Birria plate
Michi L.

While doing another trusty Yelp search, I saw La Birria House. So I went to try it. We ordered their Birria plate, taco plate (I got my with crispy tacos), mulita, soft taco and a side of beans. We also ordered a large aqua Fresca, which they rotate. It was creamy strawberry that day. It was delicious! The Birria was tender. The plates come with beans and rice. It was a good amount of food. For the taco plate, you have a choice of soft or crispy. You can also get them with cheese. The service was good and they were quick. There is a couple of tables inside but because it is a small place most people looked like they ordered to go. Parking is easy.

The staff is very friendly and the birria Torta was so good and also the birriaquesadilla I cannot wait to try more!

Lunch special w/crunchy birria tacos

I'm not a birria connoisseur, but these beef ones were quite good. We got the lunch plate with 3 birria and cheese crunchy tacos, rice and beans (although I always opt for double rice and no beans). It's a quaint, family run business in a small plaza next to Public Storage. There is ample parking and a couple of tables to sit at. The food was tasty, the service was great and they were very helpful and informative. A nice, local place if you're craving some yummy birria tacos. The best part is dipping it in the delicious broth for extra flavor and drinking it between bites. A definite must try!

Cut my knuckle cus my dumbass rushed to turn the light off to go eat as fast as possible!

Came here on a rainy day, it was soo yummy! The food was hot and fresh while the soup for the birria was not over powering. Their salsa was like a medium spice in terms of spiciness but the tenderness of the beef was gummable, firm enough to move but soft enough to gum, definitely perfect for someone with tooth pain! The Ramen was good at base but if you want more spice, I would add crushed pepper flakes to spice it up! The service was optimal, straight to the point but patient enough to not feel rushed in our indecision for what to stuff our faces with. Space was kinda small, only two tables inside with a bar top for four set up, two patio tables for two so definitely order to go if you've got a larger party than 4, but overall it was fairly clean. I did cut my knuckle on the light switch in the bathroom so if you are a person who doesn't like to touch light switches with parts of your hands that are potentially going to touch food, I recommend using a paper towel to hit the light switch, the button recesses a bit and causes the faceplate edge to come out further as you press in, I was rushing to eat after washing my hands and did a quick knuckle into the light switch to turn it off and came out with blood on my knuckle, so be wary of that as well, not their fault by any means. Just my own insatiable appetite getting the better of me . All in all, good place to eat good food!

Hands down the BEST birria spot in Los Angeles maybe all of SoCal! The birria is super juicy and packed with flavor. Every bite hits! Their tacos are bomb, and the ramen, burritos, and tortas are all top-tier. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The portions are generous, the food comes out hot and fresh, and the flavor is unbeatable. If you love birria, this is the spot. I'll definitely be coming back again and again!

Best birria around for sure! The meat is super tender and flavorful. The red salsa is tasty and not too spicy. We also had the consome which is good and came with a decent amount of meat. Could've been a lil bit more flavorful but the salsa was a nice addition Priced fairly! We will definitely be back:)

AH-MA-ZING!! Brought one of our best friends from Hawaii to have lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. We…read moregot seated right away which was great bc we were all getting hangry. For appetizers we ordered the Takoyaki, chicken karage and our main dishes Deluxe Tsukemen x3. The Break down: Atmosphere: 4/5 They greet you as you walk in, which I sets the vibe. You're welcomed into a cozy apace that has some decorative elements even to the music choice. Reminds me of our trip to japan, which I MISS SO MUCH! The Food Takoyaki: $8.95. 4/5 Stars. - Comes in 5pcs with sauce and bonito flakes. I liked how the outside was a bit crunchy and inside was fluffy! Karage: $8.95. 5/5 Stars - Comes in 5pcs. The sauce was tangy sweet kind of like teriyaki sauce. It was crispy but still so juicy and soft. HANDS DOWN GET THIS! Loved it so much I could have a whole bowl Tsukemen: $22.45. 5/5Stars - If you aren't familiar with this, the broth is separate from the noodles. Its a different way of experiencing noodles. The broth is thick, creamy and flavor profile is on point. Inside of the broth there is mushrooms and pcs of pork. The noodles are cooked perfectly and also comes with pcs of nori, soft boiled jammy eggs and 4 pcs of thick chashu. Portion size lets just say they are generous and we all can EAT ^^, Kakigori (MATCHA) $8/$14. 5/5 Stars - Definite MUST! Its made with Japanese shaved ice, a very creamy soft cream matcha sauce and matcha powder! I cant tell you how good this dessert is. The wife is obsessed and one if the main reasons why we found this spot in the first place. Please try! Service: - Super friendly staff! They are quick to get our order and serve our meal. I asked for more limes for my noodles 2x and both times they were quick. Made us feel very welcomed and checked in on us on a regular, which also reminded us of the service Japan showed us once upon a time. Overall: We love this place and we keep coming back with new people to share this type of noodle experience. Check them out im sure you will enjoy it. Lets just say we drove an hour to eat this. You def will not be disappointed :)

I had a weekend dinner at Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle with our group of four back in March 2025. The…read moreother two ordered tsukemen ($26.50 for the spicy deluxe and $23.50 for the spicy chasu) and found it very salty because they chose to consume it not by dipping the noodles in the bowl of broth, but rather by pouring all the broth from the bowl into the noodles, trying to recreate a normal bowl of ramen. I can't speak for them, but I will say, if you order the tsukemen and find that you want more dipping broth, that will be an extra charge. Order a regular bowl of ramen if you do not plan to dip the brothless noodles into the broth for each bite. BF and I both tried the spicy tuna bowl ($7.95), chashu bowl ($8.95), and tonkotsu ramen ($15.95). The bowls are a little smaller than the ramen bowls and are a great option if you want a light meal without feeling super full. The tonkotsu ramen had a slightly rich broth that was flavorful and a decent portion of noodles. We opted not to order the ramen with the egg since we were also trying the rice bowls. The three items were more than enough for the two of us and a good variety of food. Parking here is horrible at the street level, so head downstairs for the two levels of underground parking.
