Stinky tofu? Yeah don't knock it until you try it! The smell might not be everyone's cup of tea but the texture and taste is pretty good. Also tried the fried chicken here that comes with some crispy fried basil - very good! Love that they give you a ton of toothpicks to eat it with. this dish comes hot hot HOT. I believe they only take Zelle so be ready for that.

I got the crispy chicken and porks blood rice cake. The food was pretty tasty. But for the price and quantity, I'm not sure if I would come back. The chicken size is definitely an illusion because there's more starch and the chicken is super flattened out. As someone who has had cutlets from Taiwan the meat to starch ratio is not worth the price. As for the pork blood rice cakes, it was tasty but the quantity was tiny for the price. Also, their spice is very spicy for the light spice so keep that in mind! The service was great though!

Finally got to try the famous Taiwanese food truck! We got stinky tofu, popcorn chicken, pork blood rice cake with peanut powder and sausage hug sausage. I loved the stinky tofu and pork rice cake. They remind me so much of Taiwan. The sausage hug sausage good but wish the sausage had more of a chard flavor. Popcorn chicken was a bit too oily and fatty for me. Over all I would recommend the stinky tofu! The area was full of different food trucks and they even have plenty of tables for people to sit and eat, very much like the night markets.

I yelped for snacks and got this. I saw the chicken cutlet ($12). Cutlet is as big as your head, juicy, steaming hot, and made with dark meat. I got mine medium spice. I can't wait to go back and try their other foods!

First time trying out a Taiwanese food truck, and it didn't disappoint! GIGANTIC fried chicken cutlet just like Taiwan, and the classic stinky tofu! Staff was extremely friendly kind, and the wait is worth it since everything is fried/cooked fresh on the spot. The truck is next to a parking lot alongside a bunch of other street food trucks. The truck has cute decor, menu, and packaging! There's something about eating street food in a parking lot that hits like no other.

Came here around 4:30pm on Sunday and only had 1 person ahead of us. The food truck is located in the same plaza as SF supermarket and L2 tea club. Our order took a good while to prepare, but everything came out solid. The grapefruit yakult drink was absolutely delicious and the chicken cutlet was tender and juicy. Would hit it up again if I'm in the area, but wished the wait time wasn't as lengthy. All the food truck servers were super nice and friendly though :)

Recommended from a friend and we got the crispy chicken, king oyster mushroom, chicken gizzards, and chicken knee bone. No pictures of the food haha but so good! Definitely eat it as soon as possible, fresh is always the best! We tried to eat at least one piece of each before getting home, and so juicy and fresh! The mushroom and gizzards got a little harder after a while but the chicken was still good and knee bone, well that one was a given there. Overall, great place for little munchies/snacks! Also, pay in cash, 15% off!

4.5 stars. Good option for late night snack or any craving for Taiwanese snacks. They're usually in front of San Gabriel Superstore from Thursday-Sunday to 4pm - 11pm. Check their Instagram for location and accuracy. Sometimes they open late (like at 5pm and not 4pm) or closed for certain reasons or they're at a fair or event. My favorite or usual order would be the Popcorn Chicken (which they call it "Crispy Chicken" on the menu) & Taiwanese Cabbage (fried), which is peppery and I like it like that. FOOD: Crispy (aka Popcorn) Chicken 4.5/5 Taiwanese Cabbage 4.5/5 Chicken Steak (cutlet) 4.25/5 Can be cut or whole piece. Tastes good but a bit too greasy/oily. TW Style Cabbage 4.25/5 I call it "Pickled Cabbage". It's a cold side. Like it cuz they sell mostly fried stuff. It's good with a bunch of fried, greasy food. Pancake w/ Ckn Cutlet 4.25/5 It's basically Chicken Cutlet Wrapped in Green Onion Pancake. Not bad. Very filling though. I got it mild, but I think they forgot. Had to add pepper & chili powder at home to elevate it. I would say get it spicy - mild or medium. Pig Blood Rice Cake 4/5 Decent. Would get it occasionally Salt & Pepper Squid 3.5/5 Not sure if they still sell this item. I don't see this on the menu anymore. It was fine/ok when I had it. They're offering Watermelon Juice for $6.74 right now. That looked refreshing and tasty. Think I'll try it next time. Although Iced Milk Tea or Green Tea is always a safe choice. Good to know: They accept, cash, card or Zelle

Chicken cutlet - this thing is BIG! Good crispy coating but similar to others I've tried. Sausage hug Sausage - it's a crispy rice sausage that's split to cuddle the Taiwanese sausage. This was probably my favorite dish of the evening. There was a good crispiness, saltiness to the rice, it held together and didn't crumble when biting into. Fried Gizzards - I love fried gizzards. That knuckly, cartilage crunch is my FAVE. I would have loved these gizzards a little more if they weren't over fried. It made them a little dry. Sweet Potato Fries - these were meh, not bad per se but quite unexciting. They need to be a little crispier with a little sugar/spice/salt sprinkled on them. Taro Cake - think mochi-ish with taro chunks in the mochi. This was delicious. I might stop here on a regular JUST for this dish. Grapefruit Yakult - lots of good pulp, flavorful yogurt tang. They're here in the evenings so there's never a parking inside. Stay alert though, it's a busy street but it's a little dark. My one complaint, now that I've discovered how much I like their food, they're inconsistently there. I USUALLY see them on the street when I've eaten at other places on the block. But now that I want to pick up food, they sometimes disappear.

Finally got a chance to try this spot! Came on a Friday at about 8-9 PM and there were a few people in line. Seems just recently, a whole bunch of food trucks made this their permanent spot and that's great to see. I ordered the crispy chicken and the chicken knee. The crispy chicken (popcorn chicken) was 5/5. Super flavorful, moist and tender! Def some of the best that I've had. I also got to try the chicken knee and that wasn't bad. It came with green beans which was a nice compliment. You're Able to eat the whole chicken knee, but it'll take a bit of a chew. Overall, not bad! I'd come back to try the other items another day and maybe their drinks as well.

This review is for Zero Gravitea, a food truck that serves Taiwanese food and snacks. I visited on a Saturday evening, and the truck looks pretty cool with its neon glowing signs. They were located at San Gabriel and Valley when I went. I ordered the stinky fried tofu, and it was delicious! In fact, I liked it so much that I went back the next day for more. I will say, the first night it was fried a bit better, but still good overall. I also tried the fried chicken hearts with basil and onion; they were decent, though the hearts were a little chewy. I love that they offer a variety of Taiwanese snacks and stay open late, so I'll definitely be back to try more.

I pulled into the Good Fortune Supermarket (formerly Hong Kong Supermarket) parking lot to check it out. Everything looked new and clean, but business seemed slow because no one was around. Two Asian men sitting around liao tianr-ing (chatting) sprang up as I approached. My Chinese not being the best combined with their somewhat heavy mainland accents meant I didn't know how or what to order. They said they had one last serving of what sounded like "lamb" to me left. I took a glance and saw grilled/fried stuff on the menu, so I said sure why not. I asked how long they've been open, what their hours are, and if they're usually at this location. They said this is the first week they've been open, their hours are around 5 PM to 9 PM, and yes they are usually in front of the supermarket. I asked if I could take pictures and if they had a Yelp page, and they said sure and not yet. Around this time, while I was chatting with one guy and the other guy was preparing my order, a few other groups of people saw the commotion and started inching closer, curious. You know me, always blazing trails. Anyway, it wasn't until I paid and got change that I realized what I ordered. Apparently I ordered the Brothers Features Liangpi. I've never heard of a liangpi, so I was excited to bring it home to try it out. It turns out liangpi is like a flat rice noodle (or mungbean sheet?) cut up with cold cucumbers, tofu, cilantro, and a bit of Sichuan pepper (mala). They gave me a sesame sauce on the side. It was pretty good. In summary: Food was good though I ordered only one thing. I'll be back sometime in the next few days to try out more of their menu. Service was good. I was the only one around for a bit, but they were definitely friendly. Food truck with an "A" rating from the health department. It's a positive, but part of me wants to count it as a negative. Asian street food, to me, just isn't the same without massive cockroaches skittering around piles of rotting vegetables all around me while mosquitoes eat me alive. Pricing seems fair. Definitely not cheap as my liangpi wasn't huge or anything, but it wasn't too expensive either. I hope Asian-street-food food trucks become more popular.

I already came here for tacos multiple times already but felt like trying something new so I got the California Burrito. They didn't give a receipt but I am guessing it is around $12-13. And I think the tacos are now around $2.50-$2.70. They take card and cash but I believe card has tax. They have the salsas and onions/cilantro out in the table in front of the truck so you can grab yourself while waiting for the food. The food took around 10 minutes are so which wasn't bad. The California burrito was nice and big and very delicious. It comes with steak fries inside with your choice of pork or beef. I went with pork after asking the lady which one she recommended. And it was good! There is also some sauce but I couldn't tell if there was any guacamole. Maybe there was but very little. But the thicker fries was just a perfect combination with the pork and sauce. The only thing lacking is a bit more meat to balance out the fries and some guacamole. I tried a California burrito at another taco truck before but this one is so much better! I will be getting this again and try the beef. I totally recommend this taco truck for tacos and burritos! They taste authentic but just a bit pricer for the tacos. I would say it is more worth on Taco Tuesdays when it is cheaper. This is my go-to taco truck spot.

I normally get tacos but their nachos, fries, dirty dog, and flautas are really good! They also have weekly specials. I haven't tried their fish tacos, burritos, or tortas yet but im assuming they wouldn't disappoint. Their sauce bar is basic but has everything you need. Their to-go cups are at the pick up window, probably to help with waste. I dont think their sauces are very spicy but they're fine. My fave is their salsa verde. They're open late which is nice after events. They're fast and super nice! the line can get long at times. 4/5. Would come back again.
