The warranty company eventually agreed to partially reimburse the cost but required a final invoice showing both the diagnosis and proof of payment. The invoices I received continued to show a balance due, and as the 30-day submission deadline approached, I attempted to follow up multiple times by phone and text but did not receive a response. As a result, I may not be able to complete my claim and get partially reimbursed for this emergency. On the day of the repair, I also asked about installing a water pressure valve and was told there would be a follow-up, but I did not hear back. Overall, the repair work was completed, the toilet was reinstalled as promised, and the team was punctual. I was quoted a range for the price and of course the actual amount was the highest price in that range. However, communication and documentation could have been more consistent, especially given the warranty requirements. My advice is to not pay in full if there are outstanding items that they need to do.
