We stopped here after Mass in Clare on a Sunday. We got here about 11 AM. We were able to be seated right away. Only about 7 tables here. Small but pleasant dining room. We have been here before Covid a few times and loved it. It's good to see it back. The menu is somewhat different. The busboy brought coffee. He is very efficient and helpful. (Ask him about his interest in animation education and career.) We could see the chef takes the order at the table and then cooks it. So, bring lots of patience but it's worth the wait. It only took about 15 minutes from time we sat down to food served. Food was delicious. We ordered the skillet with ham, blueberry pancakes on side and blueberry pancakes with sausage. All were hot, fresh and delicious. Glad they are back.

Food and service were both AMAZING! Thank YOU, Chris! I got the Chicken Shawarma and my husband tried the Eggs Timmy. We highly recommend both.

Can't recall name of what I ordered but it was hash browns ordered crispy, short stack, and bacon ordered crispy. It also came with eggs.

First time here and would recommend to others (was here the morning after a soaring eagle concert and live south of Detroit so probably won't be back solely due to where I live). I ordered a combo breakfast with pancakes, hash browns and bacon. LOVED the pancakes. Hash browns and bacon were good too but the pancakes really resonated with me. My cousin orders the French toast and really enjoyed them. This place is hoping busy so make sure you get there early and before you get hangry!

Probably one of the best breakfasts in the Mt. Pleasant area! The place is small, but the flavors and portions are HUGE! The menu is just the perfect size for a breakfast and lunch restaurant. They don't overwhelm you options, but the choices they provide are plenty. Also, the breakfast options you do have, they know how to make the best! Seriously, best Eggs Benny I've ever had. My guest also got the French toast, and he was very pleased. You'll never have to ask for your cup of coffee to be refilled because the staff constantly refills it for ya! Check this place out and you will not be upset!

Lived in the area for years and never made the trip here. Now I wish I never visited another local breakfast place. Excellent food, service and serving sizes. As with any diner be prepared for a small wait (there's a great porch and a bench for waiting outside in addition to a few seats inside). I definitely support the many recommendations I've gotten for this place over the years.

Discovered this bank turned restaurant this afternoon. To my surprise this place was truly wonderful. They serve breakfast and lunch all day. I enjoyed my time here from start to finish. It's a small place with 10 tables and it was packed. I was greeted quickly and they took my name down. After 10 minutes I was seated. They use iPads to take your order. As for food their French onion soup it's one of the best I've had and I've eaten a lot of French onion soup. Their fried mushroom, onions rings and their cheesesteak sandwich was super delicious( steak sauce tasted great on the cheesesteak) warning they use brioche buns that alone tells you their sandwich is great. Now if you can't decide over Mac and cheese and a burger just order their Mac cheeseburger. I'm so happy I discovered this hidden jewel in Rosebush will definitely be back!!! Oh and their garlic ranch is the best!!!

I had the Asparagus Strada and it was delicious and so unique.

Wonderful food. We've come many times and always amazed at the taste and the quantity. Good and very helpful wait staff I had the Asparagus Strada and it was delicious and so unique.

Poached eggs on English muffin, ham and American fries. Blueberry pancakes on the side!

The aioli and sweet soy was a great complement to the perfectly cooked, juicy bites of fried chicken. Meals: YES, there was just two of us and YES we got three meals, soup and an app. The menu is outstandingly elevated, packed with creativity and flavor profiles. We chose the Venison Chili to start and wow, it was amazing. Our meals were 1. Southern Mac 9/10: not our favorite due to the cheese sauce, but the flavors overall were spot on, noodles perfect, spicy jalapeños and the pickled onion was a perfect touch. 2. Steak Dinner: this is the meal that made me ask who the Chef here is! 100000/10! Most amazing, juicy, tender and flavorful steak I've ever had. I asked for a side of the truffle garlic aioli because I wanted to try it, the steak didn't need a darn thing (although I did take the horseradish aioli home to try and replicate!) The sides were perfect, the veggies and the potatoes - yum. The house made sauces were amazing but for only dunkin' those potatoes - don't ruin a good steak with sauce. Seriously, it's that good. 3. Gyro Lamb Burger: 10/10! The lamb was juicy, the homemade tzatziki was so darn flavorful and the cucumbers were crisp and fresh. Dessert: leftovers, and our delicious drinks from the bar - we didn't have a bite to spare in our stomach's. Hats off to the chef and team who created this menu! We drove almost an hour to come here based on your Google reviews alone and it was worth every second of the long rainy drive! We will absolutely be back. This is a level of service and food you need to tell your friends about.

They were also doing a deal on their mocktails for dry January, which I thought was cool. The menu is pretty varied with lots of options for meat-eaters--I wouldn't come here if you're vegan or vegetarian. Entrees get a bit pricey (their steak frites is $49), but sandwiches are around $15-$18 and come with fries. I ordered the pesto chicken wrap with a side of mac and cheese instead of fries. My friend got the chicken and chorizo nachos and we decided to split them half and half. Our food came out quickly and looked really good! The wrap was tasty but I couldn't really taste the pistachio pesto. The mac and cheese was incredible--super cheesy, perfectly cooked cavatappi noodles, and very flavorful. I'm really glad I upgraded to that and would even consider getting the full entree size in the future. The nachos were pretty loaded, and a generous portion. I liked all the toppings but didn't really taste much chorizo. These would be a good starter for a group. Overall a very good experience and I would come back.

A pretty good overall experience, perhaps a few things could be improved for next time…read more I was pleased with the quality of our appetizer, as well as the creativity. We went with a fried goat chase appetizer, which I've never had before, and never even seen on another menu before. The cook clearly enjoys using balsamic glaze as this was used on both the appetizer and later on my entrée as well. Balsamic glaze is certainly delicious, but I'm not sure if it goes well on quite as many things as the cook seems to think it does. My entrée was a dish of mushroom ravioli prepared in a purée made with green peas. I noted that the chef used a variety of spices in preparing the purée, to very good effect. My wife ordered the New York strip, and what was brought out looked very good. We both had cocktails, and in both cases the cocktails or well-made. I ordered a Mojito type drink made with tequila. My wife ordered a strawberry Mamosa. I noted the care that was taken in preparing both drinks which tells me there's a professional bartender on staff. About the only thing that needs to be improved is the service. We waited just a bit too long for certain aspects of the meal in a restaurant that was nearly empty. The server was certainly polite and well mannered, but I think he was the only one working that evening. Perhaps on weekends they're better staffed?
