Restaurant is upstairs with the golf course behind it.

This place needs more attention! We had it almost to ourselves. 1. The food is fantastic. I shared my burger with my wife, who got fish tacos. The halibut was the best fish I've had in this area, and the burger was a chef's special that really stunned. Excellent excellent. 2. The service was chill, friendly, and personable. She shared personal stories but was in no way overbearing. 3. The ambiance is great. We ate outside next to the fountain overlooking the golf course, and our waiter graciously turned on an outdoor propane heater for us.

We arrived for a late lunch. The setting is beautiful, overlooking the golf course. The upstairs dining room is only open for dinner. The downstairs bar and grill is open all day. Our server was new, but very helpful. The Hubbs tried the clam chowder - the best he's had on this trip to the PNW. We shared wings - perfectly grilled / ask for the sauce on the side. We tried both the Buffalo and the garlic parm - both good but better as dipping sauces. He also ordered the sweet potato fries. I had the grilled pimento cheese sandwich with bacon and tots. Everything was really good. The kitchen was a little slow, but we are retired. The patio area is nice for a sunny day. We want to come back for brunch and/or dinner.

New owners, new menu, a new great experience in deliciousness. Same great golf course view. The Philly cheesesteak sando and soup were incredible. Well worth a visit.

Great service and meal at the Bunker Grill in Tillamook Oregon

Great food and service by Areli at the Bunker Grille in Tillamook Oregon. Lovely view of golf course & Areli was willing to put up with my humor.

Wonderful Lunch served up by our attentive server, Cassie. A check in by the new Executive Chef, John Currie. Freshly Shucked, perfectly Pan Fried, locally harvested, Jandy Oysters. Served with a beautiful side salad. We'll be back!!!

Extremely impressed in the initial opening days. Friday I had the BLTA sandwich. Yesterday, I had the crab cakes AND a burger. All were excellent! The upstairs bar area has an old charm feeling with amazing views of the golf course that includes a water feature! Service was amazing. I can't wait to try basically everything on the menu! I am sure there will be small updates to the menu as things change!

Food was delicious, very fresh and very tasty. My mom ordered the cinnamon caramel apple French toast (forget what the official name is) and it was literally to die for. Definitely a great spot for brunch, big parties or small. We went on a late Sunday morning and there was no need to make a reservation.

A juicy bacon cheeseburger with fries! Delicious!

You can purchase in the gift shop and feed the animals outside. There's a donkey, goats, geese, and a few other others. I enjoy feeding them. The only problem this trip was I had my dog with me and he got a little crazy at the fence line. Part of the fence has chicken wire across the bottom but part of it doesn't and of course that's the part. My dog found it jumped inside. It was funny, not funny. Gift shop is great. I really miss going up and down the aisles and finding the pretzel sticks and samples of what's on the shelf. It was a good thing to look forward to and I enjoyed it. If you're in Tillamook, I would stop in. It's a great place for kids and picnic outside. There's also a separate candy shop on the premises. Great candy and some old school stuff that I had not seen in quite some time.

The property has a lot to offer, including a small petting farm, a gift shop, and an eatery all in one place. The paninis were especially delicious and definitely worth trying. As for the wine tasting, the selection was great and I still enjoyed the experience overall. However, the bartender wasn't very friendly or knowledgeable, which took away slightly from the experience. Even so, it was a fun stop with plenty to see and experience. I do recommend over other popular cheese factories in the area.

We started out by taking the self guided tour of the cheese process, then we went to sample - they had five types of cheeses for us to try. Here's my ranking in order of favorite 1. Truffle white cheddar 2. Smoked black pepper 3. Med cheddar, sharp white cheddar, mozzarella all equal They also had orange cream ice cream to try which was very good. Then we stopped in another section to learn about the farm and milking the cows and the types of cows they have. We made our way through the timeline then headed to the cafeteria area to try some of their food. We ordered the burger and subbed fried cheese curds with all the sauces (ranch, chili ranch, and bbq) and the mac n cheese. The food was just okay tbh. We were going to get some ice cream which I'm sure would've been great but were too full after our meal and cheese samplings. Lastly we stopped at the gift shop. Lots of cute items.

Service moved very quickly especially for the amount of people there. The gift shop is really fun and you can take home some really great cheeses. If you are coming from out of town I recommend coming early in your trip so you can bring some home, tragically none of us could buy the rarer cheeses due to flights the next day. One thing I would have loved more of was more information/experiences in the cheese making process included in the free self-guided tour, it focuses more on packaging. I love to see machinery and the actual 'how it's made', but unfortunately didn't have time for the paid tour. Overall though, fun place and worth a stop! P.S. pro-tip: they DO have lactaid in the gift shop.

Each beach town my husband I travel to, I spend far too much time reading reviews about clam chowder. If only I spent as much energy in other areas of my life as I do "internet-researching" clam chowder, who knows what I could accomplish. I must say that the clam chowder at Werner Beef & Brew is exactly what I have been hunting for. It is the perfect texture and consistency. It has a spectacular balance of clam to potato ratio, and the potatoes are cooked to perfection. They don't have too much bite, nor do they disintegrate into mush the moment they enter your mouth. The chowder itself was worth traveling from Rockaway to Tillamook for. It was even worth a more industrial view vs. an establishment with a more coastal and picturesque backdrop. The salad bar was on point. The variety of salad add-ins, dressings, and topping crunchy-bits were epic. It was a nice balance to the very rich perfect chowder I am already missing. I miss it. I miss the chowder. My husband also got the fish tacos, based on others' reviews and enjoyed every bite. I enjoyed their Dragon Fruit Cider, and he ordered one of their Meaty Bloody Mary's. If you are on the fence if you should order one, you should. You should get that bloody mary. The bloody mary then led us to purchase some of their salami and bologna. It was an elevated version of the sandwich meat my grandpa used with white bread, yellow mustard (off-brand), ice burg lettuce, and a slice of cheddar cheese. Mid-life has me craving nostalgia. It might be the hormone imbalance, but salami white bread sandwiches, here I come.
