The workers there were nice, but they will literally try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need. I was offered so many services that I didn't even know what was what. My car is new, only 55k miles, and I ended up getting an oil system cleaner. When I looked it up, I found out I didn't actually need it unless my car had 100k miles or had poor maintenance--but I had just bought it from Enterprise. Other things they were offering, like a coolant flush, wouldn't have been due until 100k miles as well. So be warned and do your research so you don't get talked into buying something unnecessary. At this point, my car really only needed an oil change, an oil filter, and a cabin filter, but I was being offered services that aren't due until much later. read more

I am not from Redding and I needed an oil change today while traveling. I stopped at the location on E Cypress Ave and I had such an amazing experience. All the men working were so friendly. I can't remember all of their names but one who I remember is Joshua. He was so kind and cleaned my windows while I waited, offered me a drink, and provided me a complimentary towel and air freshener. He was so nice! So with this review it will go into two sections. The first part of this review is to throw my appreciation to Aiden and DJ I believe. About 2 hours before we arrived at the oil change center in which by the way we had no plans to get our oil change. We were heading down market street on our way to play a wiggle ball game and when we reached market and twin view light I noticed a little kitten in the center divide section. I stoped and put my hazard lights on and got out soon after that then the kitten ran under the car under the engine compartment. We pulled over alone with a good samaratin to try and get the kitten out of the engine area. After 10 minutes or so we didn't succeed so I had no choice but to carry on to wiffle ball. We were playing for about hour and half. After the game we looked in the engine compartment area and the kitten was still there. Tried again to get the kitten out with the help of 5 or 6 friends and again...... not happening. So I figured I needed an oil change anyway so headed to premier hoping they could help. As we pulled in the asked of course are you here for an oil change and I said yes but I'm also here to see if you can get a kitten out of the top engine compartment. With our hesitation 2 workers took about 4 minutes till they got to the kitten. They took the kitten out and said they will call animal rescue. Those 2 were very polite and were willing to go the extra mile for just a little kitten that was scared very much. This was a black kitten I would hope someone who reads this will adopt. Just the fact that this little thing escaped the traffic and then survived roughly 5 or 6 miles by an engine. Makes this little guy with more than 9 lives. read more

Check prices!!!! I have been using premier for a long time. In September they were charging $115.00 for differential fluid change. In December it went to $125.00 and now in January it's $150.00. I ran all my errands and decided to get my car washed. It was 11:39 am when I paid a very nice African American man with cash. He needed to get changed. He opened the gate and I was in line to go through the tunnel. Mo an Hispanic woman (very nice) was training Adian, who was a teenager and kept telling him to hold the yellow sign up that said stop and put your car in neutral. He guided me through the rails. I made sure my windows were up. He had me stop and roll down my window to tell me to put my car in neutral. I must have put my car in drive with all the chaos going on. I proceeded into the tunnel and heard a big bang. They pushed the E button to stop the car wash. A man told me to roll down my drivers window which caused the brush to come inside my car. Then I noticed my side mirrors were damaged and my car was full of soap. I was signaled to drive to a hand hose to rinse my car which I did but the water kept shutting off. I got half my car rinsed when I was approached by John who said he was the manager. He filed out a C16 claim form. It stated "Pull to entrance of car wash, wash signaled to put the vehicle in N, proceed to drive through the car wash at an accelerated speed damaging her vehicle" Action : refunded for car wash. Then Justin Krizman, District Manager came over and took over. Then the chaos started. He stated I drove through the tunnel at 27 miles an hour and could show me the tape. John showed me the cameras but couldn't show me the incident because their computers weren't loading. He asked me to wait in the air conditioned waiting room. I instead followed him up the stairs because I wanted a copy of the report. He told me they don't give copies and asked me to sign the claim form. I wrote on the report the date, time and Investigation request. New employee being trained (Adian). John told me they shred the reports. I insisted on a copy which he gave me. New employees were coming in asking for their lunch time and breaks. Total chaos. They should have scheduled lunch breaks and break times. I am trying to get the names of the employees which I was unable to get without asking the employees myself. Then Justin gets involved and he said these things happen at the end of the day. I told him it was 12:05 pm. They didn't turn my mirrors in or spray my car. They said they only do that if the vehicle is caked in mud. I stood there watching them spray the back of each car. Mo the hispanic woman (very nice) was trying to train Adian told me they spray every vehicle just in the back. She kept telling Adrian to hold the yellow sign up. They finally get their computer system loaded. Adian came up to my car and I rolled down the window. He said to make sure I was in neutral and I accidentally put it in drive. Justin said I had my foot on the gas pedal and was driving at 27 miles an hour which is impossible. I would have rear ended the truck in front of me. He was exiting the tunnel when they hit the E button to stop the car was. What a nightmare! I ended up with my side mirrors just hanging and 2 dents to the back fenders in the back. I was at this car wash for almost 2 hours and was told I would get a check in the mail. I said I had paid in cash and expected cash back. Which they did. I have been to this car was a few times but normally get my car washed at the corner of Market Street and Eureka way. I have never had any problems. They spray my whole car, use a soapy rag it wipe it down and make sure my side mirrors are folded in. This was the worse car wash I have been to and the owner hires all young kids at minimum wage. The managers don't know how to make schedules for them and the place is in total chaos. Such a shame but I noticed the owner: Matt Webb just built an oil change place on Cypress next to Popeyes chicken drive thru. Avoid these establishments whenever you can if you value your vehicle read more

Normally I would not write a post, especially because I usually had a routine experience here. Unfortunately my last visit was anything but good. It started when a tech was washing the windshield and broke off a piece of my windshield wiper. I saw this from inside the car and was going to brush it off. But the tech notified someone (I assume a manager) and that person decided to not even mention it to me. I figured I would replace my windshield wipers in a few months so whatever at the time. But looking back, it's frustrating they didn't have the professionalism to replace it on the spot. I left that experience and went home. The next day I pull my car out and it immediately doesn't feel right. After driving about 200 ft my back tire was so flat it wore the sidewall and ruined the tire. The very last thing they did was pump up my tires, in doing so (they won't admit fault) they loosened the value stem. I don't think this was done in malice but negligence. Unfortunately, their solution was to give me a $20 credit on my account. Yes, give me less off then a coupon they send out. Afterwards I was also offered a very cheap wiper replacement that was a laugh in my face. Be careful, if they damage your car they will not make it right. They might not even notify you. read more

I arrived at Premier Oil Change at 6:00pm went through the carwash and pulled up the the detail bay where I was immediately greeted by SHAE ! Never have I ever been greeted by a young person in the way Shae greeted me . Shae single handedly detailed my entire car in 20 minutes to perfection . I am very very picky when it comes to paying for a detail , there was not one streak in my windows all doors and floormats polished up my car looked brand new . I knew the minute Shae greeted me my car was in good hands. Its hard these days to find a young person with her level of customer service skills and work ethic . We were offered cold drinks during our oil change and offered different services based on the condition of components in our engine (ex. Air filter, oil filter type, etc). Came here because I needed a oil change quick and honestly was a good idea. Everyone there was super nice and quick. They ask you if you want any drinks and they fill up all of the liquids in the car in the front. I got synthetic oil therefore the total price was about 103 dollars. They cleaned my windshield and oiled my car door hinges. They showed me everything and did ask if I wanted any replacements for some things for a price but understood if you said no. I enjoyed coming here and will come back. Took about 30 minutes with two cars ahead of me. I took it to a shop to have it fixed and they said it was. I took it back to premiere oil change in Anderson and found out it was still leaking just as bad. This review is for the car wash. I have to say this was one of the most disappointing car wash/detailing experiences I've had. The staff was very friendly so two stars for that. I brought my car in vs cleaning myself bc there was a ton of dog hair, sand, and randomness from me traveling. It was way more expensive than I've paid at other full service car washes but I was like, oh well it'll be worth it. (75.00 to detail the inside.) It took about an hour maybe a little more. When I got in I realized my floor mats were missing so I went back and they had them and helped me put them back in, no big deal. But then I'm noticing that there's still a ton of stuff under the drivers seat. I can understand still having some dog hair, but this was just like they just missed the whole area. The dash/radio had a film over all of the shiny stuff, and there was still dust in the vent slats. I even tipped 20.00 when he handed me they keys before I saw the interior, definitely wanted to ask for that back afterwards. :-/ I can rationalize splurging that kind of money if the quality was good but, I definitely can't recommend and won't be back. read more

Just paid $75 to have my car detailed. I realize it's not a full detail. But they literally took 15-MAYBE 20 min to wash and clean my car. They barely cleaned the wheels, I pointed out a couple spots they missed and his comment was "yeah we did the best we could". Well I took my finger and wiped the road grime off and showed him. But he made no effort to rectify it. And the don't get inside the rims at all. I stopped to fill up and got a better look and there were fingerprints all over the doors and several places where they missed all along. The car is black so it shows up pretty obvious. I was running late or I would have taken it back. The first time I used them a few months ago, an older guy did the detail on my SUV. He did a fantastic job. He did miss a couple places on the wheels, which are hard to clean. But he apologized profusely and cleaned them again to my satisfaction. But I didn't see him this time. I won't be returning. The wheels were the main reason I wanted them to do the detail. I wish I could have gotten my $20 tip back, too. The kid was pretty unappreciative. read more

Cracked oil filter. Most recent place I took my car to get an oil change predicted I got my previous oil change at premier after seeing the cheap ass filter they put in my x5. They didn't recommend the premium filter my car takes and the manager argued with me insisting they always suggest the right filters. They did not. This place may be good for Camry's and Civics but not for luxury vehicles that need extra care and knowledgeable technicians. They didn't even know how to reset the oil light. If you care for you car stay away from this place. They just want to turn em and burn em. Car wash is decent though. read more

What I liked: I got to stay in my car and drive through, a beverage was offered to me, they were polite and courteous to me and to each other (I heard a lot of manners being used), additional services we offered but there was no pressure to purchase them, they provided some free services, they have several worthwhile deals, and I got a free car wash with the oil change. This place is not worth the money. I went to get a refund because they cancelled my membership without telling me, and I had just renewed when I went through the drive through since it was not working and payed $35.99. They said they could me but it was only cash. I went back the next week to get the refund because no one told me it was cash until after I left I was contacted and told that. Came back the next week and the manager then said that they can only refund me $19! And he couldn't even come out and tell me himself. He sends other people out with no explanation what so ever as to why he goes back on his word. I'll never go here again even for an oil change or top off. read more

Hope that they dont damage your vehicle because they do not have insurance! My husband got his oil changed here recently, and then went for his free car wash. The attendant had to manually lift the arm for him to drive through and then dropped it on the cab of his truck as he drove through, denting, scratching the top of the cab and then gouging the top of the bed. They admitted the accident was there fault, advised us they are self insured and asked us to get a quote. They felt the $2400 quote was too much and argued about how the body shop wanted to do the work and asked us to let them make the repairs (which they claim just need to be buffed.) When I refused, because....you're not a body shop, they requested another quote. I got a second quote with buffing of the top scratches instead of repainting etc. At $1500. They called me today and "offered us" $200 and a free wax job!!! No thank you. Ill pay my deductible and let them go after their money. Do not take your chances with this business or if you do, know they're not insured. read more
