The father and son duo Martinez landscaping came out and looked at everything, asked SPECIFICALLY if I wanted plants removed, and were thorough in their assessment and explanation. They trimmed my overgrown fruit tree, knocked on my neighbors door, and cleaned up our yard and our neighbors side yard of all of the garden waste. My backyard was a mess and they did a great job! They removed bushes and cactuses we no longer wanted, removed and replaced old weed blocker and mulch, along with weed removal and grass cutting. Miguel and his father came out one week ago to give an estimate of how much it would cost to trim an overgrown bush I had in my front patio. He gave a very reasonable quote so I scheduled him to come back out to do the work the following week. He showed up on time and did an excellent job trimming the bush. Miguel and his partner are incredible! We had a jungle of a back yard and needed it taken care of before the home was rented. I first found Martinez landscaping here on Yelp and actually contacted them first. I got a response in less than an hour. Miguel was able to come next day- and arrived on time! We were given a very fair estimate for how much work needed to be done: ivy removal, trimming of wild roses and jasmine, and trimming of a grapefruit, peach, and orange tree as well as general lawn cutting. We also discussed reoccurring service for the next year- again, very fair price a bi-monthly service for the size and effort it takes to keep our yard looking nice. Miguel is extremely good with communicating and scheduling. When it came time for the yard to be taken care of he and his partner were on time again. He discussed what was to be done before getting to work to make sure we were on the same page. The whole yard was done in about 2 hours and looks AMAZING.
