Their stated business hours: 7AM but no one shows up until 7:30 AM. I ended up going back to them twice after the service after the initial repair for follow ups. I got a call before the service is complete asking for to pay for the bill before the service is complete. On the repair itself, they tacked on 2 additional services which wasn't discussed when I gave the verbal approval for the service. I didn't end up getting service here. The lady who took my information was rude and wouldn't tell me how long I would have to wait. She kept repeating "once i take the vehicle in it's going to take an hour" in a very condescending voice. She wouldn't engage or tell me how long the wait was. Finally when I said I couldn't wait - instead of letting it be - she ripped the paper in front of me in a hissy fit. The guy who was helping the other party seemed to be patient - and she was ordering him to take their ID to get their information. I wish he had helped me instead of this rude lady. I had a screw in my tire and air was leaking out pretty fast. Tire Choice was the only place still open on a Sunday. I called them to ask if they would take a look at my tire without an appointment and Greg said to just come on over. Greg was able to patch and repair my tire in an hour and it was free! They damaged my tire (~$500 damage). They don't talk to me. Support line doesn't pick up the phone. The didn't offer any compensation of course, just told me that it happens. It's insane! Update: Later found out that one more tire was damaged (~$1200 damage total) The shop manager denies everything of course so insurance won't pay. This tire shop solved my issue in 15 minutes when Midas spent 2 hours just to say they can't do anything. My tire was losing air and was at 10 PSI. I called these guys 30 mins before closing and they were so nice to let me bring it in and look at it right away. As soon as I go there BAM, the young gentlemen took a look, diagnosed the problem (screw in tire) and took the car in for a quick repair. I went to Tire Choice for a new set of tires on my RX450h. The OEM tires lasted 29K. Tire Choice said the would beat the Tire Rack/Deliver - install approach I was going to use, and they did by a little, so I said lets do it that way. But then they tried to upsell me with a tire warranty @$33/tire. The original guy I worked with (Evan) mis-represented what the warranty would pay for. I decided against the warranty. They tried to sell me a wheel alignment ($120). The car had been tracking perfectly and there was no unusual wear on the old tires, so I said no. When I drove away with the new tires, there was a major pull to the right. I drove 10 miles to confirm the pull and went back to Tire Choice to fix it. They said they would do a free wheel alignment check. They did and it showed a problem that would cause a pull to the right. I said fix it, and they did, for $110. The tires now track correctly. So, I wonder why this happened since there was no indication of a wheel alignment problem when I went in, but there was a major wheel alignment problem with the new tires when I came out. I suppose it is possible that the wheel alignment problem was there with the old tires but somehow never caused a pull to the right or showed any unusual wear, but in my mind that would be unlikely. They won't get anymore of my business. read more

Not only that but after I drove away I realized I had lost a letter I had in my purse and so drove back and I pulled in as the man who fixed my tire was leaving and he got out of his truck ready to help me look around in the parking lot with a flashlight (I ended up finding the letter at my stop before). My son got a flat late on a Sunday afternoon, and had to drive back to SLO that night in time for his classes on Monday. Bruce was the only one who would take him, despite it being late on Sunday and he had 3 other cars still waiting, with only an hour to go before they closed. I got a flat tire when I was in the bay area, and I just needed to replace my tire. I went to Big O Tires first and they didn't have the tire I wanted. Across the street, there was Rynch Tire & Auto Center. So I came here, the gentleman who approached me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He basically said he can get any tire that same day. It seemed like a good deal. So I basically dropped off my car, and he was able to get everything I needed by the end of the day. I got a flat around 3pm and started calling every shop in town to see if they could patch my tire (since no one carries them in their stores). Call after call everyone told me they stopped taking cars for the day and I would have to wait until Monday. Finally I called Rynch and spoke to Robert who told me he could take a look at it. They removed the nail and repaired it within minutes. I was going to pay but that wonderful lady told me they did it for free. I was so moved by their generosity.
