Great Service and nice people. Good Food and fast service. Happy with service and food

Great food and even better service. Theo was super polite and helpful when we brought in a soccer team of 35 guys to eat.

Found the place when looking for somewhere to pick up a good burger and Chilli cheese fries before dropping by a loved one's place, and was suprised to see the two burgers for 5.80 option. We ordered four burgers and large chilli cheese fries and small fries and it came out to about $34 dollars and was pretty good. Thought it was a little pricy but everyone was happy. read more

For a local "burger joint" this place hits with delicious items... From burgers to breakfast items and everything in between I have never been disappointed.. I usually order breakfast from this establishment; chicken breast with eggs and hash browns. Coupled with their salsa and pickled jalapeños! You order from the counter from this establishment; no waitress service here.. All self serve.. I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly service here! This place is a little dated but always clean and comfortable every time I dine here.... read more

After a hard day of work I was really I decided to try out Burger Zone in South El Monte I saw when pasting thru heading to Dunkin Donuts on Durfee Ave. Walking in the restaurant I seen good deal including Happy Hour deal from 2PM to 5PM. They also have wide section on their menu including Mexican and American meals. I was very I haven't decided what to order then I saw the club combo it comes with fries and drink then I order it. My club combo was made to order but I have wait until they call my number. The restaurant is big but the interior looks very nice. I got my order they load the fries alot my container was popping then taste the fries they were very crispy and crunchy and right amount of salt add it flavor in the fries. Arrive home then I open the container and took a piece of their club sandwich it tasted so good I have try other club sandwich from others restaurants but the club sandwich from Burger Zone have amazing flavors in one bite the meal was very impressive I would order again. read more

I come here for the breakfast burritos. I always get the sausage. They hook it up. Can always count on getting some sausage in each bite. Pause. Drive through usually is not busy on weekday mornings. Usually get the food pretty quickly. Sometime soon, I plan on coming later in the day for a burger. read more

The food is amazing but the men servers are rude they should make an all female team of servers they are more polite and have quality customer service. The men are too heavy with the customer when taking orders with what do you want, what else or so and so. I get it you're dealing with people all day and all , but maybe move to prepping instead of dealing with the customer like this you don't feel annoyed or bothered. Even when closing they need someone with more experience we all want to go home but if you guys close at 10:00 pm then as the customer we expect quality service and not being pressured or hurried to buy food. read more

Will never be back again! Got a cheeseburger combo and got food poisoning! Yuck! Horrible

Ordered two zone burger combos. Can't go wrong with burger and fries. Price was real decent. Quite busy but yet my order came pretty quick. Lady nice enough to offer banana peppers and ketchup whereas other places you usually need to ask them. First fries was piping hot and so good. Beats any fast food franchise any day read more

I love a restaurant with a huge selection on the menu, there's always something to order that will hit the spot. I came here on a lunch break to try it out. It's on the corner of the street in a plaza with a good sized parking lot. I ordered some taquitos for dine in. The food took a little while, but I think the staff was busy with the drive thru line. The staff seemed overwhelmed and they were also training a new person. The food was not great. The taquitos were tiny and tasted like they were warmed up from a freezer. I was trying to get some salsa and was waiting at the counter for help for a few minutes. It seemed like there was only one experienced employee working but she was stretched really thin. Overall, an OK option. I'd go back to try something else on the menu and see if I can update my review. read more

Cheeseburger is pretty average. Junior cheeseburger is $1 less than the regular size. The junior bun was stale, maybe not alot of turnover. Fries is extra crispy and a bit on the dry side. Like it's been sitting around and then refried. Saw lots burrito on the grill at dinner rush. Maybe that's why my burger taste a little bit like burrito. read more

On the evening of May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day) the lady at the register refused to allow me to use the restroom, I assured her that I had patronized her restaurant in the past and was aware of their policy but my bladder was about to splatter if she would please allow me to use the restroom. And that I would sit and have my meal after. She still refused. I indicate one star so that the app will permit me to post, otherwise zero Stars. I will never go back to this place. read more

The girl at the counter charged me incorrectly and said no refunds I said I wanted to upgrade my fries on my sandwich to chili cheese and she charge me for a whole order. When addressing their mistake the girl told me that they don't do refunds and said that when I payed that was me acknowledging the order was correct when the girl didn't even repeat the order back to me . Will be taking my business elsewhere. If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. read more

Service was awful. Cashiers were RUDE. Ordered two breakfast burritos and two drinks. The tortillas from the burritos were hard cracking open over cooked. the whole inside was falling out. First burrito wasn't cooked as ordered had to take it back they redid it the second you couldn't even bite into it it cracked open and fell apart. Went back up with a kind and calm attitude to the cashier if I may just just get my money back for that 1 burrito only one bite was taking out she had such major attitude she suggested that the cooks can make something else. I said no that's OK. I loss my appetite. I'd rather just get a refund and everything will be good. She said we DONT DO THAT. I said ma'am I'm unable to eat this. Respectfully if I wanted an omelette I would have just ordered that. She said well then I don't know what to tell you. And thought because I didn't want another food item for exchange she said oh well and walked away, thinking they were going to keep my money and I didn't even get nothing in return. She made a big deal and eventually refunded back. They need better people working there if they don't like their job position then they shouldn't be working there! You should make your customers feel welcoming and comfortable so that they would want to come back again. Last time I go there! read more

This is one of our local burger spots. My family and I have been here a million times, not the best customer service but the food is great. Today We decided to order their cheese burger family pack of six. For those that don't know about this special it's 6 cheeseburgers, 6 fries and 6 drinks for a whopping $56.00. We had a second order that we requested to be charged separately, which was a problem for the guy who was charging. He didn't hide the fact the he was bothered. We got our complete order, and asked for extra ketchup and chili peppers his response was " it's in the box" turned away and left the window. Well low and behold we open the box to find 8 ketchups and 1 bag of chilis‍. Basically 1 packet of ketchup per bag of fries(huge bag), no ranch for the onion rings or ketchup for our second order... so I called and spoke with Catia who informed me that they were only able to give a certain amount of ketchup per order. I would have gladly paid for extra but wasn't even given that option. He was quick to get me out of his window We than spoke to the manager who turns out to be the manager who said " it's one ketchup per bag of fries and we could use them however we wanted" $75 later, we got salty fries and 8 packets of ketchup and a sarcastic manager... no thank you!! There are definitely better burger joints than Burger Zone. If you want crappy service with an attitude go there. Burger zone you got to do better on serving your community that supports YOU!!! read more

This is your average burger joint that sells the wonderful breakfast and dinner specials. I love these places because you can actually get a burger for breakfast or ham and eggs with pancakes. I will say the service was not that great, but nonetheless the burger was good. read more

Ordered a burger with fries the cashier lady only gave me a burger ended up paying 10$ for it. Not the best place to eat around

I've ordered the DUI Supreme - Chili Cheese Fries with Pastrami and Asada many times in the past - Most days it is delicous. Occasionally, it can be saltly. But the portions given are insane and massive. One is good enough to share for 2 people, possibly 3. I definitely love the Wet Chile Verde Burrito . The green sauce on top is where the money is at and the pork is usually very juicy and tender. Portions are also massive. I usually order this and place it in a glass container to reheat at work for lunch. Not pictured is the fried chicken basket that we ask for extra crispy, and that is soooo bomb. I love how well seasoned the chicken skin is and the crunch.... The extra crispy fries taste like meat... It must be the oil they are deep fried in, so delicious. The cheeseburger is ok. It's good, but it definitely doesn't compare to In-n-Out. I would order it again since this place is right down the street from me. They have a special of 2 for $6. read more

o4.2o22 We have been here at least 6 times within a month. The wet burritos were good, the regular cheeseburgers are decent. The fish burgers are great. The club sandwich..who orders club sandwiches at a burger place?! We'll, I did lol It was good. The fries are good too but it's over salted in my opinion. I think it's a decent burger place but my husband loves it. This is my review so it'll be base on my experience. One time I went in with my two niece's to get food for the family, I saw this kid going in and turned out he worked there. He took out with a yawn... he may have just woke up for his shift. I asked for a large fries and he only enter extra fries which a regular fries. I didn't find out until we were leaving so it was partially my fault for not checking but then I also didn't think they would get it wrong since it has never happened before. One of the orders comes with a drink and I got a foam cup. None of the lids fit! They were all too big so I asked a staff, she gave me one which it was the same size. Like wth...did they give me a wrong cup? She said the one I was holding though. Guess which one fits? The ones for coffee. Yeah...totally weird. Anyway, that didn't stop us from returning though. read more

Look, it was probably the hunger pains talking but man, this place was tasty as can be! It was passed noon and we were driving to LA and we hadn't eaten yet. La traffic was at it's best (meaning it was a packed freeway, stop and go traffic) and we weren't gonna make it to our destination anytime soon. So I got off the freeway near the 60 freeway and told myself "drive this way and eventually I'll find something". Man did I get lucky with this one, my food was "the bomb"! The burgers came out looking juicy as hell. The French fries were hot and fresh, and of course a little thousand island with that never hurt. I took my 1st bite and my wife says "why are you smiling so hard?". I told her to take a bite of her burger and she did, she started smiling too. The ladies there were friendly and the dining room was super clean so I couldn't have been happier. read more

Always nice and reliable. Great local burger spot. Breakfast burrito special always hits the spot on a Sunday morning after a night out

Ehh the food is mediocre But I'm more upset that they want to charge .92 cents for you to pay with your card It is illegal in California to charge a surcharge to use your card. The place is fairly clean though for what it is. read more

The food was okay . The service was decent . We ordered a 2 burger 2 frys and 2 drink combo (for dine in and they gave it to go instead) . And we we payed with card they charge a percentage based on how much you spend , so that was shady . Also they only gave us 5 ketchups and when i asked for some more the guy asked how many i had gotten and said that theyre gonna charge 25 cents more per packet . Like if 5 packets of ketchup for 2 burgers and to frys was gonna be enough . This was the first and last time i will be coming here . read more

Burger Zone - So many fries left over - Burgers Near Me - South El Monte, California

It was okay, service was a bit slow and it was a filling meal just needed more flavor for their fries. But for a quick stop it wasn't bad.

This place is okay in a pinch. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but they have really good deals. Worth a shot if you're broke.

They said breakfast burrito comes with hash browns. But it is entirely just mashed potatoes. Nothing worse than mashed potatoes wrapped in a tortilla with eggs. Why not spend the time to actually fry/grill the potatoes? No one wants hot af soft af mashed potatoes in their breakfast burrito. Yuck read more

The place actually deserves 1 and half stars. I wondered why no one is in here. Now I know why. It has potential to be a good spot. First time, I came here I ordered the cheese burger combo. It was meh. The 1000 island dressing had a fun taste and to watery. The fries were too crispy and too much seasoning salt. Now I come back after 3 months and try the breakfast burrito. The taste is off. The red sauce is just hot. No real flavor. The cheese is minimal or non existent. Too much potatoes. I just wanted this place to redeem itself. Probably will be another 6 months before I am desperate for something to eat from here. One more thing, the menu board says $6.39. They charged me $6.89. read more
