Not only did she bring out a crab melt cut up into chunks to give people samples while we waited in line, but she also gave us a free sample of the clam chowder when we said we'd never tried it before. On top of the amazing service, the portion sizes you get here are also the best we've run into. I got the cod fish and chips and was served 6 pieces of fish for the same price as other establishments that only give you 2 pieces. We also got the popcorn shrimp and chips and were amazed by the quantity of food we were served. The quality is similar to other fish and chips in the coast (good), but the service and the value of this establishment makes it a must stop for anyone going through Rockaway Beach.

My boyfriend ordered the halibut fish and chips which was $35 and I ordered the chicken and chips and clam chowder which was $29 plus tip. I was a bit nervous for the seating since they all looked filled, but there is a quick turn around on tables. The food arrived quickly after ordering and sitting down, the food was piping hot. The halibut tasted super fresh, but the crust was lacking a lot of flavor. My chicken was tender and more flavorful than the fish. They give you a lot of food though, so you should be able to split everything! The clam chowder was super thick and tasty, with a great amount of clams. Although the food was fresh, I can't say we will come here again just because of the price. It was more of a one and done situation. But I do urge everyone to try it once!

My wife and I stumbled on this place, and were immediately intrigued by the beautiful new food cart area that was built that also includes a restroom and a sheltered area. It's also right by a couple of craft breweries, which is great to hit up after a nice meal. I ordered a large chili pork tots, and wow, the portion is huge for eight dollars! It felt about a couple pounds, and not just all potatoes. There was a very generous portion of meat, chili and cheese. The meat itself falls apart very easily, with a nice tanginess. It goes great on the tots, and I was not disappointed at all. My wife order a large pulled pork sandwich, which was also excellent. The meat tears away nicely when taking a bite from the sandwich, and it wasn't so wet that the bun disintegrates. The gentleman at the cart also added coleslaw to the sandwich, which gives it a cool crunch to contrast with the hot meat If you're in Tillamook and want an option that's a bit different, come on down and give this cart a try.

My girlfriend usually dislikes ribs, but found these heavenly too. The fats melt in your mouth, and the dry spice seasoning is superb. They also come with a side of crispy tater tots. (The ribs are currently only available on Saturdays though - we got lucky!) The clam chowder is also unique because it is thick and starchy. Ours came loaded with potato, bacon, and of course clams! We ended up here by a serendipitous chain of events: Tillamook Factory was too crowded, our intended neighboring Hawaiian food truck was closed, and we got suckered by free samples, which we immediately fell in love with. This place is bound to get popular on Yelp, so we're so glad to have stumbled upon it first!

I have gotten the breakfast burrito when having breakfast and would characterize it as large, yet underwhelming in taste. None of the beers that i have tried are particularly memorable, but they are very drinkable. The service is courteous and they strive to keep the tables clean. The ordering here is done at the counter and I have found this to be a great way of taking orders in a casual establishment. This allows one to peruse the menu at a table at one's own speed, then walk up to the counter to ask any questions about the menu and then place the order. My experiences have been that the employee at the register has always been patient, informative and respectful. They bring your order to your table when it is ready. My experience is that they give you a conservative estimate of the time for preparing and the real time has been shorter. Note that I think they do a good job with turnaround times given how many customers are in the restaurant combined with their apparent significant take-out business. My dinner experiences have been very satisfying and that is what one would expect from a meat purveyor. However, they do not fumble the ball on the execution. Casual food, but tasty. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating: plenty of both. Part of the outside seating is heated and covered during much of the year. I have never been there when you could not choose a table. I think a great casual stop, and a unique one, when visiting the Tillamook area.

The Tillamook creamery has been going on for well over 100 years. It's a co-op of the local farmers, and they make amazing cheese with their high-quality dairy milk. The place is very busy, especially during the summertime, but there is lots and lots of parking for Cars, campers, buses motorhomes, etc. If you have an EV, they even have Tesla superchargers out in the overflow parking lot. The place is great. You go upstairs, and you get the factory tour. You don't actually get to go into the factory, but you see everything that is happening through the big picture windows. It covers the entire cheese making process. They also have lots and lots of samples available. They have a restaurant/snack bar, they have ice cream, they have gifts, and did I mention the cheese? Any type of cheese you're looking for, they probably have. The prices are reasonable, although some items are definitely higher priced. I got some of the cheese curds, which I love, I bought the single serve black pepper, Monterey Jack, which I had had before, and I loved. I also got a truffle Monterey Jack that is amazingly creamy, and earthy. For my sister, I got her the 10 year Monterey Jack. At 20 bucks for 8 ounces, definitely not cheap, but she really enjoyed it. She said it was extremely tangy and tasty. A bit too pricey for an everyday cheese, but well worth it for a special treat. For everything that they have, they also have a military/veterans discount. I've stopped here before, and I will definitely stop here again. Thank you.
