I had the Clam Chowder, side salad, and Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. All were great. Plenty of space. Service was great. Neat location at the port.

Looking for a dinner spot, this place was near the marina! Beautiful view in the town of Garabaldi :) Menu was quite the variety. From appetizers and drinks, to sandwiches and entrees, and even seafood. Their seafood chowder is unique. It was creamy and had little shrimps, scallops, clams and corn. I got the blueberry goat cheese burger. It was pretty different since I love blueberries and goat cheese! The burger was topped high -- it was hard to eat and was messy. I had to cut in half. However, it was a good burger. There was an avocado spread, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Even my bf's turkey sandwich was topped high and he loved it! Presentation is nice here -- the sweet potato waffle fries were so good. Crispy and not greasy, there was an additional charge for it which the waitress made me aware of -- she was so kind and accommodating!

We stopped by Garibaldi Portside Bistro for an early dinner on a Saturday night. They were decently busy with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. We were lucky and got to sit by the beautiful indoor fireplace! I had the Alfredo. The flavor was good, but the noodles were very overcooked. I loved the cheesy garlic bread! The side salad was a great bonus to the meal. My husband had the half rack of ribs. They were a bit fatty for our taste. He ordered the "waffle cut" fries and the waitress brought out waffle cut sweet potato fries. The menu did not state that their waffle fries were sweet potato. The menu made it seem like they had regular waffle and sweet potato separate items and priced differently. We mentioned that to the waitress and she hesitated and made the switch. She took the plate back and immediately came back with fries and they were obviously not fresh and barely warm (the same quality as the sweet potato). Despite not ordering the sweet potato option we were charged an extra $4 for the fries we did not eat. We will be back to give them another chance as the atmosphere was great!

We tried Garibaldi while in town for a trip! It was a cute bistro with plenty of seating and WONDERFUL staff! Our waitress was so nice and helpful. We were late for our reservation but they still accommodated us! The food prices were a bit high for the type of food quality/quantity. And the options were limited when we went (no veggie patty for burgers, limited desserts, etc). Overall, a nice place for dinner and great views of the coast!

Great food, service and atmosphere. I am gluten free and they had many options for me. Everything was delicious and it was clean and nice.

Maybe it's because I was absolutely ravenous but Garibaldi Portside Bistro served me the best Turkey Club Sandwich I've had in a long time. Our group was hungry after a long morning of adventuring and GPB was the perfect pit stop. The location is unmatched, the service is very friendly, and the food was delicious. We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed the views and sounds of the nearby port. Garibaldi Portside Bistro instantly became a new fave of mine! You should definitely stop by when you're in town.

Fantastic food. Huge portions. Seven of us in our party & most of us split our meals. Glad we did because portions were so large & tasty!

It was a beautiful day so I took my wife out to lunch in Garibaldi. What should I order for lunch if I want some eggs... or a ham sandwich, or maybe pulled pork, or maybe a BLT, or just a great cheeseburger. What about ALL OF THEM on a bun?!! ...with a side of tot's! I present you "The Big G", the most impressive burger I've ever seen! My wife got their awesome Reuben sandwich and we split a carrot cake for dessert. Our server was the lovely Briana. Thank you Briana!

It was 8 on a Friday night and we were hoping for Prime Rib, so we asked our server and she checked and said yes. So we ordered and she let us know the kitchen was backed up so it would be a while, so we ordered appetizers. Then she came back to apologize as they had run out of prime rib. You know how that is, when you are prepared for one thing and then nothing else sounds good. I ordered the French Dip and salad, but my husband just opted for the clam chowder, which was served with garlic toast. The garlic cheese curds were good, but that's a huge serving! I loved the bread, meat and cheese of the French Dip, but I didn't realize there was a light horseradish sauce on it, which Im not a fan of. We got a basque cheesecake to go. The manager came out to apologize and our server couldn't have been nicer. We will try again, but get there early! Great location for appreciating the marina.

Nice place off the beaten path. We were actually looking for something that offered a variety of seafood. We thought since this is by the crab and fishing boats, it has to offer seafood options. No they don't, however our visit was pleasant. Our waitress was so personable and polite. We ordered a Pelican Stout, Tots with Brisket, and a bowl of Chowder all were delicious. Their garlic bread was very good and came with my Chowder. We then decided to try one of their desserts, Blueberry Cheesecake. Also delicious. If you're looking for a simple American Food stop by.

Came here for dinner in garibaldi. The staff was super nice. Big menu. Quick service. Chicken Alfredo lacked depth but the portion was big. Inside was clean and homey.

Well, I just finished one of the best bistro meals of my life and am currently in a crisis. I seriously doubt that my review can portray the delightful experience of a divine meal after a long day at the beach. Simply put, Garibaldi Portside Bistro offers good food, amazing service, and a warm atmosphere. I was sad to leave

One of our favorite places for lunch along the coast. They have a cozy dog friendly deck that's separated into two sections and does have some wind barriers. It's also not as windy as most of the coastal towns since it's inland on a bay along the docks. Inside has spacious seating. We visited this time in March so wasn't busy at all. They brought a dog bowl for our pup to have water. I wanted something light and healthier so I chose the ahi poke bowl which was really refreshing choice. A person can only do so many fish and chips and needing some veggies. My husband ordered the brisket tots which he's addicted to. Tater crowns are a bit spicy and smothered in brisket, cheese and sauces.

My wife and I stumbled on this place, and were immediately intrigued by the beautiful new food cart area that was built that also includes a restroom and a sheltered area. It's also right by a couple of craft breweries, which is great to hit up after a nice meal. I ordered a large chili pork tots, and wow, the portion is huge for eight dollars! It felt about a couple pounds, and not just all potatoes. There was a very generous portion of meat, chili and cheese. The meat itself falls apart very easily, with a nice tanginess. It goes great on the tots, and I was not disappointed at all. My wife order a large pulled pork sandwich, which was also excellent. The meat tears away nicely when taking a bite from the sandwich, and it wasn't so wet that the bun disintegrates. The gentleman at the cart also added coleslaw to the sandwich, which gives it a cool crunch to contrast with the hot meat If you're in Tillamook and want an option that's a bit different, come on down and give this cart a try.

My girlfriend usually dislikes ribs, but found these heavenly too. The fats melt in your mouth, and the dry spice seasoning is superb. They also come with a side of crispy tater tots. (The ribs are currently only available on Saturdays though - we got lucky!) The clam chowder is also unique because it is thick and starchy. Ours came loaded with potato, bacon, and of course clams! We ended up here by a serendipitous chain of events: Tillamook Factory was too crowded, our intended neighboring Hawaiian food truck was closed, and we got suckered by free samples, which we immediately fell in love with. This place is bound to get popular on Yelp, so we're so glad to have stumbled upon it first!

First visit: My kid liked the smothered fries ( they really WERE smothered, and the mac and cheese, and everything he found on my plate. I got a 3 meat plate in an effort to try and share everything- because I know how this goes- w/chunks of smoky tender chicken, saucy burnt ends, and slices of brisket for a $2 upcharge. The meats were all good. I got mac and cheese which I enjoyed too, it's really cheesey and sticky and I like that, and fries which were ok. 2nd visit: I ordered a three meat plate with ribs, burnt ends, and pulled pork with 2 sides of mac to share leftovers. I didn't receive ribs, I got a big slab of moist, fatty, melty brisket ..that's fine with me cuz I really like brisket. It was all good. The pulled pork is pretty perfect: tender, smoky, fatty, and salty. In context, in an Oregon coast town it's a five. No, it's not Austin or Memphis or Carolina or Kansas City (I have eaten all of that), but the meats were all on point. And that is hard to find in Oregon sometimes. A note saying " hey outta ribs! gave you brisket! " would be good. A cup of extra bbq sauce for takeout would be good, the meat is good without but we like to dip it and there was enough on the burnt ends to spread it around so we lived. I would like a chicken leg ,thigh, or piece of breast vs. little random chunks but they were GOOD random chunks. The sides are a little sparse on variety for me since I can't really eat pieces of corn, beans, or slaw. A potato salad or cornbread muffin or collard greens or dirty rice or yams or something would be good for me but I get it. You can't make all the sides for all the people. My kid asked" wheres the piece of white bread mom?" and "do they have dessert?" Like what? Kid: "Berry or peach cobbler!" Kid grew up in a barbecue eating descended from a KC grandpa family. Lol. So those are our questions for LCBBQ. We are glad they are here.
