Tacos very salty and my husband was chewing on this piece of plastic . Been a long time customer but need to find better quality taco truck

Honestly some of the best authentic food I've tried so far hands down! Not only was it ready in less then 7 mins but the flavor was 10/10. My food vs my husbands this was a cash preferred establishment. my order (pastor quesadilla add beans w. a side of grilled onions) id add the green salsa for that extra kick onions & cilantro is optional.

Came for the great reviews. It was a nice looking food truck with good lighting since I got there late. The staff was nice. Would've been 1 star if it wasn't for that. 1. The taco was dry and bland. 2. There was a bug in the food. Look at the picture of the plate. The little dude was chilling on a piece of onion next to a piece of cilantro. It doesn't look like a roach, but still nasty.

I love this taco truck! I've only tried their tacos with pastor & asada but I love them both! Service is quick and friendly and the tacos never disappoint. They're super generous with the meat too! $1.25 for happiness? Yes please! They moved across the street to Paramount Blvd due to the construction at the old car wash at their original location. It's not hard to find!

Worst tacos truck ever! We usually get our tacos at Arandinos Tacos Truck but today we decided to try here since it's closer to our place. We ordered 16 tacos and specifically told them to have cilantro and onion on the side, repeatedly. And what do you know, they said it's already inside. The cook looked at the cashier girl and they just literally stared at each other. No apology to us. Nothing. Just a freaking staring contest between them and us. I'm not the type that would ask for a whole new order if it's messed up. But at least some decency would be nice. And their food is just not good. Tacos were super soggy. They drowned the poor tacos in salsa. The tacos fell apart we couldn't even pick it up. And mind you our drive was only 3 mins. It's so soggy the tortilla peeled like an onion, which was everywhere in the tacos. A big no! Should've just went to Arandinos.

The tacos are good, especially the carne asada tacos. The service is also very quick. FYI they don't take tap.

More mild red, not really red enchilada sauce I'm accustomed to. And the cheese wasn't fully melted through, but the plate was hot, so maybe they figure it will melt eventually. I attended National Night Out in the City of San Gabriel, where Chanos had their food truck…read more Unfortunately, this was one of the worst food truck experiences I've ever had. The first issue started when I went to order pupusas. I was told they were sold out, which is understandable, but they still had a separate sign advertising them. If an item is no longer available, the sign should be removed to avoid misleading customers. The next thing I noticed was that there were no prices listed anywhere on the menu. Only pictures of the food. Customers should know what they're paying before they order. I ordered: 1 burrito 1 plain cheese quesadilla 1 order of birria tacos (I specifically ordered birria tacos, and the employee told me they came with four tacos.) 1 agua fresca When they told me my total was $64.75, I was shocked. That seemed extremely expensive for four items. Even so, because it was a hot day and I appreciated that they were out working the event, I still left a tip, bringing my total to over $78. While waiting for my food, I saw the cook inside the truck eating with his fingers while preparing orders. That was extremely unhygienic and honestly disgusting to witness. When my order was finally called, the woman handing out the food gave me four plain fried potato tacos instead of birria tacos. I politely explained that I had ordered birria tacos. She looked at the ticket and said it read "tacos dorados." I explained that I had clearly ordered birria tacos from the person who took my order. He acknowledged the mistake and told her to make me the correct order. After waiting another 10 minutes, she called my number again and handed me the replacement tacos with a rude attitude. To make matters worse, the birria tacos weren't even fried! They were soft, despite birria tacos traditionally being crisped on the griddle. By that point, I was completely disappointed and disgusted by the entire experience. From the lack of pricing, the order mistakes, the poor customer service, and the unsanitary food handling. In the end, we didn't even eat the food because we had completely lost our appetite after everything that happened. It was a waste of nearly $80, and I truly wish I could get my money back. I will never eat at Chanos again, whether it's their restaurant or their food truck, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
