I love their happy hour options. It gives us a chance to try a lot of new items. Tonight we had yummy cocktails and started with crab cake for the Hubbs and a Caesar salad for me. We also got the mozzarella/tomato appetizer. We shared a small plate of burnt end, the Hubbs got the Cowboy burger and I opted for the Spicy Hawaiian. It was as advertised - very spicy but yummy. Visited the restaurant on Friday the 13th ,we did not have reservations as I tried twice to call and it went straight to voicemail. The hostess was kind of rude because we had no reservations , made us not feel very welcome. We had new waitress, waited over 20 minutes to get a second cocktail. Food was marginal. Just thought that you would have better teamwork. The poor waitress that served us could have used help as she was behind doing "side work". Husband really liked the fish and chips, very crisp and well seasoned. Shrimp scampi was cooked well but very very buttery. It was overpowering and had no other flavor notes. friends said the restaurant was really good - service, food etc. Having had bad experiences before, I was skeptical but we decided to try it this past Friday evening. I checked the internet and their website to be sure they were open, having had a previous experience with them being closed. When we showed up, the door (which was open with folks coming in and out) said - "closed". We went in and the owner said they were catering four xmas parties and thus were closed to the public. Absolutely wonderful happy hour. The fish and chips were tasty. Tempura was light and not greasy. The asparagus, beet, spinach salad is in a class of its own- top notch all the way. The food is really good here but the service was god awful. The young lady I will not name forgot to ask if we wanted any drinks and it took her about 15 minutes to even come and take our order. She continued to bring us our appetizers before our drinks even came... and i had to remind her. I can see her standing at the bar talking to her friends instead of paying attention to her customers. One of the strangest restaurants I've ever been to. To start I want to say- the service was great. Our waitress was the server, hostess, bartender and was all on her own! I could tell she was working so hard as they are most likely short staffed. The food was OK but everything else was just... strange? The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The decorations are all over the place, the menu is a little scattered and there was so music or sound. It's a large place and only half was being used so it echoed quite a bit. Restaurant hours are incorrect online, phone is disconnected, no hours posted on doors. I came here with my wife for a special dinner away from home. It says online it will be open at 5pm, it's currently a little before 5:30pm. I stood outside and tried to get the attention of a woman inside standing around to find out when they open again. Her 7 ish year old kid came and told me they were closed, I asked if they were going to open again tonight for dinner and he said no, then told me I "should get in my car and go home"... The woman did not acknowledge me at all. Will not be returning, they obviously do not want customers or feel the need to post hours or update their phone number. Interesting place! Quite a space for sure, we both had the fish and chips (halibut & chips) huge portions - we could have split to be honest we both were so full. Food was very good. I have to say I'm left wanting to adjust the space a bit- it's so cool, industrial, but rustic vibe but then there are easily 50 white and blue paper lanterns in the ceiling. Those confused me a bit. Massive bar space- very cool. Bathroom super weird- if you have been here then you know what I'm talking about. French Onion Soup: decent. The base was very 'syrupy' which overpowered the experience. Cheese was good and would be better if they had just turned down the volume of the former. Worth getting I suppose if you're really in the mood. Clam chowder: YES! Now this is what clam chowder should be like. Extremely creamy and full of flavor. Just, yes... Bacon burger with cheddar: High quality meat! Patty melts in your mouth. Staff was very friendly. This is by far probably the classiest joint in the town. Quite spacious and great vibe. I have never felt so moved to write a restaurant review until now. I am writing this as a warning to all. I took my family to this restaurant when returning home from a camping trip and regretted not reading all of the reviews first. When entering, it didn't seem too busy, with about 6 tables already seated, mostly all served. We were hungry for clam chowder and hoped for something decent, being so close to the coast. When ordering, we asked about whether or not the bowl of chowder came with bread. The teenage waiter stated that the bread bowl was the only soup option that came with bread. We ordered two bowls of soup, not wanting to pay $7 extra per bowl for bread. I ordered a Ruben sandwich and my wife ordered fish and chips. 15 minutes went by before our waiter brought us waters. After 25 minutes, we started to worry when se saw another table of guests served their meals. They had been seated well before us and it didn't bode well. I noticed how none of the other guests in this restaurant seemed to be happy or enjoying their meals. I worried we were n for a subpar experience. After 35 minutes, the waiter came up with the soup... in bread bowls. Both my wife and I told the waiter, in unison, that we had ordered regular bowls of chowder. He apologized and shuffled off. 10 minutes later, he returned with my Ruben sandwich. Shortly after, a waitress came up with two bowls of chowder. She was chewing gum as she asked for help in taking one of the bowls of soup out of her hands. Apparently there hadn't been much training in how to carry out an order. I asked for place settings, since we had not yet received any napkins or silverware. She looked at me stupefied for 5 seconds and I felt the need to clarify my request. My wife received her fish chips shortly after (without incident). The waitress returned 5 minutes later, still working her gum, handed me a stack of rolled napkins with forks, not bothering to set them anywhere near our plates. Once we were given the privilege of napkins and silverware, I was able to turn my attention to my sandwich, discovering it was badly burned and it was cold. For all I knew, it could have been sitting out for 30 minutes before it was brought out to me. I tried to get the attention of either wait staff, but ended up chasing one down on the floor. I told them I couldn't eat the sandwich and requested it be removed from our order. The wait staff didn't bother to retrieve the poor sandwich, but left it to haunt us for the remainder of our meal. I shared my wife's fish and chips (3 small pieces of fish and fries for $17 - not worth it). The clam chowder was below average, lacking proper seasoning. When we finished up, the waitress brought our check, which we checked for inaccuracies. We immediately called her back to point out that we had not ordered soup with bread bowls and she quickly retorted that it was the same price as a regular soup bowl. I said is was not. Soup bowl was $9 and bread bowl was $16. She backed down and went away to make corrections. I paid our bill and got out as quickly as possible. As I left, I saw a large family being seated nearby. I was tempted to warn them and wish now that I did. It's surprising that a restaurant like this can survive with comically poor service and food quality. It's obvious that management has either left or has lost interest in running a successful business. Never again will I enter a restaurant before reading its reviews. read more

After driving a couple loops around Tillamook and having a drink at another place with bar food we decided to try it out. We ordered salads and meals. My Caesar salad had way to much shaved Parmesan. Had to pick it out. I ordered the steak and frites which was a more expensive option at $34 but I was feeling steak. I ordered my dinner and wasn't sure if I should get it medium or medium rare (it was 14 oz). The waitress suggested ordering it how you like it. I ordered medium rare and when it came us was dead done, overcooked and thin. That said, it had good flavoring and seasoning, but I didn't finish since it was over cooked. My husband got the Korean spareribs. The green beans were good but the spare ribs were flankenstyle, not short ribs. We often get flankenstyle to bbq at home. Spare ribs should be much thicker. I do appreciate the restaurant seating us and feeding us on a Friday night where there weren't a lot of open options. The decor was nice and a lil swanky for Tillamook. read more

For a smaller town this restaurant is great. The salmon salad was well cooked prepared and presented. The burger looked and tasted great but the fries were not good. The bread pudding was tasty but the caramel sauce had a flavor I didn't like. Overall, ambiance was light and airy, decor was uneven but oh well, food was well prepared and beautiful (if uneven), and the service was very good. For a smaller coastal down that's awesome! We ordered the following; Clam chowder Ceasar Salad Crabs cakes Pork and truffle pasta The chowder was excellent, the salad was ok, crab cakes where delicious and the sauces and pickles beets added a very nice touch and flavor. The pasta was out of this world. This place is very nice and chic. I would live to come back for a date night but we are just passing by while on vacay. On business and was going to just get some bar food. As I was walking to the bar saw this place. I looked at their menu and it looked great. I sat at the bar had their version of an old fashioned. It was great. It had a tinge of Cherry from their house Brandy. I had a Caesar and the pan seared sockeye salmon. It was served with fingerling potatoes, root vegetables, local pea shoots and cherry tomato agrodolce. It was amazing and unique. Service was great and price was quite reasonable. Nice place in downtown Tillamook! Got lucky to find street parking right across the street. Went in in evening and waited maybe 5 min to get seated. Nice and clean in the restaurant. Have tables spaces further apart for Covid. Menu was a little sparse, but winner was the crab cakes. Wish they would have had some Tillamook ice cream for dessert. read more

This restaurant was such a surprise for us in Tillamook! We were visiting from Seattle and wanted something different from your usual small-town diner fare and were so surprised to find Pacific! I ordered the Sole and my mom ordered a simple cup of French Onion Soup and Fawcet Creek Green Salad, which she said was, "Delicious and wonderful, very tasty. Excellent!" My Sole had the most rich white wine sauce to combat any French restaurant and the seafood and fish were cooked to perfection. A little salty to my taste, which is why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5. The service was excellent and the food came out piping hot and made to order. We will definitely be going back to Pacific the next time we're in town! Highly recommend! read more

It was not very busy and the service was slow. It took way too long to get our drinks and at the end of the night we had to ask to get our check (we waited a while). They also were out of many items and with their menu being much smaller than usual this made things super limited and difficult to choose. Over all I would say probably go somewhere else read more

Stayed in town for 1 night and was looking for somewhere nice to eat. Atmosphere was nice. They had a limited menu so I got the poblano burger and my sister got pork shank.. both very tasty. Drinks were delicious. Staff was friendly but slow and bathrooms were Interesting. read more

First off, please note that Tillamook is not a town noted for fine dining. We've all been aware of problems getting good servers, Pacific has a particularly small pool to pull from. Folks who've worked at the local Mexican restaurants or Pelican Brewing. Pelican doesn't even do table service. I know this because I've been to both of those other restaurants and Pacific is definitely in another class. So to start, they're at a disadvantage. We sat at the bar and got food from the amazing $5 happy hour menu. A great $5 burger, say what? The mozzarella and tomato dish was fantastic as well, kind of like a caprese with pesto subbed in for basil. Delicious. I felt the fresh chicharrones were slightly overcooked. The bartender asked my opinion and took it off the check even though we said not to bother. She was fire, always working and did a great job. We did notice another server floundering and asking for help from the competent bartender. So it's possible other diners were not as pleased as we were. Hopefully they fix their service issues. Possibly food complaints from other reviews means they've had issues with getting reliable workers in the kitchen as well. But after all is said, it was the best meal I've had in the area.
