Initially, I wanted to have it repainted the same color, but I found that that is a whole lot of money. So, being that I love my car and it really bugs me to see that clear coat damage on my roof I continued to look around. Tyler was very helpful when I contacted him at Black Auto Spa. He suggested a vinyl wrap for just the roof, and quoted me an extremely affordable price. He showed me a picture of a car similar to mine with a wrapped roof. He answered all my many questions and was patient as it took me a few weeks to decide to actually do it. I am so glad I had it done! It looks great and this is over a month after it was done. He also did a detail cleaning on it and it looks brand new again. I like the cleaning so much that I may have him wax it sometime in the next couple of months. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a window tint installation, and within a day I noticed multiple issues. Several areas of the tint were already peeling, there were bubbles throughout the film, and there was hair and other debris trapped underneath the tint. This was not the quality of work I expected from a professional installer. Before leaving my car, I specifically explained that the rear hatch handle was brittle and demonstrated how to open it properly. When I picked up my vehicle, the handle had been broken. When I returned to discuss the damage and the failing tint, the owner refused to acknowledge either issue. Instead of addressing the poor workmanship or taking responsibility for the damaged handle, he offered only a refund if the tint was removed. After discussing it further, I was able to receive a refund while keeping the tint in place, but there was still no acknowledgment of the damage to my vehicle or the quality of the installation. I appreciate receiving my money back, but I would have preferred a professionally installed product and accountability for the damage done to my car. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with another vehicle.

THIEVES!!! TRIED TO SCAM OVER A GRAND FROM ME. I'm going to be perfectly honest and first state…read morethat I looked up this place and they had great reviews so I was confident that they would do good work. I was wrong. I first spoke with Cam who is the owner, or at least one of them. I explained to him that I just wanted a 2 inch leveling kit on my truck. I went to drop off my vehicle and cam comes out and starts talking about how my tires look rough and asked me if it vibrates a lot when driving, to which I told him no, and they drove fine , he then stated that my wheels which are 24 inch seem to be a little large for the truck and it looks like they're riding on bicycle wheels. I again explain that I wasn't there for rims and tires just the level. After I left, he texted me telling me that he had some wheels that a customer did not want but he would sell them to me for a good deal. I asked him if they sat the same way as my current wheels to which he explained yes. Let me add that I was not in the market for new rims and tires. Again I only came in for a leveling kit. So I asked him if the rims did in fact, look like my current ones but only were 20 inches instead of 22 inch. I told him go ahead and put them on. after almost 2 weeks of them having my vehicle I came to pick it up yesterday evening with my wife and two young children. I looked at the truck in the tires and wheels did not sit like the original tires and wheels. They sat underneath the truck and had no offset whatsoever. I then went to explain this to Cam, and he was making up excuse after excuse . I told him I was not happy and again reminded him I was not in the market for rims and tires only because he told me they would look the same as my original wheels. I asked him to put on the original wheels and tires. did not want the current rims that he explained looked a different way. He then went to get his business partner. His business partner came to talk to me. He told me I would have to pay for the tires in full that they were taking off of the truck. I explained to him that I would not be doing that because that is not a service that they would be providing since the rims did not sit the way he explained so in fact, I would need, no tires. if I could pay for the work that was done so that I could leave but instead he threatened to physically remove me and that I would not be receiving my truck which is a 2021 ram 1500. he then told me I would have to call the police if I wanted my vehicle back. To which I explained how I was shocked that we're even getting to this point since the tires were not on my truck, I will not pay for them. He told me that they were used tires now that they took it on test drives with the rims, that again did not sit like he told me they would trying to sell them to me. Again, let me remind everyone I was not in the market for rims or tires. This would've never been an issue if he owned the mistake and said I'm sorry they don't sit the way your old rims do my apologies. Or if you saw that it sat different if you let me know within those two weeks that they had my vehicle that would've been another option. And steady waited for me to come pick it up and hoping that I wouldn't notice it. What a scumbag. And then to threaten me, and physically put their hands on me. What a joke. you know, it's awkward when your wife is sitting out side in the car and sees through the window that they pushed me. She texted me on the phone asking if they put their hands on me. If that doesn't say something. After that, she told me she moved the car to where she could see through the window and see everybody while we were arguing about the whole tire issue. Before he then told me, I had to pay for one tire just to get my keys. So I paid it in order to get out and gone. Trashy trashy people. I am attaching a picture of a text my wife sent me while I was in their office arguing about them trying to charge me over $1000 for tires that were not on the truck. They then physically pushed me and my wife saw it and texted me. Horrible experience.

To start off I've never left a review for a company before but my experience with this shop was…read morecompletely horrendous. Took my 09 CBR 1000rr in to Black Widow to get a full service done, a new set of fairings put on and a new headlight assembly put in. Was told that it would be over 1k to do which seemed a little high to me but I was fine with seeing as they had good reviews and everything. Took almost 6 months for me to get my bike out of the shop. When I finally did get the call that it was done, I went up there to pick it up. I go back to check out my bike and noticed my passenger seat was missing, passenger seat lock missing, passenger seat strap missing, spools were missing, battery charger that I had left for them to use (said they didn't have one) was missing, fairings not lined up to each other, and the bike was just filthy with dirt and dust all over it. My bike seemed like it was basically parted out. I told Jon Keller, the owner of this place, all the stuff that was missing and his response was "oh that's you brought it to us". What a load of crock that was. My bike was perfectly fine when I had brought it in with no issues just wanted a service and a few things done to it. So he goes to start my bike up and it wouldn't start because the battery was dead. When I brought it in it had a brand new lithium battery in it, hence why I left them a battery charger. So he jumps it with his home made battery charger, since mine was stolen, and it starts up. Almost immediately it starts to overheat. Hmm that's weird because I had brought it in to get serviced and It's never overheated on me before. Jon Keller begins to put engine coolant in my bike and it just pours out the bottom of my bike onto the shop floor. Come to find out the drain plug to my engine coolant WAS MISSING!! Wtf. So there was ZERO coolant in my bike! I had brought this bike in to get serviced! Jon Keller STILL charged me $1200!!!! I only paid it to get my bike out and back to my house before anything else happened to it. Be very careful of this place.
