I did in fact have to wait a little while for the car to be looked at ( was a rather busy day for them) but three hours later we were all set! Because it did take a while the service was free but I can say, the customer service was absolutely amazing!! And the part has held up so well! They were really knowledgeable on everything, and I was very thankful to have a. Honest auto shop look at my car, then someone who would take advantage of a young women coming in. Had my coolant boil over at the top of Crater Lake during my trip from Washington to SoCal, leading me to fill up with regular tap water to make it through the night. Once in Redding, I gave Rocha's a call, and told them the situation and they got me in for an availability the same morning when almost nobody else could! Once in, I was greeted, handed everything off, and even got to observe the work to see and learn a bit. Once done, I got to talk to Jesus, the mechanic working on the car, and informed me on what he did, what the results were, and all the other helpful tips and tricks for my Mazda! Brought my car in for a diagnostic. They scanned it and it showed 2 codes related. They told me they figured out the problem so I paid them to fix it. Picked the car up and drove 13 miles and it broke back down. Brought it immediately back to them. They told me they would take care of it. Car now has different check engine light codes then it did before I first brought it there. And they want to charge me for another 3 hours of work for a problem that they did not originally fix and now a new problem that they have created. My car has gotten worse after having them work on it. I have told plenty of family and friends to bring their vehicles there for 8 years now.
