    Crab cakes & roasted potatoes.
    Gerry V.

I have been dining here since 1995, so this was my 5th or 6th time to eat here, and it's where I wanted to go to for my birthday. The ladies are gone but the grandsons are continuing the tradition of good food and hospitality. We arrived at 12:45 and waited about 20 minutes for a table. I ordered the crab cakes and they were wonderful. Fresh crab meat, seasoned, and grilled perfectly, plus the roasted potatoes were excellent. My wife ordered the fried Oysters and she devoured them. She did share half of one with me, it was fresh, lightly battered, well seasoned, and grilled perfectly. When in the northern Oregon coastal area Roseanna's Cafe is well worth the drive to Oceanside.

Every time we visit Pacific City, Rosesanna's is our go-to spot! Located right on the beach, the views of the ocean are simply breathtaking. The cafe has a small but cozy atmosphere, and you can even find various coastal treasures for sale. The service feels like home, and you can truly taste the love in their homemade dishes. The portions are generous--enough to ensure you have leftovers for breakfast the next day! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check out this delightful cafe. You won't regret it!

Great place to stop for lunch or dinner on the coast. There aren't many restaurants options in Oceanside but if there were more I'd still go to Roseanne's!! For breakfast we had the French toast and shrimp+ crab English muffin dish. French toast had fresh Marion berries which I loved. For dinner we had the Bloody Mary (which was amazing, as someone coming from Wisconsin), Tillamook burger, and the salmon special. Salmon was great, so fresh! Burger was delicious also. Clam chowder was my favorite! Service was excellent for how busy they were. Staff were charming and so welcoming. They do get busy so plan to wait or put your name in ahead. You could find parking in the beach lot or on the street, but again it gets crowded and Oceanside does not have a lot of parking.

Location is in a tiny Oceanside town with a view from the back windows. It's decor is lacking could use some updating. The foods was surprisingly very good. Clam chowder, chocolate caramel cake & the Crab cakes were amazing!

Cheese and olive board with a small baguette

Update to my previous review: I dinned in for dinner the other night as my family wanted to eat here, it being one of the few restaurants open on a Monday. I was pleasantly impressed with my experience. Our server took wonderful care of us. For my dinner I ordered the small baguette along with the cheese and olive board. The baguette was absolutely amazing, i suggest asking for a side of their local honey to add onto it. The cheese and olive board was also super delicious and had a variety of Brie, cheddar curds, pepper jack and Gouda: all of my favorites! I also ordered a margarita and I thought it was delicious. Can't wait to come back for dinner again in the future. Glad I gave you all another try!

This is a must-stop whenever we are in the area. Today we arrived at 11:15 and had to choose between the breakfast or lunch menu. We opted for lunch. They have a nice cocktail menu and I opted for a cranberry mimosa. Then selected the High Tide grilled turkey sandwich. Perfectly grilled bread, crispy bacon and just the right amount of mayo for the turkey. I do wish they offered house-made chips instead of standard chips. The Hubbs had the halibut sandwich and it was cooked perfectly. They let him have a taste of the clam chowder - but the clams were too subtle for his taste. Then we shared the Marionberry cobbler ala mode! Divine! The service was top notch - the people here are really nice. And loved seating by the windows with a beautiful view of the ocean. An excellent stop!

What a cute lil place for breakfast by the sea. Delicious crab cakes, bennedict and an amazing marionberry French toast. Service was solid. They have a little gift shop up front and they seemed to be dog friendly as there was a very friendly four legged cutie pie having breakfast with his pawrents

Are they dog friendly? We are traveling with two corgis and want to find a good restaurant where our dogs can join us.

I was looking forward to the ice cream all day and it definitely didn't disappoint! I had a Salty Caramel Pretzel shake and it was quite possibly the highlight of the entire trip to Oregon! We did the self-guided tour and for the low low price of free 99, it was amazing. The large windows and clear explanation made it easy to follow the process from start to finish; can't say I've ever seen 40 pound blocks of cheese before! Before the ice cream, we split the grilled cheese and mac and cheese, both being very good. The fries that accompanied the sandwich though, were unremarkable. Why they don't serve them as cheese fries I will never understand. I wanted to go five stars here but the staff could be better. It's great that they seem to hire so much local youth, but there didn't seem to be anyone supervising or helping direct traffic, resulting in the indoor ice cream line being 15 people deep and the outside line being empty, with staff just standing around talking about their relationship woes (this I tell you from firsthand experience) instead of helping out in other places where it's needed. The cashier in the gift shop seemed to be personally offended that we were keeping her from her Instagram...

The walls are alive with local art, colors dancing, Grateful Dead vibes everywhere you look. Even the menu's singing... dish names straight out of a setlist, like you're ordering breakfast at a show that never really ended. Now the Marionberry French toast... oh man. That one hits like a perfect riff at just the right moment. Sweet, rich, and laid back in all the right ways and like it knew exactly why you showed up. They've got fresh baked goods dialed in too and this is their thing, and you can taste it in every bite. Service? Kinda like a wandering solo... not always in sync, not always warm, but hey the music (aka the food) keeps the whole thing together. In the end, it's one of those places you stumble into and remember later with a smile. If the road ever brings us back through Pacific City, we'll swing by again and let it play on.
