As we waited, I started noticing something interesting: two parties who came in after us were seated immediately. Then almost 30 minutes went by. At that point, I poked my head back in and said, "Hey, we put our name down about 30 minutes ago, and I've noticed people coming in and getting seats." Immediately, the hostess who originally helped us said, "Yes, yes... sorry about that. You can choose a table right now." So apparently our table had been available in the Witness Protection Program. To make matters worse, we were seated next to one of the parties that arrived after us, and we got to enjoy the thrilling experience of watching them receive their food before we even ordered. The food itself was good overall. The only miss for me was the mac and cheese, which tasted like KFC mac and cheese that had a passionate encounter with a jar of jalapeño juice. Would I come back?
