Dr. Sprinkler handled everything from the sprinklers and drip line for the palm to the valves and controller. Logan was our lead person, and he and his team did a great job. Our Kurapia and king palm are looking great, and when we're ready, we'll have them complete the third zone in the backyard. Dr. Sprinkler did quality work at a great price. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Dr Sprinkler is an exception - not only are they the Professors of Irrigation, but every technician they have dispatched to our house has been professional, extremely knowledgeable and most of all, friendly. They treat the customer with respect. On our last sprinkler repair, their technician Logan even explained to my mom and I the work that would be performed so that we felt at ease. Not to mention - discounts for non credit card payments and being a loyal customer. All of the work they have performed to date has been excellent and efficiently done once scheduled. I would recommend Dr Sprinkler to anyone in the OC and LA area without hesitation.

I highly recommend Newport Sprinkler Repair!(Not to be confused with Newport Landscape, which…read morequoted me OVER THREE TIMES the amount for the exact same job) Edwin was the first person to respond to my request for a quote, arrived promptly, and was professional from start to finish. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity. In today's economy, it's refreshing to find a company that doesn't price gouge. Every other estimate I received was double or more than Edwin's price to replace 2 sprinkler valves and an exterior main shutoff valve with a brass quarter-turn ball valve. He checked everything after install, thoroughly cleaned his work area, and reset my sprinkler timers for me before leaving. Edwin kept his pricing fair, reasonable, and easy to understand. Finding an honest, ethical business owner like him is rare these days. He has absolutely earned a customer for life. I'll gladly recommend Newport Sprinkler Repair to my neighbors, friends, and anyone looking for a trustworthy irrigation company. If you're browsing Yelp trying to decide who to hire, stop looking and call Edwin at Newport Sprinkler Repair!

I hired Newport Sprinkler Repair based on their strong reviews, and the finished job is clean,…read moreprofessional, and runs great. Daniel did solid work on site, dialing in the lawn coverage, sealing crawlspace penetrations, and sleeving the valve wiring. My main advice for future clients is to make sure every expectation is completely aligned during the initial walkthrough. The final bill ended up noticeably higher than the estimate. An underground pipe issue under the driveway was an unexpected discovery and completely understandable to pay for. However, other items became add-ons due to miscommunication. I had expected the controller to be hardwired directly, and I also assumed the pipe thud I mentioned to Ed during his initial visit would be resolved in the original scope rather than needing a water hammer arrestor added after the fact. Overall, they do quality work and accommodated all my requests, so I am happy with the finished system.

We walked around for a while trying to get an idea of what was available and what the prices were but since no signage is provided and there was no one there to provide any information, we left. We will have to try someplace else. If they are unable to provide staff to answer questions, then at least put up signs to explain costs and quantities. Ridiculous waste of time.

It was easy to schedule time with them to diagnose my issues and they provided a detailed estimate the same day. Out of all the repair people who came, Bryan and Yvette felt the most honest and did not try to upsell me on extra work. On the day of the repair, they kept me up to date on arrival times and they worked quickly and efficiently to get my system up and running again. They fixed 3 broken risers, replaced a valve and replaced most of the nozzles in my front and backyards within half a day. They were so friendly, professional and easy to work with.
