The egg was also prepared perfectly with a nice jammy yolk. Veggie Croquette Curry ($9.99) The croquette was nice and crispy on the exterior and interior was soft and warm. The curry was well-seasoned, so tasty and homey. Spicy Chilled Tofu ($1.99) This wasn't too spicy surprisingly. Most of the spicy sauce is at the bottom and it didn't really absorb into the tofu that much, if you want more of the spiciness, scoop more of the sauce to eat with the tofu. Portions are very much standard which is great. Presentation is always a high standard when it comes to ramen and this restaurant upholds that standard. The restaurant is bright, spacious, and welcoming, and the aroma of the simmering broth filled the air the moment we walked in. The interior is modern and sleek. Bright lights and spacious. The restrooms are also fairly clean. They were pretty accommodating with my toddler and immediately brought a bowl and plastic utensils for him. Although I wish they had crayons and paper for him, he kept himself pretty entertained. It came with a side of mayo, which I didn't use because I don't like mayo. The kurobuta pork gyoza filling was really good, but my only critique would be that the filling is a bit small and the skin a bit thin. Their craft beer selection looked interesting, so I got the Sakura Stout. I liked that this was a little sweet and fizzy. Would I get it again?
