The hours of operation are wrong on her they may extend their hours but as of now they are open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 5pm. They are all very hard workers. I just got done dropping off the last of my crew here in Redding and this big SUV Suburban I rented need a wash before I turn it in. Normally you don't need to wash a rental, but we really trashed the truck with mud and road dirt and I didn't wanna get charged with an excessive dirty fee. So, I just did the cheapest exterior was option for around $14. I know it's not gonna be perfect, but I just need clean enough to turn this rental in. The inside is dirty, but not super bad like the outside (yeah, there were a few mud bog roads), so I skipped the vacuum. The truck came out clean enough with little fuss and off I go back to Red Bluff to turn this rental back in. I was serviced by a friendly team, first spoken to by a gentleman named Blaine and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service provided. Took my car here after going to the coast. I had some sand in the interior. I'm pretty sure they used the same rag from the cleaning the interior on my headlights. Looks like they sand papered my headlights. Did not notice until I got home. Drove right back but since I left the lot. They said theirs nothing they can do. read more

I have taken two expensive late model cars to these guys in the past two weeks. A 2014 Maserati with brand new replaced rims and an Audi Q7 with 12000 miles and perfect rims. Both are now majorly SCRATCHED! Driver's side front and back on the Maserati and front on the Audi If You could find new rims it's 2K plus in damage. Their phone mailbox is full. BEWARE. Your rims have a High likelihood of being scratched. It is so frustrating and depressing. They should not be in business doing this. I won't hold my breath for a response I thought the Audi would be ok because it's an SUV without low profile tires. NOPE! So sad about it. Truly. I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to do one. The staff here were top notch! Very pleasant, helpful, and kind. They all worked extremely hard. Our car was initially a big mess! There were bugs splattered all over our rental car from our long drive! We pulled up here at this car wash and the customer service here was amazing from our first encounter with the gal who noted our service all the way up to the men who literally hustled to wash our SUV and make it look like brand new! Oh yah and after that, the gal and guy who wiped off the water and did the finishing touches. The customer service here is amazing! We'd come back again because of them! Went to car wash on Monday attendant broke my front window of my car!! Called left several messages for owner to address this and have been given the run around. I was told to get my window fixed and they will give me credit for $500 dollars in car washes. Why would I go back to them ever for another car wash.? What a disaster! It now costs $32.99 for a basic wash and I wasn't offered the ladies special! The pre-scrub guys were bickering back and forth until one guy got really mad and started yelling at his coworker. My turn and he yells at me! Then tries to mansplain what he wanted. Took my car there for the first time yesterday. I had just done a 1,600 mile road trip and the car was filthy inside and out. Paid for the platinum wash and extra for the hand wash. These guys did a fantastic job. Took extra car to get the bugs and sand of with out scratching the paint. I felt bad how hard they had to work but the car came out beautifully. Inside was perfectly clean and smell great. The only negatives were some excess wax that was smoothed out and some wax on the inside of the windshield. It's an easy fix and totally understandable with the filthy condition my car came In with. read more

I was recommended by my sister. I wanted to get my car detailed. For the money, I guess they did a good job, but it was very inefficient. My leather floor mats still had leftover dirt/mud residue as if they were not even scrubbed. There was still dirt/crumbs left over inside the crevices of the seats. Milk splatters still left on the seat from my daughter. They used some type of blue cleaning cloth that left blue residue all over my car that was hard to scrub off. The worst! I took my new car in today, paid for an upgraded full detail. I was told there would be a wait, which was fine. I was the third car in line for interior, I watched three guys spend about 45 minutes on a pickup. One person walks over toward my car as he takes a draw of a cigarette and exhales as he gets into my vehicle. W T H ? He spends maybe five minutes on my car, maybe he didn't realize I had four doors, because the back two door frames weren't even wiped dry. The windshield and rear windows weren't touched because I still had the same haze inside except for the two tape marks from removing the temporary reg. They even honored some expired coupons we had; that weird package of postcard sized area coupons that comes in the mail had one with four washes with ascending expiration dates... they chopped off from the old end leaving us with the ones that were still valid. I've been waiting 2 hours and my truck is still waiting to be vacuumed. They're hilariously understaffed, which is understandable given the circumstances, but the people here (apart from 1 girl and 1 guy) are moving like zombies. Slowly walking around, barely moving their arms when they wipe. It looks like they're sedated. I've never see people act more lazy when they have so many customers waiting. Today our family decided to get my wife's car washed. My daughters love seeing the windows get sprayed and it's really hard to mess up a car wash..... so we decided to go to cypress car wash because the are a local business. We literally waited an hour after paying. Then right before we are about to get ours started, one of the employees asks me to reverse so that he can let a car go in before me. He let me know they had waited along time early that day and had to leave, and had come back. I thought okay??? And that was it, I thought well maybe they will offer me a discount or some type of quick apology but nothing. Then the employee proceeds to clean his own motorcycle in front me. We just moved here to Redding a few months ago and have taken our minivan here a couple times now. They're thorough and conveniently located on Cypress, across the street from the Crown Auto dealership. We bought the monthly package for unlimited exterior washes with waxes and polishes, etc. We washed the van today which was finished off by Jake with the towel hand dry and it looks absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend getting your auto washes done here. Why go anywhere else?! They've got great customer service and we enjoyed friendly interaction with the personnel.
