My bmw had a flat and I called them 30 mins before they were scheduled to close. The lady that answered was friendly & told me to come in. It took me longer to make it there from where I was at because I was driving 5mph but once I finally arrived at 5:45 they immediately got to work on fixing my tire & I was in and out by 5:56pm ! I was looking for a set of used tires for a special vehicle. The person I spoke with at the business looked through his enormous assortment of tires and deemed that he did not have what I needed. He did however have some tires that were the right size and told me they would be fine. I had him mount the tires on my wheels and I took them home and put them on my vehicle. When I took the jack out from under the vehicle the tires appeared to be flat despite them being inflated to the recommended inflation. I read the tire rating and the tires were not the proper tires for the vehicle despite telling him what the tires were going on what it weighed. I took the tires back to the shop and he refunded me the cost and ordered me the right tires. So in the end he did make it right. read more

I contacted them and spoke with Ebony at 5:00 pm about getting new rotors and brake installed on my F150 Ford Truck. Ebony told me if I wanted to purchase the parts elsewhere they could install it tomorrow sometime on Saturday September 30. So I purchased the parts at Monument and took my truck the same day so they could do it the next day. I was pleasantly greeted by Ebony at 5:40 pm September 29. To my surprised not only did they replaced my rotor and brakes, they also replaced my four badly worn tires all in the same time. I left their shop at 6:45 on the same day without having it done on Saturday. What service! They all went the extra mile to take care of me and their price for the work was more than fair. Bought 4 new Michelin 10 ply tires for my F150 from these guys back in November. Easily best price in the Tri Valley. Made an appointment on a Friday @ 3:00. Went to the Casino nearby to have a beer (one!). Less than an hour later I get a text - your truck is ready. Nice. THEN I stop by a couple of months later to ask what correct tire pressure is (10 ply tires seem to have varied opinions). They told me to pull in then checked and filled each tire for me. Is this a big deal, no. On the other hand good companies do the simple things well. These guys are very good. read more

The big name tire shop down the street wouldn't replace the nail in my tire due to their policy, but gladly offered me a set of brand new tires, with $100 off of course. I politely declined and came here instead. I ended up replacing the tire on my spare and got the nail replaced in my tire, all for chump change. Save your money. do not come here. i first did business with them when i needed new tires. what attracted me were the low prices but its been a nightmare. After my first pair of tires i found they were deflating constantly and wearing down quickly. I thought this was because of my driving so i went back and got another pair. The same thing happened with the new set of tires. I then decided to buy my tires on amazon and when I went back they increased the installation costs simply because I didn't buy the tires from them. The new tires i noticed have not deflated and have not worn down like theirs did. The tires they gave me would wear down to BALD with in the span of a few weeks. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to do business again. read more

Everyone here is super nice!! I wish I Knew about them years ago. Would of saved me a lot of time with other shops. They solved a overtighten locking lug from another place the week before!! The other place over did on my locking lugs and would of gave majors problems on the road. They also did a great and very quick job doing my vintage trailer tires. Was in an Hot in less than 40 minute maybe 30. Look for them behind the Livermore Casino Area with all the small commercial units. We got there 30 mins before closing and they were super friendly and accommodating. The owner even suggested we just patch the tire saving us $50 because the screw wasn't that damaging. As usual they provide the service more faster, affordable, and has empathy to understand when a person is in frustration with the car repair process. I gave 5 stars because due to the heat I was in a bad state and I wanted to apologize to the wife of the establishment. LOOK NO MORE! Don't need to research, no need to price shop, THESE GUYS ARE IT! Service was impeccable. I needed to get 2 rear tires replaced. I showed up at 3:05 on a Tuesday. Most places would tell me drop off and well call when ready. No lie. I'm in my car writing this up at 3:18pm. I'm done!! And they rotated the fronts to the back for no charge. These folks really helped me out a few weeks back. I got a flat tire on the freeway and ended up stuck on the side of the road as I did not have a spare with me. My tow truck driver drove me to the nearest shop and they were closing and didn't want to help me. Since I was not from the area I need to get home and he told me about Guerrero's tires. We called them and they ended up having two tires in stock that were the size that I needed since my flat tire was ruined. They were still about 20 minutes away but they stayed open a little bit late and waited for us to arrive. They were friendly helpful prices are really good and I can't thank them enough for staying open and waiting for me so that I could get my car back on the road and get home. I wanted a first class outside polish and ceramic application for my Mercedes and found that Rey had polished Lamborginis, Ferraris and other high end vehicles. He quoted me a reasonable price (much lower than the Dealer's detailer) and what was most important to me, knew how to apply AvalonKing Ceramic coating after meticulous prep. Not even 1 star! I called asking if they sell used tires. The girl asks what size I need. I tell her I'm not sure but perhaps she can look it up if I give her the make and model of my car. She says she cant and asks a guy in the background. She then proceeds to tell me I need to look it up. I look it up online and call back a few minutes later and speak to a man. I tell him the size tries and he says he will call me back within 10 minutes. Over an hour later and still no word. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SINCE THEY CLEARLY CAN'T BE BOTHERED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
