V5. Vermicelli Noodle with pork and egg roll
Johnny L.

I've tried so many different pho places but this is by far the most impressive in terms of taste and flavor. I've confirmed with the staff that they don't use msg because the soup tastes so good! I also didn't feel tired or super thirsty a few hours later so that's also a really good sign they didn't put msg or a lot of salt. Combination pho (5/5) Unbelievable taste, lots of flavor, soup came out piping hot and lots of fresh ingredients and meat. The noodle itself is also cooked perfectly. Vermicelli with pork and egg rolls (5/5) The pork is very tender and tastes delicious, the sauce that comes with it is not overly salty and you don't need to pour so much since the noodles and ingredients taste very flavorful already. The service here matches the amazing flavors. They are very attentive and always make sure we are happy the entire meal. The place looks very clean and well decorated. I would definitely want to come back and try everything on the menu!

Came here right after my flight as I was craving Pho. I ordered the Pho Duc Biet and it did not disappoint! I was also offered Nuoc Beo (fatty beef broth) which added more flavor to the Pho. I definitely recommend this spot if you're craving Pho. I've had a ton of Pho so my expectations are always high. This spot has great service, was seated right away and constantly asked if I needed anything else. Give this spot a try, you won't be disappointed!

Chicken Pho

I arrived on a Friday night and the place was very busy with lots of customers! Regardless, the staff was extremely friendly, seated us promptly, and answered questions about the menu. The place is beautifully decorated with artwork and quotes. I ordered chicken pho and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors came together well and I wished I had more! The owner came over to our table and chatted with us; she was extremely kind and made sure that we were taken care of. I will definitely come back soon to order beef pho!

We're rarely in the area, but decided to stop by since there's nothing better than a hot bowl of pho after a flight, and this place didn't disappoint. The pho was delicious, and I ordered the Bún Thịt Nướng, which really hit the spot (though I did have to ask for extra fish sauce). Mama Rose was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. While we aren't religious, we appreciated her gratitude for life and the thoughtful way she prayed over us as our food arrived. She even sent us home with a bag of fruit and potatoes! An unmistakable sign of family in any Vietnamese setting. Overall, I truly valued the experience. That said, some of the pricing felt a bit steep. For example, our order of chicken wings came with more salad than wings. I'd stick with the noodle dishes to get the most bang for your buck.

Chicken and shrimp crepe.

(Party in my mouth - An exciting combination of flavors) It has bean sprouts, chicken and shrimp inside of the crepe, and they give a lot of greens and fresh veggies on the side plus delicious sauce. Owner is very welcoming and friendly Always 5 star food and experience

We were staying in a hotel close by and my daughter wanted Pho. I ordered the thinly sliced beef pho Tai take out. My daughter enjoyed it very much. The soup was tasty and the service was good too. Definitely will return when I'm in the area.

Nice place located between Des Monies and Burien. The most friendly owner who offer prayer before we ate when our food was brought to the table. So much options to choose from. We went with spring roll, lemongrass seafood and beef hofon Delicious choices! 5-stars for customer service

Got there around 2130 on a Sunday night, not too busy ...until 2230 when ppl started to pour in so plan accordingly. Faith, my server, was a trouper. She pivoted when the crowds came in but ensured I was always taken care of. My food was very good, thankfully. Had only bn in town 72 hours, hadn't managed a decent meal but that's more bc of all the events surrounding graduation and family get together. My drink, clams and calamari soothed the hungry beast, even if I wasn't in awe. Ambiance was soothing, restful, a nice quiet until the crowds came arrived and then went up exponentially Faith really made my dinner very nice

I haven't been here in years and I wish hadn't gone today. From the moment we sat down until the…read moremoment we left, the experience was a solid 1-star. We sat down to sticky booths that looked like they hadn't been dusted or cleaned in years. I didn't want to lean back and let my hair touch it. That kind of a booth. Next, we ordered coffee. The server said it comes with half and half and as she was about to walk away, I remembered my friend liked milk so I said, "oh don't you prefer whole milk." The server said they serve half and half with coffee and they don't have whole milk just 2% and if we we wanted anything else she could pour water in it. Normally this banter would be fine. This wasn't banter. She was annoyed. We stuck with the half and half. We looked at the menus that were COATED with sticky stuff all over the plastic and falling apart. It looked like a studen'ts notebook after a full year in grade school. We ordered a strawberry lemonade. Normally, my daughter will drink anything. It tasted like chemicals. Since two of us ordered two different types of benedict, the server came with sharper knives. She then WIPED THEM CLEAN with a towel hanging from her pocket. 20 min. later we got our order. Well 2 of us did. Mine was the wrong item so had to send back and they had to make me the correct one. No apologies from our server. We then had to ask for a third place setting. The server got it and when my daughter was using the benedict knife, the server took it FROM HER HANDS and gave it to our friend since she was eating french toast. The food was not good. The french toast tasted like dry bread coated in eggs. In other words, it hadn't soaked up any of the batter. My benedict's hollanaise sauce was in fact, some weird cheez-it mixture... it was orange and congealed. Let me add that it was a Monday at 9:30AM. It was NOT busy. Also word of warning, DO NOT use the restrooms. Just nopity nope nope nope.

Upon entering we were greeted by a gracious hostess, Sheeta. She was very welcoming, patient and kind while seating us. Jenn and I were seated and placed our beverage orders with Sheeta. I wanted to try their bloody mary; I've never had one...and, after that one, I don't plan on having another ever! It's really not a drink flavor genre I'm partial to. Our waitress Shelly took our order, I can honestly say I've absofreakinlutely had better customer service. Jenn ordered biscuits and gravy and an order of country fried steak and eggs to go. Once she stated her request Shelly asked for her order specifics in a stem quiz like manner. That threw me off so when she turned to me I said "Gimme a minute so I can study for the quiz!" I thought it was funny, so did Jenn...Shelly simply walked away. Eventually she returned and I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito with country style potatoes. My platter wasn't eat-worthy in my most honest, humble opinion and I did try to doctor it up a bit but there's only so much you can do in critical condition. The potatoes were hit and miss...literally; one bite of potato would be just right and the next bite would be luke warm or not fully cooked through. I'm addition I was going to pick between hotcakes and french toast, after choosing between country potatoes or hash browns for my burrito dish she said thanks and swiftly walked away. She remained short with us. I observed Shelly interacting with her other guests and she was very personable, polite and eager to recommend dishes...stark reality: everyone else in the restaurant was white with the acception of another interracial couple and the awesome hostess. I believe they received the same short sited service we got! It was a disgusting exhibit of 2 faces in 1 person. Jenn's biscuits and gravy showed up 1st. She took a bite then asked me to taste it, with a sour look...which made me say 'no thank you' right off the bat! She said the gravy was bland and didn't really taste like gravy...she added salt and pepper, a lot of pepper. Then the country fried steak and eggs arrived and the steak had too much breading with no real flavor or seasoning to the steak, it made the whole entree taste like "mush," she explained. The eggs would've been ok if they hadn't had the gravy on them. While we were attempting to eat either dish at our table my breakfast burrito arrived and...I was abundantly underwhelmed. It was 'cakey' and dry and after mixing the sour cream, salt and pepper into the pico de gallo, the burrito still had no real taste context...not even breakfast, much less a breakfast in Mexico! The next day I tried to doctor up the burrito to no avail...it was no use. I won't be back; Egregious Epic Fail!
