However, it's not convenient If you don't have a passenger. I needed to step out the car to give them my credit card and then grab the order. I did go around 8:00 pm and was surprised to not see it busy. For my order, I got the chili cheese fries and the double cheese burger. The chili cheese fries had a large portion of chili and cheese on top, but it's not layered in the middle and bottom. I found it was too salty and made it hard to finish. For the burger, it was juicy and decent. However, it was bit annoying that everything kept sliding off of the bun. The burger got soggy very quickly. Overall, the quality of the food was okay, but a lot different than I remembered. In terms of service, the staff were really nice and quick to make the order. They have a convenient drive through, they were super polite in the drive through and quick with preparing the food. The prices are right! Around 9:30pm today 08/31 me and my family went inside the diner to go order food. I left my husband and son who were in line to order the food and told them I needed to use the restroom, so I went with my daughters to the restroom. As I was walking to the restroom all of a sudden a female bigger older white woman with glasses who works there went inside with us and blocked my daughter's entryway in using the stall. She gave us a nasty rude attitude and comes up to us to let us know that only customers were allowed to use the restrooms. I told her that I was a customer and went inside and used the restroom. Once I came outside I told a employee who is the manager what had happened, as I was explaining what had happened the white women comes up to us and Denies what she had previously told us in the restroom a couple of minutes ago was a lie and that she didn't tell us anything. My elder daughter told her that as an employee she was very unprofessional and started talking back to her, my daughter told her to at least apologize for what she did and she hand signaled us to shut up and left. When I asked the manager for her name she didn't want to give it to me saying she would take care of the problem and apologized on her behalf. I have been a Rick's customer for a while now and loved coming here to eat since the food is really good, but never in my life have I felt disappointed and humiliated until today with the poor customer service I got. Not only that but I felt that the reason she followed us is because we're Hispanic.
