back Exhaust. The tips are perfect match left to right and this exhaust is notorious for having one side stick out more than the other. Good quality work and exceptional service is how I would describe this place. Aftermarket or OEM, Richard knows how to work on it. read more
