Scheduled an appointment for a Paint Protection Film for my new car. My car dealer had recommended…read moreit and with all the construction going on around town and tons of trucks, industrial vehicles and weather around SA, I wanted to protect the paint. When we heard about the service, my husband called several times and no one called back?? They just corresponded via text and email, no personal interaction until we got to the shop. We even brought it up to our car dealer and he said that if we didn't hear back after a certain amount of time that he would try to reach out to them. Finally, they corresponded with a price via email and time available via text. I finally brought it in as I was on vacation for a few weeks. When we got to the shop, no one greeted my husband according to him as I was still outside. No salutations. He proceeded to tell them his name and what car we were dropping off. The rep was with another employee on the computer in the front desk. When they finally got to us, they took our info and the rep explained the process, other services they provide if we wanted in the future, e.g., Ceramic Coating and Window Tints, how long the job would take, how to take care of it and how long it would have to fully cure and to not allow water to sit on the top for now as it is a porous product. They also offer an Uber if you needed a ride home. After the paperwork was completed, I asked if we could look at the shop in the back so there's a waiting area with windows to view the process and application. Pretty cool and I noticed lots of high-end vehicles being serviced. You could really see the attention to detail when positioning the film on even the front Grill area of an SUV. It was going to take about 1-1/2 days to complete. We heard back in the late afternoon the next day so we told them we'd pick it up the next morning. When I picked up my car, there was a female rep helping me out behind the counter and I think she was being cross-trained but was very thorough. She also gave me a free Detail Spray with Microfiber Cloth kit. After explaining the warranty & paying, the original rep walked out with us to see the car. We looked at the seams, detail, checked under the hood, looked if there were any bubbles or imperfections. He said if there were any imperfections or bubbles that we notice, that we could just call and notify them. We wouldn't have to make an appointment. He reiterated how to take care of the car with the film coating & explained that brushless car washes are recommended because the brushes on regular car washes can damage the coating as well as your paint. Plus the brushes pick up other dirt from other grimy vehicles like trucks and can transfer them to your car. Good to know. He mentioned the other services again and mentioned that the Window Tints & how it minimizes heat esp. in the hot Texas summers. We were impressed at the work and in the coming days/weeks/months will monitor how it wears and if we see any imperfections.

COME HERE!…read moreWhen I arrived I was greeted quickly and very friendly.  We popped outside and discussed everything that would be done with my detail. I have to say, I was very excited! My vehicle wasn't nasty, but it needed this treat. When she was almost ready, I got a text update with a photo preview of some of the completed work.  Talk about building excitement! When I got it back, holy Lord! She's a beauty! I had numerous scratches on my vehicle, and they were able to make many of them disappear!  To be honest, I wasn't aware I had so many, but when they disappeared, I realized she suddenly looked so much nicer! The dash and leather pop. My floor mats and seats are so clean--how they got years of foot traffic and fast food eating to go away I do not know, but, wow! Amazing! The best part though: my headlights shine so much brighter. I wish I could tell you how amazed I am about this. I arrived with them completely clouded. I was getting ready to REPLACE them because they had become so dim. They were practically yellow.    But now they are so clear and bright. I'm gobsmacked! My only regret is that I didn't request to have my mounted toolbox shined up. But, I believed if I had, it would be so shiny it would cause a glare for all of you behind me! The truck is black and my husband is very meticulous about having it look clean without spots and smears. He heard Mark It Clean can treat it so it's easier to clean, and just provide a cleaner shine. They were "spot on"! They also did a great job detailing the inside. This is a work truck. and is at the coast every weekend. There was not a trace of sand or residue from tools in the cab. The truck has never looked better. Definitely consider them to help your vehicle get that new look inside and out. Great for a detail if you're considering selling your vehicle.

Initially, I wanted to have it repainted the same color, but I found that that is a whole lot of money. So, being that I love my car and it really bugs me to see that clear coat damage on my roof I continued to look around. Tyler was very helpful when I contacted him at Black Auto Spa. He suggested a vinyl wrap for just the roof, and quoted me an extremely affordable price. He showed me a picture of a car similar to mine with a wrapped roof. He answered all my many questions and was patient as it took me a few weeks to decide to actually do it. I am so glad I had it done! It looks great and this is over a month after it was done. He also did a detail cleaning on it and it looks brand new again. I like the cleaning so much that I may have him wax it sometime in the next couple of months. Looking at it, you'd never know my little baby is 11 years old!

Thankfully after calling around the area and getting multiple bids, I stumbled upon Jay's shop where the price was fair and the communication was on point. Jay took his time doing a full matte PPF wrap on my car and I was more than pleased with the outcome! Additionally, he threw in some goodies, that helped improve the overall 'stealth' aesthetic I was going for. I really appreciate that extra touch as it shows he cares about the project from both a business standpoint and customer satisfaction. I also had tint installed on all of my windows, save for the top panoramic glass due to it not being needed. While there was a slight imperfection in the front windshield, Jay was able to correct it without issue and made sure I was taken care of.
