Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

Each time I needed a new unit I was able to get in contact with the manager Rick by phone or email and he was prompt, courteous, accommodating and efficient. When I say that he takes care of his customers! There is not enough stars to give him. I believe as I grew my small business he (Rick) saw the need for the demand and eventually helped me transfer into a 10x30 unit. I can go to this location at any time that it is open (until 10p) and always feel safe and secure. The ground are well kept and clean. I've never had any safety concerns while there and you get a sense of who's who. If there are any concerns Rick is always available to check in with and he will address. If you are a small growing business looking for overflow storage - give Rick a call and he will take care of you. Or if you need a rental space for your home or personal use. They allow you to borrow a truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient if you're able to return the truck before the end of the day- this was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle. So stress free- will continue to use stor house even though I don't live very close to them!

That would've gotten a four star review - they were great and better than anything else we've used. But they got five stars because of how they went way beyond over the last few months. We decided to move and needed to store our things before it got loaded. Ariel did everything to make this the easiest and most efficient move possible. Getting the units, dropping the units we didn't need, help getting a truck, loading and offloading by the movers etc - every single time the team made it as smooth as you can imagine. I had a unit for a year or so, since Judy was no longer in the office the young man working there…read morecalled me and told me my unit had been broken into so come and see if anything is missing. When I got there I was shocked I couldn't believe how much of my stuff was missing, my unit had been so full you couldn't even walk in it, now there's a whole lot of room to walk around. I asked the man in the office what they had on the cameras because they had to make multiple trips in and out to steal so much stuff, he said there was nothing out of the ordinary, how were they able to get thru the main gate and then have the code to get in the building and make multiple trips without being noticed? They told me my unit was the only one broken into, that same day when at my unit a man came to his unit which was down a few from mine, he had to have the lock cut off, he said he had been there the previous week and his unit had a different lock so it had to be cut off he was missing half of his belongings, he then put a new lock on it he was there to empty his unit once again he had to have the lock cut off when he opened his unit it was completely empty. So I had been lied to my unit was not the only one broken into. I believe this was an inside job I find it hard to believe that someone could make so many trips in and out and not be noticed. I do not recommend this storage facility. I feel that more units were broke into but they were also told they were the only one.

I used a professional moving company for my move and they had no problem getting in and out of the facilities.
