I took my vehicle in for an install on 2 sets of components, 2 amps and 2 subs. My right front door speakers kept cutting in and out and when I called and spoke to M...k, he said bring it in and "we'll see when we can get to it?" What kind of crap is that? No appt to fix your shotty install? I don't have time with my busy schedule. I recently moved to the Austin area and found a tech to fix the screw ups. I had him install and Audio Control LC7i and he said the wiring was done all wrong causing the system to not perform at its potential. While inspecting the rear dash, my new installer also found that they just dropped the rear speakers in place and did not screw them down. What the heck? After my new installer here in Austin got ahold of it, it sounds like a brand new system! Anywho, I do not recommend you spend your hard earned dollars with Xtreme Lighting and Audio. read more

The professionals at Xtreme were excellent! The HID install on my Charger came out better than expected. The install was extremely clean too, no loose wires, and everything was bolted down. Also appreciated the tip on turning off my auto headlight feature to preserve the life of the bulb, might seem like common sense, but that thought never even crossed my mind. My headlight had been out for 7 months and no one could seem to fix it. Took it to Xtream lighting, and for a 35 diagnostic fee, they'd look at it. The problem was such an easy fix, they didn't even charge me for anything. I could have walked out with two working headlights, but I'd feel guilty not giving something to this company after being given amazing customer service. I now have HID Bulbs installed. How has no one left a review for this place yet ?! Their Facebook has nothing but 5 star reviews and they are all true. The customer service provided when calling just to inquire about them having availability to fix my car was so phenomenal. I spoke to Tiny when I called and I explained to him that I had taken my car to 3 other places, all of which could not fix or repair the electrical issues I was having with my after market car radio. It would stay turned on after the car was off and the keys were out of the ignition. 2 places kept my car a day or more just to return it to me with nothing fixed and no explnation as to what was wrong.. Some even quoted me 119.00 per hour just to try to "find" the problem. Tiny said they could look at the car today (same day) and fix it as well so I said I'd be seeing him soon. I got there and when I walked in, I let him know I was who he spoke with about the radio that would not turn off. He immediately knew who I was and remembered what I had told him was wrong with my car.. So fantastic ! I dropped it off with him at about 2:00 pm.. He called me to let me know that I could pick up my car at around 3:55 and that it was all FIXED ! ! Not only was it fixed but they also installed an antenna adapter so my actual RADIO worked and picked up stations.. without my asking. Superb customer service and so fast. Took my truck in to get it checked. driver side HID was out. They tell me to leave it and they will check to see if its bulb or ballast. They call me about an hour later to say Ballast is good ..bad bulb. I requested that both bulbs be changed to avoid futures issues. 4 days later same new bulb is out. Take it in and they say need ballast and of course more cash to them. Blame us for using the auto light switch on the truck. NOT A GOOD PLACE read more

Let me start off by saying I couldn't have imagined a better way to try and help a bad situation turn to good. I have a 2015 Ram 1500 which is notorious for having issues with aftermarket lighting kits due to its extremely sensitive computer(its all over the web so I knew it wasn't BS when I started having issues). I had an HID kit installed for my low beam headlights, the truck was rejecting the ballast, went back and without any hesitation they switched to a different ballast, the issues continued, went back and they searched for a few days to find a ballast that supposedly cures the issue then they ordered it, swapped it out, and unfortunately the issue wasn't resolved. They then installed some 75w resisters to help, at no charge to me... This too unfortunately didn't cure my issue. I had to return to have them remove the HID system and put my old halogens back in, which they did without any hesitation and gave me a full refund. The moral of the story is that this company went over and above with 4 different swaps that took time from their install team and never once made me feel I was to blame only to end up giving me a refund. I will for sure, without a doubt, 110% give my business to this shop for any future needs and they get my strongest recommendation. read more

This one's a little long but this place deserves it. This place really is the BEST in San Antonio for all your audio lighting and audio needs. I have been to several places in San Antonio over the last 10 years with different vehicles, but none compare to Xtream Lighting & Audio. This places customer service is top notch and you can guarantee they will do their best to help you out, without screwing you over financially like so many places in SA do. My first time here was for an issue with my subwoofers. Tiny immediately came outside, looked at the subs, checked the engine and found a bad fuse. He ran back inside and came out with a new fuse and fixed the issue within in a matter of minutes. This may seem small but I know several places that would have played dumb, had me take the vehicle in and told me that there were wiring issues etc and charged me all kinds of labor fees. I didn't even have to pull into the bay or anything. We ran through a few other issues I was having with the vehicle and told him I would be back for some other services. 2 weeks later I returned and again Tiny was there to help with no wait at all. I had several random issues that didn't have specific causes for the problem, as well as just some wire clean up that needed to be done. Dropped it off with Tiny for a few hours and he called back and let me know everything had been taken care. Train horn, lights, back up light wiring, etc. I have been to a lot of places over the years and I can guarantee that all of them would have charged me to find each individual issue, figure out the problem, charge for parts, and killed me with labor costs because of the variety of issues, but Tiny bundled it all together and really took care of me as a consumer. This guy knows his stuff and doesn't take advantage of his customers. It shows with all of his 5 star reviews. I'll be back for some light bar stuff soon! Thanks for all your help Tiny.
