I had been searching for new tires for my car, had shopped all over to get the original tires that came on my car, but quickly learned they were discontinued. I narrowed down the replacements to 2 specific tires, but everywhere I called I could not get 4 of either tire models I was considering. Saturday, November 8th, I walked into Tire Choice in Dublin and met Scott Hammons. Super friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I shared with him my situation, he listened with genuine interest, and then said he'd like to do some research and would call me in a few hours. A few hours later he called and I went in. He explained the difference between the 2 tire models...and I was so glad he did because one model was the right tire, and the other would have definitely be wrong. He then went to work and within 3 days had the 4 tires that were best for me in the Tire Choice shop. Ladies, please read this: I was in Dublin on Military Orders and was recommended this shop since it is down the street from post. I came in after my car marked tire pressure was low and saw it was due to a nail stuck on the back left tire. The man at the front desk, Stewart, called me after an hour saying there was nothing wrong with any of my tires. Really... I saw the nail sticking out of my tire right before I left the shop - I asked him to please check them again and told him the exact site. Calls me again after another hour and says there is still nothing wrong. When I tell him to keep the car on the jack so I can head over and show him where it is, he begins to shout and say that my request is ridiculous. I pass the phone to my leadership, Staff Sergeant Ramirez and the man (Stewart) continues to shout and bicker even when SSG Ramirez was speaking to him in a calm and understanding manner. We head over to the shop and Stewart keeps the same attitude. My car is parked outside. We go inside and approach him calmly, trying to figure out what's going on, so I can leave satisfied and feeling safe with the condition of my car. Not ONCE did Stewart speak directly to me or try to listen to my concerns - the reason I went to the shop in the first place. Instead he threw in my face that he wasn't planning on charging me for anything... payment was the least of my concerns. When I exit the building, I walk over to my car and find the nail in less than 30 seconds of looking. Did they even initiate a service? He did not care that I was in uniform on orders and short on time, he did not care that I was genuinely concerned for my safety and the stability of my vehicle - to him I was just a woman who didn't know anything about cars.... A+++! I can't recommend this place more! I called on a Saturday evening around 530 because I discovered a nail in my tire and was crossing my fingers they could help me so close to closing time. I was greeted over the phone by Scott, who was enthusiastic, professional, and so very helpful! When I told him I was 10 minutes away, rather than ask me to hurry because they close in 30, he said "great, drive safely and we will see you soon!" While Ernesto worked on fixing my tire, Scott made me feel right at home while I waited, playing some fantastic music and providing great conversation. The man is a customer service professional, no doubt about it. My tire was fixed within 20 minutes of my arrival, and I couldn't believe it when they told me the service would be complimentary. I don't know if this is some kind of industry standard, but I was very surprised and left what I was planning on having to pay as a tip for Ernesto for his quick, but thorough work. Next time I need auto or tire service, I know who to call. I only wish I had discovered this location sooner. The fact that they went out of their way to make sure they could provide me a service they weren't going to make any money off of is a sign of amazing customer service and I honestly can't wait to give them my business! read more

My husband normally goes here so I decided to check this place out since he says it's a reasonable price. However, when I arrived, I asked for a specific oil but they told me that my car won't allow it so they recommended another one that cost more. I went with what they said. I already had an appointment, and the guy knew I was going to wait so I sat there in the store waiting. There's a table with chairs if you're going to sit and wait. I feel like the guy who helped me was a little over the top, he's definitely energetic and nice, but I don't really like his attitude or personality. He keeps himself busy so he multitasks so he helps multi customers at a time, which is both good and bad depending on what's going on. One thing I didn't like about this place is with my husband's recent service. When they told us they will call us when it's ready in an hour, we were waiting for a phone but they never called us. So we just went here and suspected his car has been ready for more than an hour. read more

My check engine light lit up on Sunday. I didn't think any auto shops were open on Sundays, but Scott was! Not only that, but he was extremely thorough to get to the root of what was causing my engine troubles. Throughout the day, Scott was giving me updates on where the car was at and how long it would take to fix (since it was unclear as to the cause of my engine trouble). Once Scott figured everything out, it was like routine for him on how to fix the problem. A dealership might have charged me a few hundred dollars extra to keep my car overnight, another body shop would have overlooked the main problem (as did the last shop I went to for an oil change). But Scott kept the price reasonable and I feel like he saved me at least $400 on repairs. Now my car is running smoothly and I don't see myself going to another auto shop. I called because I was concerned about a slight freeway vibration in my car after another shop installed new tires with a balance and alignment. I had the other shop re-balance the tires but there was still no difference. I spoke with Scott and he was super friendly and helpful, and he said they could spin the tires to see if the balance was still off. I scheduled to bring the car in and within about 30 min they did just that and found 3 tires were out of balance. And the balance was complementary! Sure enough that fixed the problem. Guessing perhaps other shop's wheel balancer is not calibrated correctly. Scott sure is a super nice guy and knows customer service. Will be coming back. read more

I wanted to compliment Scott for the great service I received this weekend. Not all auto shops are open on Sundays and even fewer are open on Memorial Day. I brought my car in Sunday morning without an appointment for a flat tire. Scott found the leak and correctly assessed that it could not be repaired. I had informed him ahead of time that I purchased the tire from Costco and thought the Costco warranty would cover for a new tire. He did not pressure me to get a new tire at his shop. He just put on my spare tire and was also very considerate in placing the damaged tire in a large plastic bag for me. There was no charge for all this. I checked with Costco later that day and my tire was not available and would take way too long to get. So I had to find a way to get a new tire on Memorial Day. I called many locations (that were listed as "open" on Yelp) and left many messages asking if my tire was available (apparently my car has a super uncommon tire size). Scott was the first person to call me back (actually, only one other business even bothered to call me back at all). In fact, he called me back in less than 30 minutes to let me know he did not have the tire and he had also checked other locations in the area. He let me know the tire would be available the next day if I were to order it. I ended up finding a tire from another tire shop so I did not call Scott back. But I really appreciated all his effort and for his excellent customer service. read more

I needed a new tire after and unfortunate accident, my husband called around and found one at Tire Choice. They didn't have one at the time, so they ordered one to be delivered around 4pm the same day. I called and spoke to John and asked to be called if it was delivered earlier. John called around 2:30 pm to let me know tire was in. The service was fast and flawless.
