Need more shops like this. Recently had tires done on two cars. Toyota, Highlander and BMW. Great customer service and honesty. Shoppe is clean. Waiting room is very nice. Parking is really good. The service you get here is excellent and the turnaround is very fair. The quality of tires that you get for the price is wonderful. Avoid Dublin RT tire by all means. They sell unsafe tires!!! Don't fall into their lies that their tires are both cheap and safe. In retrospect, their tires are cheap indeed, which is their selling point, but they are indeed very unsafe, have a very short lifespan, and are even dangerous and fail to meet safety standard!!! These guys like to say "I don't understand what you are saying" in the first phone call and hanged you up when you report a problem to them. They will never answer your second call. Here is the Story: On June 27, 2026, went to Minute Muffler (another shop nearby) to change tires, who recommended me to go to Dublin RT tire which is just on the opposite side of the plaza. Purchased and changed two front tires on June 27, 2026. Yesterday on July 21, 2026, one of the tires blew out while driving. There is a hole on the sidewall. See images. The life of the tire is only 24 days!!! It happened very suddenly with a big BANG. The vehicle lost control and hit the curb and drove onto it. Very dangerous. Have to call AAA to replace it by backup tire. Feel uncomfortable in my neck. read more

I just want to say all the guys over here at RT tires in dublin were very helpful. I bought a pair of used tires from them as money is a little tight right now. Price was very fair for the brand of tires and they had great tred. When i got home i noticed a little issue with one of the tires and i called them to explain. They were close to closing so they told me they would call me tomorrow morning. And they did, told me to come back down and they would take care of it.! When i got there they helped me right away and offered me a different pair of tires for the front, these ones even better than the 1st. Popped in to Big O Tires because I got a flat. I walked in, and asked how long for a plug? Big O Tires told me I had to wait an hour. My local mom and pop tire shop is in Newark Ca, but I was in Dublin when I got the flat. So I left Big O Tire because it has never taken an hour to do a plug on one tire. I drove down the street to RT Tires and they started the work on my Tesla Mod 3 right away. I ended up buying four tires! Bought FOUR Tires! Called the shop inquiring about a tire to replace one with sidewall damage. They said they had one in stock and to come on down. When I arrived, they refused to install a mis-matched tire on my car because it could cause transmission problems. They clearly explained my options and offered a good deal on a set they had in stock. My tires are fairly new so a new set would do me no good. I was able to track down a tire online and brought it back to the shop for mounting. These guys are quick and courteous. In and out in less than 20 min! read more

As I'm pretty sure most people have, I heard about RT Tire from a commercial on TV. With that being said, my car has suspension that could definitely be replaced. But since I haven't fixed it yet, my tires wear down fairly quickly. Tired of spending $130 every time that I need a tire, I decided to give RT Tire a call. Upon doing so, a friendly woman answered the phone and was able to locate 2 of the tires that were the size that I was looking for. She said that the ones that they had were Hankook ( a very good brand) and they would only be $65 a piece, out-the-door, mounted and balanced. Half the price of what other shops charge? That was music to my ears! I told her that I would give them a call back in a few days to double-check that they still had them as I wouldn't be able to come in that day. Yesterday, I gave them a call and luckily, they still had the tires in-stock. With that being said, I hit the road from Fremont! Upon arriving, I was greeted by Tim, whom I had spoken to earlier in the day and he knew that I was the one that called. Tim showed me the tire (I decided to only purchase one), showed me the tread-depth and got my car into the bay within a few moments. He even checked my tires and was honest about the life left on them and didn't try to upsell me. One of his employees quickly began working on my car and before I knew it, it was done! During the time that I waited, I checked out the shop. Although this isn't a full-service shop, they still work on cars there. So with that in-mind, believe me when I say that this is probably the cleanest car-shop that I've ever been to. I chit-chatted with Tim for a few moments, paid and was on my way. All in all, I was pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is in-need of slightly used tires. Just to reiterate: Tim seemed honest in his line of work and easy to communicate with, the shop was clean, the workers did a thorough job and the prices can't be beat! 5 out of 5 stars. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: This is probably my 5th time over here at RT Tire within the last 5 months. These guys DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! Every time I am in there someone is going above and beyond to provide the best possible service and the guys are always on the grind to find the exact tire that you are looking for or at a bare minimum something comparable. Yesterday Tim was there to take care of everything from my first phone call to the checkout process. Mike helped with the whole process of swapping tires and was definitely a man on mission! He was extremely fast getting everything swapped out. It always puts a smile on my face when Mike or Pat pull out the torque wrench for my lug nuts. You leave their shop feeling like you truly got the best deal but more importantly, that the job was completed CORRECTLY!! Absolute class act of employees and will MOST DEFINITELY RETURN. read more
