After a 16-hour shift at the hospital, I ended up with an unexpected flat tire at the worst possible time. I was exhausted, stressed, and just trying to get home safely. Getting towed to America's Tire in Dublin could have made the day even worse, but because of Dillon, it ended up being the best part of the whole situation. Dillon was professional, kind, understanding, and went above and beyond from the moment I got there. He worked with me to find a better tire setup than what I previously had, helped keep it within my budget, and most importantly made sure I got back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. What stood out most was that he didn't treat me like just another customer. He treated me like someone he genuinely wanted to help. That level of service is rare, and it made a huge difference during an already stressful day. I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had with any tire shop. America's Tire is lucky to have Dillon Mlynsky representing their Dublin location. He is a true leader, a major asset to the company, and someone who absolutely deserves recognition for the way he takes care of people.

It sounded believable even though I had no problems.. Regrets- No prior problem is now a big problem the wheel pulls very hard to the right. There was only one customer in the shop . Big red flag. There was three or four guys standing around behind the counter looking bored. Fortunately I didn't listen to their advice telling me that I needed new brakes. I saved myself well over $500.00 dollars. I took my car to my mechanic today that I have used for years and has always been fair and never advised" Me of things I don't need. First I went to AT & Costco, then i thought to order online and ship them to a local tire center to install which would be most cost effective. Well, that's when I found Tire choice, they're local and down the street from my place. I called to confirm tire installation service but after speaking with Scott for a few minutes, I pivoted. Lol He was patient and knowledgeable, sent over a quote right away and was able to match all the other perks i was looking for. SOLD!! and I guarantee you there was no sales pressure nor upselling. I went in the next day to secure an appt for that Sat since i need it ASAP. Dropped off my car Sat 9am and picked it up around lunch time. Easy and smooth. The car is unsafe to drive in the freeway. Unfortunately I need to drive back home in Southern California. First I met Raoul l, the service manager, he recommended me to bring the car to Tesla service. Over there, Tesla service want me to leave the car for complete repairs and evaluation. If I go through insurance and Tesla service it can take up to 3 weeks. All I need is temporary fix so I can drive home and take care the repair afterward. I brought the car back to the Wheel Works shop to see what can be done. After investigating, Raoul and his assistant decided to remove the flap cover. The job took them a good half an hour. When asking for the cost, Raoul just showed the hand signal and stated that it was not a big deal and do his sameritan deeds for free. I was shocked and cannot believe there are still existing some great car service business nowadays. The sprit of Christmas 2025 and full of Love is with the Wheel Works shop. I was able to take the car in an hour and half earlier than my appointment. At the end , It took 4.5 hours to get two wheels on my car. I was told it would be 2 hours. The employee called me at the time it was suppose to be done to say they just got an update on my car. An hour later the car was done . It should not take 4.5 hours on a weekday morning to get two tires ! Especially, I was told to bring it earlier than my appointment. I would expect to be earlier to be repaired when you tell me to bring in my car for the tires .

She was helpful, friendly, and made me a same day (actually about a 45 min) appointment. I got a text confirmation, and then a text with a request for confirmation that I was on my way. Cool. I get to the place, and as I'm walking in, here some Tyler to greet me. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be the recipient of this kind of service. But, he was looking at me the entire way and said he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Sweet. He explained the tires, service, and here I am sitting in the lobby waiting for my tires. My Spare Almost Fell Off On The Freeway! I've always had…read moregreat experiences with America's Tire, but that changed recently. I went in and purchased four new tires for my SUV, and upon leaving I found that my tire sensors weren't operating correctly. They said that would clear itself out, probably within the next hour or so. It hasn't and now been a couple weeks. In that time I've also started to hear a rattling in the back of my truck like my spare tire is loose. Never have had that happen in 35 plus years on the road. Upon Investigation, I found they had rotated the tire, but never tightened the lug nuts on the spare tire. One of the lug nuts had already worked its way off, and was gone, and the other two were hanging on by a couple of threads. This is really inexcusable on their part. This is a simple checklist process thing. Guess I need to check the wheels on all four corners too. You sell tires. If one thing must be drilled into these people it's the criticality of tightening form the lug nuts!!! Being fast is great for sales, but it also has liabilities. Please double check the work on your own vehicles whenever worked on.

The staff immediately told her they couldn't help and she had the tires longer than she actually did. They literally laughed at her and teased her for it, then she called the original Big O Tires where she bought the tires and they verified she was right. I spoke to the manager Jim, who kept changing his statements to dodge the facts & any obligation to provide customer service. Jim said he wouldn't go through it with me. When I called him out on being manipulative, he said he was done talking to me. I asked for his manager and he said there was nobody above him, but then admitted there was, so I asked to speak to the owner and he ended the call. Multiple audacious comments made by Jim that are shameful from a business/customer service perspective. Even his coworker admitted to my wife they judged her b/c she was a woman and they assumed she didn't know what she was talking about. Terrible look for Big O Tires and unfortunate. The shop in Pittsburg provides excellent customer service.
