He also said that I need to call the dealership and see if I can get them to help me with this, because it's unacceptable. Thanks to this guidance, I got $400 back from the dealership, and am able to get the work done that I need. This shop truly puts the needs of whoever walks through their door first, and then figures out how to make a dollar. Admirable as hell.

They did jump it though, but when the guy went to charge it, he let his 3 year old son get in on the drivers side and honk the horn a few times. Again just not professional. It would've been good to know prior to my picking up about my battery as a courtesy. Their hours aren't convenient since they're not open over the weekend. The wrap wasn't placed all the way on in the back and there was some trash they left in my car.

His determination to provide top-notch detailing was evident when he drove out south of Abilene all the way down to Winters to detail the used car I purchased. The cost, convenience and promptness of Joseph's service were particularly impressive. He responded immediately and arrived promptly the next morning with all of his equipment and was both caring and professional. The vehicle I needed cleaned was an older 2010 Chrysler Town and Country van with three rows, and I had bought this car as a gift for my friend. This is an awesome local business to have your vehicle detailed! My vehicle wasn't nasty, but it needed this treat. When she was almost ready, I got a text update with a photo preview of some of the completed work.  Talk about building excitement! When I got it back, holy Lord! She's a beauty! I had numerous scratches on my vehicle, and they were able to make many of them disappear!  To be honest, I wasn't aware I had so many, but when they disappeared, I realized she suddenly looked so much nicer! The dash and leather pop. My floor mats and seats are so clean--how they got years of foot traffic and fast food eating to go away I do not know, but, wow! Amazing! The best part though: my headlights shine so much brighter. I wish I could tell you how amazed I am about this. I arrived with them completely clouded. I was getting ready to REPLACE them because they had become so dim. They were practically yellow.    But now they are so clear and bright. I'm gobsmacked! My only regret is that I didn't request to have my mounted toolbox shined up. But, I believed if I had, it would be so shiny it would cause a glare for all of you behind me! One of the employees saw me and asked what I was looking for. I notified to him that I didn't want to take my car through a car-wash because I have an aftermarket license plate that is hooked on through the front tow hitch so it's not stable enough. He advised me that they manually wash the cars and there are NO wash brush tools/devices within the car wash drive-thru. He was right. It's only the water that they use to spray the cars within the drive-thru...and they manually hand wash it with soap. Overall, I was completely happy with the outcome. No more worries. No broken license plate. And for just a wash, I believe it was like $10/$12. I can't remember but it was a pretty good price. I tipped the guy $5 cause I was happy with the services. They offer WAY more services including Full Detailing, interior cleaning/exterior cleaning, vacuuming, wax, etc. I will definitely be back! Especially with all of the services that they have to offer at an affordable price!
