Get yer motor running Head out on the highway!…read more Lookin' for adventure... This place will get you outfitted for your next motorcycle rally! They have all the safety gear that still looks tough and cool. They sell things like specialized motorcycle jackets that have extra padding on the elbows and shoulders. If you eat asphalt, the pads on here will do most of the work. The helmet selection here is great! They lean towards the more professional, more serious helmets that are for people who are going to be doing highway riding instead of something like small helmets. Some of the helmets even have bluetooth equipment built in. They have leatherware that will protect your hide as well. This is the best place to go in town for motorcycle clothing! They sell accessories to help you chain up or tune up your motorcycle. They sell tires- I've never thought about all the different sizes and styles of tires, but they've got a whole lot of different ones. When speaking with the staff, they seemed to really know what they were talking about. They were friendly and made good recommendations on helmets. They have a return policy that let us try things out and take back that didn't work. They've got a bunch of motorcycle gear that isn't all necessarily stamped with motorcycle brand names on it. More low-key.

Not one of the three kids working there even approached me to see if they could help me. I needed help for sure, there are many helmets in there. I looked at them all then finally gave up and left, I finally got a "have a nice day" from one of them but if this was my store I'd fire them all. Now yo go find a helmet,

This shop had my Motorcycle since Jan 22nd and did absolutely ZERO work towards it…read more. I picked it up today at 4PM with SAPD and the owner of Eric's Cycle Shop Eric Alborg did not even come outside he had some random guy give me the bike. He was no where to be seen during the encounter. After making it almost impossible to pick up as he was busy. Upon receipt of my bike some of the plastic coverings returned were not my original ones and were ones that were completely scratched up, rusted, and looked like shit.. it was missing screws the front wheel cover was loose the tank was scratched and dented the Ignition switch was gone my license plate was missing and some paint scratched up. That's all that I noticed thus far... I have it scheduled to take to another mechanic next week to assess all the damage caused by Eric Alborg and his shop.. I expressed this to this individual and he said he would relay it Eric and see if they could locate the missing parts as his shop was a mess and difficult to look for anything. An hour later i messaged Eric inquiring about all my missing parts and damages and he claimed that he returned the bike to me as is and its a piece of shit bike anyways not worth anything... We went back and forth for a bit but ultimately he refused to give me any parts that were missing as the bike was returned "As is" and he claimed that I signed the "Assassin document" which frees him of any liability of damaged, missing, stolen property.. i expressed if he simply returns my parts we can be done with each other... if not i would be pursuing legal action.. he responded "Go for it I'm closing my shop anyways so your not going to get shit out of me" then he continued to say asshole this asshole that and went as far as stating "You should remember I have your address when you dropped it off so I suggest you stop while your ahead if your smart".... He refuses to accept any responsibility by claiming this document protects him from anything and that if I want to waste my time and pursue legal action on " a bike worth a Jimmy and 5 bucks" then go for it... ultimately he was blocked and I now have a bike which I turned in to him in that was in tact and just had a leaking carburetor.. BEWARE OF ERIC ALBORG FROM ERIC'S CYCLE SHOP. HE IS LITERAL SCUM AND WILL NOT ONLY BE A HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND INDIVIDUAL BUT TREATS YOUR PROPERTY AND INDIVIDUAL SELF JUST AS SHITTY!!

My husband has had a hard time finding a reliable motorcycle mechanic. After reading the great…read morereviews, we decided to take his 2008 Harley Softail Deluxe to Phantom for front lowering springs and rear shocks. Upon speaking with Tony, we felt comfortable taking the bike in. He was professional, knowledgable and cordial. He inspected the parts we brought and immediately told us what was missing. With his guidance, we were able to buy additional parts right away. That prevented a delay in the bike repair. When the bike was completed, he was kind enough to allow us to pick it up after hours (due to my work schedule). Sean greeted us when we arrived and explained all the work that had been completed. After getting home, we had additional questions and reached out to Sean. He was responsive and knowledgable. We wanted an additional adjustment and he offered to allow us to take the bike back the next day. Sean took time out of his busy schedule to ensure that we understood the parts on the bike and where safety is involved. We really appreciate that he takes safety into consideration in the work that he does. These gentlemen are honest, kind and have an amazing work ethic. We are very grateful for Phantom and we use them for any work going forward.
