Granted I have only been here once, but when you know, you know. Greeted personally by the owner with hugs and blessings, we felt at home at once. The food was some of the best Vietnamese I've ever had. The spring rolls were fresh and tender with crispy wonton skins wrapped inside for crunch, the lemonade was fresh squeezed, the stir fry was perfect. You feel like you just dined at your long-lost Vietnamese relative's house. You can see the love that goes into each dish and each customer interaction. Visited in May around 6pm. This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere in a hidden shopping center. Located on the Main Street, there is plenty of parking. Place is clean highly decorated. It's a mid size place so you can expect it to be packed during weekends or lunch hours. Now the review. Upon arriving I was greeted seated and blessed all at once. The owner is either catholic or Christian so she prayed for me and my family and thank me for choosing her restaurant. Heart warming gesture. NOTE: If you are against or anti religion DO NOT come here if you are going to be rude and upset that they prayed over you. Save your energy and go elsewhere. Continuing. I ordered the chicken vermicelli along with beef pho. The order took the usual 15min. Upon arrival, presentation looked good and big portions. Always a good sign. The chicken vermicelli was really good. Noodles were not dry, veggies balanced the portion of chicken and noodles. The pho broth was delicious. Beef could have been a bit more flavorful but good. The owner checked up on us and assured us that every meal is cooked from the heart, which I tasted in the vermicelli. She then went to check on other tables. As for customer service, i was checked upon here and there and treated like family, pretty rare now a days. Prices were not bad. Under $11 which is the usual going price. Overall, the owner and staff focus on customer service which makes a difference and the food was good. In addition, the owner interacted with most tables which is rare in business today and was not afraid of her background or what she believes in. That's confidence. If I'm in the area I'll for sure visit this hidden gem again. read more

Been here twice in the past week. Both times food and service was exceptional! The Cadillac of all pho restaurants. We tried the spring, fall, and winter rolls. They all burst with flavor. Each tasting so different but so very delicious. The pho broth was flavorful and clean. The bun had that perfect noodle and vegetable balance. My friend ordered the crepe, which was glorious. I checked out this place when I was in Seattle for work. I ordered the Vietnamese crepe and the vermicelli grilled combo. The place is small but it was crowded. The service was OK. I had to wait for my water and waited again for the fish sauce for me vermicelli. The crepe was ok, wasn't as crispy as I had before. Their vermicelli was good, it has a lemongrass with some sort of teriyaki flavor to it. Overall, the food was good and the owners were very hospitality. This is Vietnamese food heaven! Not only is the owner filled with positive energy and angelic light but the food that comes out of the kitchen is delicious!
