I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 0945. I was a few minutes late but they got me in as soon as possible. Thomas helped me get checked in. He let me know it would take a bit longer as they were short staffed, something I know only too well. He quoted a time of 10:45 but to be safe, promised it would be done by 11 for sure. I have had some bad experiences at America's tire but the service has improved greatly. The team has been wonderful, explaining to me what needs to be done and any extra items I might need to consider. No pressure if I say, "No thank you." Great place, wonderful service. This is where my family goes for tire service. Bought the tires here and have my tire rotations free. Great value for what I need. read more

I've been an America's Tires customer for over 20 yrs all over the Bay Area and appointments were often always stressful no matter which shop I went to. Livermore store has been the GAME CHANGER! Appointments slots always available and when I do go to appts, they start on time and don't take too long. For today's appt, I preordered 4 Michelin tires online a few days prior. Unbeatable price! They offer price matching if you find a lower price. The day before my appt, Thomas gave me a courtesy reminder call to tell me what to expect on day of. Also, there is a link on day appt that shows your appt progress and you can notify them you're in your way. Upon arrival, there was a sign with my name on it for parking. Thomas came and greeter me right away and I proceeded to a smooth check in. Place was clean for me and my toddler daughter to draw. They finished up my new tire install within 30 mins. I love this location and today was by far the best experience. read more

Interesting call from this company. Dealt with the before with 0 issues so I just chalked this up to having the unlucky encounter of a greasy snake oilsalesmen. Without getting too specific...told the guy about my unfortunate and unlucky circumstance of getting a brand new tire just to have a nail it and immediately said that if bought it thru them I would probably have had protection....eh No s$% bro.. but i dont because i woulda just had the other company fix it but i declined it. anyway, i digress, he goes and only offers the one expensive brand. anyway, found another company that has a generic brand that handles my heavy load. F for americas tire and wont be going back anymore for either of my vehicles read more

I love Americas Tires. But please have your restrooms clean. We got here as soon as the place opened and had to use the bathroom while waiting for my vehicle. I stepped out as soon as I saw how dirty the bathroom and smelly it was. Pee stains all over the floor and toilet, paper towel stuck. I know its all men working here but remember that you have female customers that would appreciate a clean and less smelly restroom. Thank you in advance read more

Always EXCELLENT Customer Service!! My to go Care for my car. Conveniently located minutes from home! I have purchased futures here for all 4 of my vehicles at a reasonable price and they also price match! Strongly recommend an appointment to get in & out, but usually there isn't that long of a wait without an appointment... read more

Booked an 8am Saturday appointment at another big o for four specific tires and chose wait-in-store online option because I don't live close. Got there on time and they said the tires weren't in the store or the warehouse. They wanted me to leave the car, order a different tire, and come back later to pick up. Drove down the street to America's Tire. They had multiple tire options actually in stock, pulled my car inside, and started the install before the paperwork was finished. I was on the freeway on my way home by 9am. Shouts out to the guy in the front with the glasses and the folks in the shop who got me all set and good to go in under 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. read more

I've used this location multiple times and have always had a great experience. Most recently, my tire pressure light came on, and they quickly checked the air and determined that I didn't had a flat tire. They also took the extra time to help me reset the tire pressure calibration so the warning light would turn off. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service. Definitely recommend this location! read more

I came in to get a flat patched (free!), but the puncture was too close to a previous repair. My other tires' treads were low, and Alex convinced me to get a new set. The new tires really improved the handling. Shout out to Kevin and Alex for great customer care! read more

Kevin assisted us with great service ! We went to get some tires for my gf & initially we were only going for 2 tires but came out with 4. Kevin broke it down from how much miles the tires would give. She bought 4 Mohave ties & we added the tire insurance because in the future it's cheaper than buying a whole new one if goes out. Overall phenomenal service we were in and out. The said our wait time would be 1 hr but took maybe 30 min. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Kevin! read more

was told no appointment needed took 2 hours Disappointed i was by passed for other people read more

Not my preferred location but it was the only one with plenty of open spots to schedule an appointment the next day. Every other location around the Bay Area had availability until the 4th week of September. That's way too long to wait for a nail in your tire and a rotation & balance. I'm writing this review as my vehicle is being serviced. With a three o'clock appointment and it is now 3:18 and my vehicle is done. This is the fastest time my vehicle has ever been serviced. I might become a regular here if they continue to have last minute appointments available even though it's a bit of a drive from where I live. read more

I called to make an appointment a few days in advance and they said they could get me in asap, if I could come. It was 4:15, they close at 5:00! So I went and they were extremely informative and quick. Left around 5:15 with brand new tires. They give you options, so you get a variety of tires and cost. I recommend any busy person who needs tires to call and get in! read more

I called about a slow leak in my tire. I did not purchase the tire here originally. Not only did they inspect it, but are now fixing it for free. As a single parent, saving money is a must. So is having a safe car for my kids to be in. Thank you Kevin and Kyle at Amaricas Tire for doing both. I will be back! read more

Kyle was great working on the car very quickly. I was in an hour and 20 minutes which is a new record for me! My tire light was going off and you put air in the tires and fixed the light! read more

I went in with a low pressure tire light on. We filled the tires but noticed the tread wear. I wasn't looking to get all four tires changed but after considering the age of the tires, tread wear and the fact that I drive my son to his cancer treatments the most, new tires were needed. Alex helped me and the crew worked to get me out as fast as they could to make an appointment. This is the only place I go to for tire needs. Thank you all again for all that you did for me and my family. Much appreciated!! read more

This was my second visit to this America's Tire location. The first time, my car had to be towed in with a flat tire, and they took great care of me. So when I noticed a punctured tire recently and happened to be nearby, I gave them a call even though it was a busy Saturday. Morgan answered the phone and went out of her way to help me get a same-day appointment. Super helpful and kind. The tech who worked on my car (wish I caught his name!) was also fantastic patched the tire efficiently, explained everything clearly, and honestly answered every question before I could even ask. I also made a small request for them to be extra careful with my new wheels, and they fully respected that. I was in and out in under an hour. This place is fast, friendly and reliable. read more

I encountered five different employees the day I went to inquire about new tires and every single one of them were kind, courteous and smiling! I don't even know why I gave Walmart a second chance after being treated rudely the first time not to mentioned overcharged. They treated me rudely yet again, so I walked out and went directly to Americas Tires. Thank You Kevin and Michael. I'm truly sorry I cannot remember the other names but you ALL are amazing in how you treat people! And for that, I'm so Thankful read more

It's my third time to deal with tires in the past 6 months. TLDR;this shop is much better than the other 2 "5 star rating" tire places I went to(Seeva and Sons, Valley Tire Service). I brought in my parents' Tesla model Y to have the tires replaced on an early Saturday morning. Didn't have an appointment and Thomas greeted me with a smile. He went over all my options and at the end recommended the OEM tires with a very competitive price. When I explained that I had to get the car before 11:30am, he went out of his way to make sure the foreman is aware of the timeline and committed to it. The staff was very professional and it was nicely done. They are very efficient and I highly recommend this place. Seeva and Sons: chaotic, very unorganized, made customers wait for an extended period, not cheap. Valley Tire Service: quick service but charged me $70 for a flat tire repair because I have a Tesla? Come on. read more

I initially went to the Fremont location, where I live, but they were very backed up. I called a few other locations as well, and most had wait times of three hours or more. Even though it was a bit farther, I decided to reach out to the Livermore location, where Jake let me know the wait would be about an hour. On the drive over, my daughter fell asleep, and Jake went above and beyond by coming out to assist me so she could continue sleeping. The entire process took about an hour or less, even though my flat tire needed to be replaced and a few other tires were found to be balding as well. Jake did everything he could to help with pricing and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. I had a wedding to attend the next day and absolutely needed this handled that day--especially while juggling everything with my one-year-old. The team was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and efficient. It was such a huge relief during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated the kindness and level of service I received. read more

The whole team was great, and Morgan was wonderful. They took great care of me when I had a leak that couldn't be repaired. :)

This is a long time overdue, but Americas Tire is my go-to for tires and service! Always fair and upfront pricing, and the people who work here are awesome. Thomas helped me today and was super friendly and made sure I knew about some offers that helped me reduce the total price, and who can complain about spending less for stellar service? The Livermore location is always less busy than the other locations so this is my spot! read more

The tires I ordered were not delivered to the store on the day they promised. Because I was running on a tight schedule, Jacob and his team Manager upgraded my order with better tires at no charge. They also went above and beyond to get me out on time. For the whole tire shop effort, they all get 5 stars. Helpful, friendly, professional these guys did a great job! Recommended ++! read more

I was helped by a woman named Morgan Taber and also another tech named Kevin at this location. I was stressed having to deal with a repair and these two were very calm and went above and beyond to help get my problem resolved. They didn't try to upsale me and really did everything in their power to get me the safest and most cost effective solution. I recommend this location and these two specifically. Being a female having car trouble is always a hassle with getting taken advantage of in these moments and these two did not do that and were will to work with me for my situation. Very much appreciated and I hope this reaches the right ppl so they can get the recognition. read more

This was the second time, that I went to purchase tires here. Thomas was wonderful at providing great customer service. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything to me. I had a bunch of questions and he had all the patiences. Thank you Thomas, for making my purchase an enjoyable experience! Jake was also a kind gentleman, who expedited my pickup process. Great service! Great people! Would highly recommend! read more

Exceeded my expectations in every way. I took my Tesla to the Livermore shop for removing a nail that got stuck in the tire. Manager (cannot remember his name) explained that since it is near the edge, it cannot be repaired. I was not convinced and wanted to take it to a local shop or take it to Costco from where I had bought the tire. He was patient enough to explain again and mentioned it was a safety issue. They will not let me drive the car and changed the tires for free. I felt bad and wanted to pay at this point but they did not accept the payment. They were genuine and were really concerned about the customer. Will be taking my cars to them for all the tire related work in the future. read more

One of my tire popped on the my F-150. I was towed to American Tire at 9 PM, after a horrible experience with Metro Towing. The next morning I was happy to see my car there and even happier with the customer service at American Tire. Within 30 minutes of the American Tire opening they had both rotated and put on a new tire. Really appreciate the effort. read more

Customer service is friendly here, but not very detailed and the incompetence is high. I walked in, and place an order for my tires. They said they will call me in a week when tires come in. -I waited two weeks before I called them asking for it. They apologized, and said they didn't realize my tires were delivered. -service people was not very detailed. My pucks were not put back in place. Picked up my car after service was complete, and I noticed a clacking sound. I had to stop driving one mile down the road to see what was loose. All caps were never put back under the car so I had to crawl under the car to put it back. What on earth ?!! Thats an easy fix fine. That's just plain laziness. - my key was returned back to me melted. I am so upset!!!!!! I wasn't informed on why it was melted. The agent probably was not careful and left on an area that was hot! I will definitely not be coming back to this location, and was fooled by the good reviews. I have had my tires done by America tires for over 20 years, and never have I had this issue before with their work. Be cautious of this location. Just double check their work, and you'll be fine. Pros: -friendly and prompt upon arrival. Initial Team member was pleasant, and friendly -competitive prices Cons: -parking is small -lack attention to detail by service team -follow thru is non-existent -service at this location is questionable or lack thereof read more

Thought this place was good based off of reviews, their work was great on my car, but their salesman up charged me on things I didn't even ask for and I didn't approve of. i usually go to the dublin location, but per usual they didn't answer the phone. i had 4 new tires ordered to the store, and when i got there to get them installed, i was in and out in 20 minutes. i spoke to multiple guys on the phone, all of which were super respectful and helpful. the shop is full on young-ish guys but they're all very professional and work very quickly and efficiently. will definitely be coming here from now on read more

After getting a few price quotes for 4 new tires, America's tire got my business. I knew they would be the best buy, as my other cars have been in there. After 3 weeks I ran over a chunk of sheet metal and ruined one of them. I put on the donut spare and went there just as they opened. Not only was I in and out of there in 20 minutes WITHOUT an appointment! They replaced the tire for free-and I didn't even get the insurance when I bought them! Great service, a nice clean location and great prices! read more

Got a flat tire on our way home from Pleasanton to San Juan Capistrano. Luckily was able to get off the freeway to the Exxon on First Street. AAA was on its way and I called America's Tire to see if they had tires in stock that would work for my Kia Niro. Daniel said they had several options in stock. AAA brought us to America's Tire. We opted for replacing not only the blown out rear left tire but also the rear right tire as well. Was told it could be up to 3 hours wait. We had a 6 hour drive to San Juan Capistrano so asked if there was anything they could do to push us up, we would appreciate it. No guarantees. We went next door to Pannera Bread for lunch and hung out playing on our phones, when an hour later the car was done! Wow, great news and we were on the road! read more

They offer lifetime flat repair if you buy their tires. WRONG!!!! If you have a flat they will give you every reason in the world why the tire is unrepairable. Over the years I fell for this twice. I told my wife, before I brought my car there, that I would not fall for it again. Sure enough I got another lame excuse. They wanted to sell me a new tire for $300. I passed. Went to Big O . They repaired my tire for $35. No problem. read more

I was a regular customer, and I came and asked for a patch on a flat tire due to a nail. I am very familiar with what kind of flats can be fixed, and this one was clearly fixable. They refused to do it, telling me this was definitely not fixable, it would be impossible to try to fix it, and I instead needed to buy new tires. I took my car down the street to a different tire shop (Bruce's), where the mechanic took one look at the tire, told me it's fixable, and promptly fixed it the same day. He did not try to sell me tires, but told me I will probably need new tires within the year. America's Tire lied to me and tried to upsell me on tires by refusing to fix my flat. Be warned that if you come here and suddenly need new tires, they are probably not telling you the truth. I will no longer be a regular customer here. read more
