V5. Vermicelli Noodle with pork and egg roll
Johnny L.

I've tried so many different pho places but this is by far the most impressive in terms of taste and flavor. I've confirmed with the staff that they don't use msg because the soup tastes so good! I also didn't feel tired or super thirsty a few hours later so that's also a really good sign they didn't put msg or a lot of salt. Combination pho (5/5) Unbelievable taste, lots of flavor, soup came out piping hot and lots of fresh ingredients and meat. The noodle itself is also cooked perfectly. Vermicelli with pork and egg rolls (5/5) The pork is very tender and tastes delicious, the sauce that comes with it is not overly salty and you don't need to pour so much since the noodles and ingredients taste very flavorful already. The service here matches the amazing flavors. They are very attentive and always make sure we are happy the entire meal. The place looks very clean and well decorated. I would definitely want to come back and try everything on the menu!

Came here right after my flight as I was craving Pho. I ordered the Pho Duc Biet and it did not disappoint! I was also offered Nuoc Beo (fatty beef broth) which added more flavor to the Pho. I definitely recommend this spot if you're craving Pho. I've had a ton of Pho so my expectations are always high. This spot has great service, was seated right away and constantly asked if I needed anything else. Give this spot a try, you won't be disappointed!

Chicken Pho

I arrived on a Friday night and the place was very busy with lots of customers! Regardless, the staff was extremely friendly, seated us promptly, and answered questions about the menu. The place is beautifully decorated with artwork and quotes. I ordered chicken pho and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors came together well and I wished I had more! The owner came over to our table and chatted with us; she was extremely kind and made sure that we were taken care of. I will definitely come back soon to order beef pho!

We're rarely in the area, but decided to stop by since there's nothing better than a hot bowl of pho after a flight, and this place didn't disappoint. The pho was delicious, and I ordered the Bún Thịt Nướng, which really hit the spot (though I did have to ask for extra fish sauce). Mama Rose was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. While we aren't religious, we appreciated her gratitude for life and the thoughtful way she prayed over us as our food arrived. She even sent us home with a bag of fruit and potatoes! An unmistakable sign of family in any Vietnamese setting. Overall, I truly valued the experience. That said, some of the pricing felt a bit steep. For example, our order of chicken wings came with more salad than wings. I'd stick with the noodle dishes to get the most bang for your buck.

Chicken and shrimp crepe.

(Party in my mouth - An exciting combination of flavors) It has bean sprouts, chicken and shrimp inside of the crepe, and they give a lot of greens and fresh veggies on the side plus delicious sauce. Owner is very welcoming and friendly Always 5 star food and experience

We were staying in a hotel close by and my daughter wanted Pho. I ordered the thinly sliced beef pho Tai take out. My daughter enjoyed it very much. The soup was tasty and the service was good too. Definitely will return when I'm in the area.

Nice place located between Des Monies and Burien. The most friendly owner who offer prayer before we ate when our food was brought to the table. So much options to choose from. We went with spring roll, lemongrass seafood and beef hofon Delicious choices! 5-stars for customer service

Best Viet food in Seattle; but more than that, best experience because of the hospitality from the owner, Ms. Trinh!

Seafood pho was decent but too much artificial seafood though. Portions are big. Place is super clean and their customer service is good.

The prices were higher than I'm used to paying in Waikiki and the flavors didn't come close to the location in Waikiki. We ordered the curry, but it took more than 15 minutes because they told us they had to heat it up. This was during dinner time, so I would have expected the curry to be ready to serve during the dinner rush. The tempura was soggy instead of crispy, and there was hardly any broth in the udon. I did like that we could add our own green onions and tempura flakes, but unfortunately, the overall flavor just wasn't good. The most frustrating part was trying to get tempura dipping sauce. When I asked the employee at the tempura station, he directed me to the sauce area, where I found only tonkatsu sauce. When I pointed that out, he said that was all they had. My husband asked as well, and we were then told they were still making the tempura sauce! Seriously? We had already finished our udon, and the tempura sauce still wasn't ready. For the price we paid, I expected better food quality, flavor, and preparation. Compared with the Waikiki location, this experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

I have tried several dishes since they have been around, but tonight I had a craving for some of longtime faves: moo shu (any kind is good, tonight was chicken), scallion pancakes and hot and sour soup. I don't know if they have a new cook, but the food was even fresher and brighter than its usual high standard. The moo shu had a wider variety of vegetables/mushrooms (I am going to guess wood ear, lily flowers, maybe shiitake), and everything was cooked perfectly (not limp and overcooked). Soup had just enough cornstarch, because there is nothing worse than hot and sour that is too thick. My only complaint is they put hoisin in with my pancakes (which was probably just meant for the moo shu), and I missed the thin style sauce that usually comes with scallion pancakes. It's really easy to order online, and they text when the order is ready. If you eat in, service is always friendly, and I wish I could get one of their cute staff shirts. I have a feeling an Eat Time jag is about to happen!
