After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to visit my local Ace Hardware store, which is conveniently close to my home. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the supervisor, Craig. From that moment on, he went above and beyond to help. He first tried assisting me with placing the delivery order directly from my phone, but the system continued to have issues. Rather than giving up, he spent a considerable amount of time working through options with me and ultimately suggested that I place the order for pickup. He then personally assured me that he would make sure the grill was delivered. Since it was Thursday and I needed the grill by Saturday, I was hopeful but not entirely sure it would happen. To my surprise, I received a personal phone call from Craig on Friday letting me know that his driver was on the way with my grill. This level of customer service is exceptional and not something you typically experience at a large box store. Craig took complete ownership of the situation, followed through on his promise, and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. A huge thank you to Craig for going above and beyond. Employees like him are what make Ace Hardware stand out. Outstanding service and a truly great customer experience. Thank you!
